"The best tool for design ever"

4/5

What do you like best about Adobe Substance 3D Painter?

I love this new version, and it really is way above its competition. It has many points in its favor, nothing compares to Substance Painter, and this is because it is a much more complete and easy-to-use program, especially with its new user interface. Highly recommended if you want speed and excellent results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Substance 3D Painter?

I know it is an excellent program for design but I would like the prices to be a little lower. I understand that quality costs but they would be great if it cost less, it's the only bad thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Substance Painter - Great Software!"

5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Substance 3D Painter?

I like that it follows the setup and user aspects of most Adobe software - if you are familiar with Adobe, this program is relatively easy to use with little training, which is nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Substance 3D Painter?

Not much. I am not a fan of the 2D view, I always turn it off as the program is used for 3D (for my purposes). I also wish some of the macro commands (shortcuts) were different, it's annoying to go back and forth as I use this on both a mac and a pc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Adobe Substance 3D Painter:

It's a great tool! I use it to help my teachers show the children their "theories" regarding whatever their class is working on, but for graphics, artists, designers, engineers etc....this can be a great tool I think. I just use it because I can and I enjoy the program. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Substance 3D Painter solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use this program to assist some of our classes in the school when they are working on their "long term investigations" for the year to try and create what items would look like given the theories of the children - to show them what it would look like based on what they've said/theorized. "A gold standard in polygon painting."

5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Substance 3D Painter?

What problems is Adobe Substance 3D Painter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Highly detailed 3D food. I can have a pretty good preview of the final result, and sometimes, I prefer to bake the displacement and export the displaced geometry simply. It is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
