I like that Adobe Marketo Engage is a straightforward platform that makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. It's quite simple when it comes to scheduling email campaigns and checking results. I can easily create reports and see analytics, which is very helpful. The platform saves me time since I don’t need to integrate with several other software to track results. I find the UI to be a bit outdated and it could be more interactive. Additionally, the main improvement I think Adobe Marketo Engage needs is in its speed because creating a campaign takes longer than other software I've used. It would be better if it worked faster. It made campaigns more manageable. Before Adobe, all emails and projects were manual, and Marketo took out a lot of time out of our team's day. It helped with lead pipeline and management, and it helped organize and manage leads for all the sales people on the team. I like how Marketo helps manage the customer journey across different channels. It cuts down on manual work for email, segmentation, follow-ups, and re-engagement. Marketo Engage has native tracking and, in combination with Marketo Measure, it has helped us manage forms and attribution. Workflow capability, landing pages and forms, and CRM lead integration meet our needs. Data and integration capabilities are excellent with external api integrations and webhook support. Cross-channel is limited. It can call APIs, but the workflows touch mostly emails, and it cannot publish an audience to an external source. For that, their reps basically said “Go use Zapier”. The AI side has been disappointing: we got a very rudimentary chatbot activated that could do basic reporting, then Adobe deactivated it and said it is not ready. Whether this is AI or a flow was unclear, but what is clear is Adobe is missing the train here. AI personalisation is a myth in our instance. End users hate the outdated UI. I liked being able to group leads and set up follow-up emails based on what they had done, instead of sending the same message to everyone.
