The support team is also quite impressive; they went above and beyond for me. Despite my non-technical background, they helped me immensely with setting up my chatbot by staying on a call to fix my JSON issues, ensuring everything worked smoothly. This level of support was so beneficial that it inspired me to write this review. The initial setup, especially for technical users, was very easy, and even as a non-technical person, I managed to figure things out. I'm highly likely to recommend Affiliate.com, especially for companies needing an API solution for AI products, as there's really no other company with the same level of data. **What do you dislike about Affiliate.com?** I don't think they promote their resources as well as they should every AI company should be using them. **What problems is Affiliate.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Affiliate.com to power my AI chatbot with their API, solving product data issues. Their API is the only solution I found because scraping didn't work for us. ### 2. They also make it possible for us to search by product using lots of filters which is powerful across hundreds of millions of products from bigger merchants (ie. Walmart, Target, etc). We use Affiliate.com for our search, price/stock lookups, deals and promos. They were very easy to work with though, great knowledgable team. Great stewards of the Affiliate.com domain and industry as a whole. **What do you dislike about Affiliate.com?** You still need to get direct deals with Merchants. Affiliate.com is just data. The do support subnetworks though which makes it easy. **What problems is Affiliate.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Affiliate.com allows our visitors to search and find products across hundreds of merchants in a single price, and when they do, we can show them the best possible price. It's an affiliate model, so we are incentivized to maximize the conversion rate. Since we're showing customers they either have the best price or where to buy it for a better price, we're building trust with our visitors. We couldn't do this without Affiliate.com's data. ### 3. I found this affiliate.com. As you can see the brand name looks to be awesome. But once you open an account you will notice it is just worthless. **What problems is Affiliate.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have signed up like one year ago. After trying to add some of my affilaite programs especially from Impact.com, could not find any one of them.
