**What do you like best about AIMSCO?**

What I find most helpful about AIMSCO is that it’s operator-friendly and offers a lot of customization for the checksheets. I also really like the interaction we have with the AIMSCO team—they’re very hands-on and supportive.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

Although I like the idea of using no-code to build checksheets, it can sometimes limit UI customization.

AIMSCO provides full traceability and improves operator accountability.

**What do you like best about AIMSCO?**

The best thing about using AIMSCO has been the willingness and communication with the AIMSCO team pertaining to any question or problem encounter while using the system. They offer meetings and hands on training to walk through everything that could be of potential use to Stingray. AIMSCO has so many different features that allow for a variety of uses to collect and review data from every aspect of the build. The ability for AIMSCO to allow each company to build the system to cater individual needs is phenomenal and makes it possible for each station to have their own checks and instructions. AIMSCO also communicates with BuilderTrend to help identify options to production which is exceptionally helpful.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

The only negative I've experienced while using AIMSCO was learning and figuring out the system. In the beginning, understanding the jargon and what each tool can be used for required some extra time but once it was grasped it was smooth sailing.

**What problems is AIMSCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIMSCO is helping to track quality issues that arise throughout the build and record time taken to produce each product as well as a vessel to provide production with work instructions and checklists. This benefits Stingray by allowing managers to track which station each build is located as well as recurring issues that should be tended to and fixed.

**What do you like best about AIMSCO?**

The most helpful thing about AIMSCO is the simplicity of using it for check sheets. The system is also very easy to implement into a cell because it requires no external hardware outside of a computer/tablet and Wi-Fi. I have also found that issues are communicated quickly to their support team, and you will hear if it is a quick fix or is sent to their development team for a deeper look into the problem.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

I have found AIMSCO to be somewhat fragile when it comes to setting up a more complex structure of check sheets and reports. The administrative feature, model manager, is great when it works but can also complicate things quickly, especially if you are new to the system. I wish there was a app that was available on IOS and Android stores to allow a more integrated user face on tablets/phones.

**What problems is AIMSCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIMSCO helps solve our problem with quality defects because it allows us to track frequent issues and create reports to analyze and send out to our production teams. It also gives us data and tracking on each one of our products before shipping to customers to help protect our warranty and customer service claims.

**What do you like best about AIMSCO?**

AIMSCO support and initial response time to reported issues is unmatched. Anytime we have an issue the AIMSCO team is responsive and also very accepting to feedback or suggestions when it comes to troubleshooting.

Some of the systems can feel/look slightly outdated and can sometimes be difficult to personalize.

AIMSCO gives us an incredible platform to track the identification and repair of production related defects. Accurate tracking of defects and their repairs is key to the success of our business.

**What do you like best about AIMSCO?**

Relative to the MMM, AIMSCO has developed a very good tracking module to ensuring molds are rotated into the mold shop at correct number of pulls and molds are taped tested to a specfic target. They have also created a more visual display dashboard within the MM report that highlights  number of defects per unit.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

Need to be very specific on which molds you want to view. Depending on how many molds you have loaded, it tends to get bogged down in trying to display the entire mold list (we have alot).

**What problems is AIMSCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The MMM emails a daily report and shows which molds are are past due and coming up for service. Allows us to be more accountable and provides increased visability in taking better care of our assests.

**What do you like best about AIMSCO?**

The ability to add more checks, check sheets, defect codes and as well add IQ maps for heat mapping. Also, able to add new models and ease to implement new stations under the structure tree.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

To upload work instructions and pictures are kind of a pain from time to time, because not able to upload the files directly into a check.

They just helped us out with delating a whole check sheet when wasn't needed anymore.

**What do you like best about AIMSCO?**

AIMS helps us daily to assure we deliver our yachts to the owner and meet industry standards while doing so. The ease of daily usage while keeping out QC team up to date on inspections. Customer support is there when needed. Implemantation was easy to roll out here at MJM

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

I really don't have any on AIMS, the biggest hurdle was the use of tablets on the shop floor but that is internal to MJM an dnot AIMS

Defect reduction while the ability to insert critical items to inspect to. Percent complete reports keeps us on track of the QMS system.

the quick customer service. The AIMSCO team has a package for any need. The packages they dont have they will build.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

Sometimes the server speed is slow depending on usage,however there are ways to speed it up. They dont have a mobile app, for us we have a ton of users on Tablet and Computer which works great. When you try to use it on a phone the performance and UI is almost unusable.

The ablility to hold Work Instructions and Quality checks in one system

Ability to be paperless which eliminates keeping track of paper work and filing.  
Ability to pull data and run variuos reports to help the process.
Helps remember check items that could not be checked earlier in the process.

I am still fairly new at the program so I do not have any dislikes other than it being technology and sometimes internet/wifi/systems do not work.

When we do have issues, the responsiveness is very quick. I also like that it is easily viewable on tablets and phones.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

It is not always as custom as it needs to be. Adding custom processes aren't quickly available.

**What problems is AIMSCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aims hold all of our CTQ and work instructions. It is an easy way to make change to work instructions without having to go track down copies and updates on the fly.

Production movement visibility and being able to make items move through our internal system without having to have someone sit at a computer and do it.

AIMSCO has helped Chris Craft take our Quality Program to the next level. The ability to link Work Instructions and Engineering Change Notifications has really been paramount to ensure the latest information is being sent to the operators. The reporting is also great, the live data paired with PowerBI makes building reports effortless. Also, the team at AIMSCO will do whatever it takes to assist their customers if needed.

AIMSCO makes it very easy to have all the relevant information in one place, and we can quickly identify trends and defects.

When setting up a checksheet there are many screens and areas needed to go through. This seem important for larger companies, but for smaller companies it just means more areas to click through.

**What problems is AIMSCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIMSCO is helping us figure out where our top rework areas are occurring. Before problems had been identified but very little had to been done to document the repair process.

AIMSCO's support is excellent.  They are always available to not just help troubleshoot problems but are a true partner in exploring creative solutions to the unique needs of our processes.  I consider them a true partner and not just a software provider.

There have been times when new features have been released that could have used a little more testing to understand the impact to other aspects of the system or how they impact reporting outputs.

AIMSCO helps us manage our extensive inspection processes and the data that is gathered during those inspections.  We have been able to update our inspections quickly based on the results that we see in the data collected.

**What do you like best about AIMSCO?**

Besides the extremely user-friendly UI/UX of AIMSCO, the support is fantastic. I am able to hold a weekly meeting with the VP who provides project updates, ideas, and visible care for our business. Truly something you don't see from other companies!

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

I have yet to find something I dislike about working with AIMSCO, if they don't have a solution for our requests, they go out of their way to create the solution.

We have recently integrated AIMSCO with our ERP system to transact materials in real-time and notify us to close jobs out as they're completed. We also have a few large projects in the planning phase that should greatly increase our productivity.

In the beginning, development was challenging (especially since I admin alongside my normal jobs) but the recent improvements have made adding/changing data much easier. The challenge is to push our company to integrate into SAP.

The Aims Team is very respectful and willing to help with the needs of your business.

Appliance returns, quality audit tracking warehouse damage, time tracking and soon-to-come factory return parts tracking. Tracking data from multiple locations and visible from one central point/report/BowerBI.

AIMSCO is always available and more than willing to help with any issues and/or new ideas that a company has.

There is really no downside to using AIMSCO.  The downside actually comes from a company who does not fully implement what is available in the software.

Do not hesitate, get the software now.

Implementation of the AIMSCO software allows us to record inspection data and track Corrective Actions to be fully compliant with ISO and IATF standards.

The Support team is always helpful and very fast to respond. A 24/7 helpful desk for emergencies is a big plus.  The system is easy to use at least on the front end.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

The DIY aspect of the system makes it very difficult to manage a standardized approach across multiple sites.

**Recommendations to others considering AIMSCO:**

Perfect the application in one site before moving on to others.  At least one successful month-end close.  Standardize your reporting, do not allow reporting to be written local DIY, and centralize the efforts.

**What problems is AIMSCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although we are not using aimsco to its full potential we are benefiting from the improved granularity of data in tacking our losses.

The feedback time is great. I like that AIMS respects the urgency of the projects that we are working on. I like that they help Nautique find the best solutions to our problems, and take the time to listen to our specific problems.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

When certain functions don't work, or I have to go through admin to get something done because there isn't a way to do it on the front end. This causes a lack of confidence, I am less likely to try it on my own later.

**Recommendations to others considering AIMSCO:**

Having a proper setup is essential. AIMSCO offers a wide variety of resources, but working with AIMSCO, setting these up properly, and knowing all of the options will be a great investment in the future.

**What problems is AIMSCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIMS helps us cut down on communication issues in production, and also helps us accurately record what problems we see on a daily basis. This communication helps us produce more units while spending less time reconciling different lists and numbers.

Knowledgeable support team, rapid response to issues and questions, and 24x7 response and availability. Almost everything can be modified to specific business requirements and changes in processes. AIMSCO team is well-suited to make changes based on your business requirements and processes.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

Everything is an extra cost, costs of support are high, the product is not documented, documentation and training are additional costs, unacceptable UI, colors are not useful for color-blind individuals, the interface is poorly designed and eCheckSheets need a complete revamp.

Plan for an in-depth review with your internal business analysts and financial teams.

AIMSCO is a partner that engages in the future needs or analysis and requirements of our organization. They are, however, more reactive to requests than seeking future opportunities for improvements and advanced methodology. Changes to workflow and processes are left to the user

Working directly with the AIMSCO staff, especially Perry and Masoud, has been extremely helpful whenever I have questions or face road blocks.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

The work we do with AIMSCO is very different than the rest of our company's core competencies, so sometimes the work is unfamiliar and time consuming.

**What do you like best about AIMSCO?**

AIMS does a great job with the repair process and its validation. The ability to update checks directly in the MLM instead of the Control Center was a game changer for HCB.

**What do you dislike about AIMSCO?**

The Report Manager is tedious to use and it would be great to be able to generate our own versions of reports without so much of a hassle.

**What problems is AIMSCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIMS is both our production and quality system in one.  We use it for Production Tracking, Quality Inspection and vital data collection for all of our processes.
