What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? Since Adobe acquired Marketo, it seems like nothing substantial has been done to improve it. When new features are finally added, they appear to be half-baked, compromising the overall quality and utility of the product. The user interface remains outdated, diminishing user experience. The new email developer feature is broken, and instead of fully addressing the issues, there are mere recommendations for Band-Aid fixes. Additionally, the product no longer feels like the powerful tool it once was and seems to be in a state of decline. Furthermore, the initial setup process is notably challenging; it cannot be done independently without involving someone from marketing operations, IT, or a specialist partner.
