What do you like best about Adaptive?

I don’t actually dislike anything about Adaptive. At times, there are simply a lot of changes, and it can be difficult for us to implement everything or stay fully up to date. Still, I understand that this is the nature of AI and that these updates are meant to improve our business, so overall the changes feel welcome and exciting. What do you like best about Adaptive?

The automation features are a major benefit—they save a significant amount of time by reducing manual data entry and minimizing errors. Being able to drag and drop receipts saves me a lot of time. Also, having an email that receipts/bills can be sent to that automatically upload into the software. What do you dislike about Adaptive?

One area where Adaptive Accounting Software could improve is in its learning curve for new users. While the platform is powerful, some of the more advanced features and reporting tools can take time to fully understand without proper training. "Adaptive Transformed Our Accounting with Real-Time Budget Visibility"
What do you like best about Adaptive?

We’ve been using Adaptive for the past three years, and it has truly transformed our back-office and financial operations. The project-level visibility we have now is something we could never achieve with our previous tracking methods—mostly spreadsheets, statements, and fumbling through Quickbooks.

Adaptive also provides a level of redundancy that gives me real confidence as the owner. On top of that, it helps make our project managers more accountable by showing them, in real time, exactly where they stand on each line item in their budgets. Overall, it saves us hours every week by eliminating the constant back-and-forth we used to do, and it helps protect our profit by ensuring all costs are captured and tracked against the budgeted amounts. What do you dislike about Adaptive?

What do you like best about Adaptive?

I just love how Adaptive is specifically geared towards construction companies. It's really meant to help manage budgets and job processes, making it easy for employees to do their part. Adaptive improves communication by utilizing a comment tagging system, allowing comments to be left on individual transactions for certain members, which helps focus on specific issues if more details are needed. It's easy for credit card holders, like employees and business owners, to upload receipts and give details on the go, eliminating the need to keep receipts. Job management is much easier because Adaptive keeps all draw information, budgets, invoices, and expenses organized. I appreciate its clean and clear format for documents, especially when it's time to submit them to the bank. Once you understand how Adaptive works, it's very easy to use. What do you dislike about Adaptive?

I think it's like any great piece of software. It just needs more and more users to use it so that more nuanced problems can be addressed so that the technicians at Adaptive can better understand their audience. "Streamlined Our Accounts with Top-Notch Support"
What do you like best about Adaptive?

I have been using Adaptive for my accounts receivable and accounts payable for over a year Adaptive does a great job with the accounts payable It allows me to access the data easily and quickly. The AI function that reads the invoices is a real time saver. For accounts receivable I found it to be a very good tool, especially for my cost-plus work. Since Adaptive integrates with QuickBooks, it makes the whole process much easier. The team at Adaptive made the transition very easy, and they helped us each step of the way. "Effortless Workflow with Robust Customization"
What do you like best about Adaptive?

I love that Adaptive's approval workflows are customizable, which is great for our needs. The detailed invoice backup is something we really appreciate, and I love being able to look up invoices quickly, in just a second or two. The AI prepopulating fields for us is really handy. We also love how the purchase orders populate when approving bills, making the process easy and quick. The built-in card feed feature helps us track missing receipts effectively. It's great that with just a click, we can request COIs easily. Additionally, the fact that Adaptive has helped us eliminate the need for a full-time administrative assistant is impressive. We are continually impressed by the new feature rollouts and the commitment to building new features based on customer feedback, which they take seriously. What do you dislike about Adaptive?

The mobile app needs to more closely resemble the full website, right now the capabilities on the app are sub-par compared to the full website. I wish we could match receipts to multiple transactions and it would be great if we could still create and send lien waives in Adaptive, without having to do payments through Adaptive. What do you like best about Adaptive?

I have loved using Adaptive because it has made everything really clean and easy. The software catches errors we might not see and syncs really well to QuickBooks, which I appreciate. The processes have been very smooth, and their customer service and onboarding teams have been more than happy to solve our problems and help us out. I have also enjoyed the weekly classes they offer to teach new features that are continually rolling out. Whenever we have ran into problems, I never feel left alone or confused for long, and things are always getting solved and fixed. It's just been an easy way to keep moving forward without feeling stuck. Additionally, the initial setup was so easy and flawless, especially if there's someone in the office willing to go through transactions daily, and there's always someone at Adaptive to help. What do you like best about Adaptive?

I like that Adaptive is user-friendly and that they are always looking at ways to improve, showing that they are very client-driven. The invoice and credit card organization features have helped me be more efficient, allowing me to easily organize and code invoices, as well as match credit card transactions. The Adaptive team was very responsive to our feedback and quickly implemented important features like the price-to-date functionality, which was a big factor for our company. Before Adaptive, labor tracking and billing was a mess of spreadsheets and manual work. Now we’ve automated the entire workflow. 2+ hours saved per-job, per-month, real-time labor visibility, and cleaner bank-ready draws.
