Its use of artificial intelligence to reduce IT operations workload for IT support team. Acure.io reduces the noise levels and offers a single, interactive ecosystem for monitoring and resolving issues. It is also ease to implement. Has lots of cutomizable features. What do you dislike about Acure.io?

Acure.io's customer support could be better approchable. Even though we did not had to rely on their support, my peers felt customer support could be imporved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
