What I like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics B2B is its ability to unify complex data from multiple sources into a single, easy-to-navigate view. The platform makes it possible to connect every touchpoint across the customer journey and uncover insights that would otherwise be missed. For me, the real value is in how flexible the tool is — I can tailor analyses to answer both high-level strategic questions and very specific business challenges. This makes it an essential partner in guiding enterprise strategy and improving customer experience

We had a strong use case of having user conversion rate tracking in which this tool helped us a lot with its full analysis of user tracking features

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics B2B?**

One thing that I think could be improved is they can make the UI more user friendly and the user experience can be improved as well. But overall it’s great even right now

It’s solving the problem of tracking user conversion rates for us by giving visual dashboards and conversion rates as well for each kind of journey
