What I like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics B2B is its ability to unify complex data from multiple sources into a single, easy-to-navigate view. The platform makes it possible to connect every touchpoint across the customer journey and uncover insights that would otherwise be missed. For me, the real value is in how flexible the tool is — I can tailor analyses to answer both high-level strategic questions and very specific business challenges.
