## Accord Reviews
 ### 1. Accord Keeps Complex Deals Organized and Moving Forward

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alli V. | Mid-Market Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord makes it really easy to create a single, organized source of truth for complex deals. I use it heavily to drive my upsell and renewal motions by bringing together pricing, timelines, stakeholders and supporting materials in one place. It helps keep both internal teams and customers aligned and makes it much easier to move deals forward without things getting lost in email. It’s also great for executive level communication since everything is clean, structured and easy to digest. We also have a CSM, Treat, who has been wonderful to work with.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

At times, it can feel a bit manual to keep everything updated, especially if deal details are changing quickly. There’s also a bit of a learning curve upfront to figure out the best way to structure pages for different types of deals.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord helps solve the challenge of managing complex upsell and renewal deals where there are multiple stakeholders and a lot of moving pieces. Instead of information being scattered across emails, decks and internal notes, everything lives in one shared workspace. This keeps everyone aligned on next steps, improves visibility into deal progress and helps drive more efficient and organized execution. For me, it’s saved time, reduced back and forth and helped create a more polished experience for customers while keeping deals on track.

 ### 2. Accord Has Everything We’ve Been Looking For

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brayden G. | Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord offers all the functionality I’ve been looking for—and that I haven’t seen in other tools. While many platforms feel like simple webpage builders, Accord creates a true collaborative workspace that both our team and our customers can actively use. It enables meaningful two-way communication and real-time collaboration throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

The Accord team has also been fantastic to work with. They’re open to feedback, receptive to new functionality requests, and have partnered closely with us to build an incredible tool for collaborating with prospects. We’re especially excited to leverage the upcoming Gong–Accord integration and the additional value it will bring to our process.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

I have yet to find anything I dislike about this tool

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord is solving a major gap in the sales process: the disconnect between internal deal management and the customer experience. In many tools, sales teams build polished microsites or one-way “web pages” for prospects, but there’s no true collaboration. Communication gets fragmented across email threads, call notes, shared docs, and multiple stakeholders—which creates confusion, slows down deals, and makes it difficult to maintain alignment.

Accord centralizes everything into a single shared workspace where both our team and the customer can collaborate in real time. It gives us a structured way to align on mutual action plans, next steps, stakeholders, and key resources—all in one place. Instead of chasing updates or digging through inboxes, everyone has visibility into what’s happening and what needs to happen next.

The biggest benefit for us has been improved deal velocity and stronger engagement with prospects. It keeps opportunities organized, drives accountability on both sides, and reinforces a more professional, transparent buying experience. Internally, it also helps our team stay aligned and consistent in how we run deals. Overall, Accord has helped us move from reactive deal management to a more proactive, collaborative sales motion.

 ### 3. Incredibly Helpful, Easy Onboarding with Seamless HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

It’s been incredibly useful for onboarding customers. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and makes it much simpler to create a seamless onboarding experience. The HubSpot integration also works really well and helps keep communication, tracking, and customer information connected in a much more efficient way.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

I honestly do not have anything negative to say about Accord. My experience working with the platform has been very positive overall.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord has helped us create a much more organized and polished onboarding experience for our customers. Instead of resources, timelines, and action items living across multiple places, we’re able to provide everything in one centralized hub that is easy for customers to navigate and engage with.

It has given us the ability to create a true one stop shop for onboarding, where customers can access the resources, documentation, recordings, next steps, and expectations they need throughout the implementation process. Beyond the operational benefits, it also creates a much more professional and thoughtful customer experience. The platform allows us to package information in a way that feels clean, collaborative, and personalized rather than overwhelming or fragmented.

 ### 4. A One-Stop Shop That Streamlines the Customer Buying Journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harrison H. | Mid Market Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

The ease of use and how much it streamlines the buying journey for the customer. Having a one-stop shop for everything needed is truly a game changer, and I know the customer appreciates the reduction in constant emails.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

The only thing so far is using the AI intelligence to fill out portions of the game ready. It's still very helpful, but it can make mistakes and requires you to be very thorough when reviewing.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it solves the problem of low performance in constantly making sure the customer has everything they need. Giving the prospect an area where they can access all materials that have been addressed and see next steps keeps everybody on the same page.

 ### 5. Clean, Intuitive UI for a Bird’s-Eye View of Customer Relationships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason B. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord is a super simple way to get a bird’s-eye view of the ongoing customer relationship. The UI is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and straightforward to explain to customers which helps drive quick buy-in.

It also does a great job of centralizing key objectives, timelines, and ownership, so everyone stays aligned without extra back-and-forth. Overall, it’s an effective, low-friction way to manage and communicate progress throughout the customer journey.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Accord Intelligence has been hit or miss, especially for the product that I work on, but I understand it's being refined.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings visibility to objectives that were once buried in random PDFs and highlights achievements that were often only surfaced during QBRs.

 ### 6. Transforms Onboarding and Collaboration with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathew L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

I love how Accord serves as a shared digital headquarters, enabling real-time collaboration between my team and prospects. The integration with Salesforce CRM is seamless, automatically spinning up preconfigured playbooks and saving massive time by syncing customer-validated data directly back into our CRM. This allows our leadership team to trust the data because it’s based on real actions, not just gut feelings. I appreciate the clear visual roadmap Accord provides, establishing buy-in from the first meeting and eliminating information silos between sales and implementation teams. It’s great that all history, documentation, and communication live in one place, making the handoff invisible and providing continuous support throughout the customer lifecycle. The initial setup was surprisingly straightforward, thanks to Accord’s onboarding team. We were able to launch our first live pilot with a real customer in under fourteen days. I also find value in how Accord pushes real-time notifications into our dedicated Slack deal channels, allowing me to respond instantly. Overall, Accord transforms our relationship with customers from vendor to partner.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

While the platform is incredibly robust for collaboration, Accord library definitely has some room for growth in terms of searchability. As our repository of case studies, security white papers, and implementation guides has grown, the data structure has started to feel a bit restricted. Currently, it's a great single source of truth for resources, but when I'm trying to find a very specific technical snippet or a niche document for a client, the search functionality could be much more granular. I'd love to see better tagging or a more nested folder architecture that allows us to organize assets by vertical or technical complexity. As it can sometimes feel like a bit of a scavenger hunt when you have hundreds of files uploaded.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord solves buyer paralysis and lack of accountability, replacing messy email updates. It bridges sales and implementation, providing a clear visual road map and eliminating information silos. Integrations with Salesforce and Slack allow for seamless workflows and real-time data-driven visibility into deal health.

 ### 7. Accord Increases Win Rate and Saves me Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryce B. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord is an incredible way to lay out your thoughts, messaging and continue constant progress on a deal. It's helped me win deals by better aligning with buyers. I enjoy seeing when / how my buyers are using our mutual success plans

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

The only think I dislike about Accord is the copy / paste function from one Accord to the next. Duplicating a full Accord is easy, but occasionally I'll have to switch from one to the other. With that being said, their team is constantly improving the product and I think this will get better over time.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Mutual Success Plans for Buyers
- Laying out example trial data
- Hub for Pricing and Quotes

All three of these core functions save me time and increase my close rate. Buyers know where they can go to sell our product internally and it works.

 ### 8. A Third Space for Client Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

The support team has been extremely helpful and attentive to our requests. The UI of the product itself is easy to navigate and our client feedback from logging in has been positive.

It acts as a safe, third space outside of email for notekeeping and interaction.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

I know that this is being actively worked on but the hardest part for me is gatekeeping important documents so that only those who need access can view them. For example, I want an entire team to have access to the Accord but not see pricing.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord is allowing a space for active, ongoing communication and storage of important documents to alleviate the need to go back and forth via email.

 ### 9. Accord is a crucial part of my sales trial motion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison M. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord has made my trial motion so much easier by giving me a platform to share relevant resources with prospect accounts. It’s very straightforward to use, highly customizable, and it makes it simple for prospects to access important information about our company and their pilot. I genuinely love using Accord, and it has truly saved me a lot of time and energy!!!

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform at all!

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord has been helping me improve our trial process and streamline the way we run trials. It saves me time, gives prospects direct access to important information, and presents the data in a concise, easy-to-digest format.

 ### 10. A One-Stop Collaborative Hub with Smart AI for Capturing Information

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicia P. | Senior Client Success Manager, Enterprise, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

I appreciate the collaborative environment that can be used across both internal and external teams. It makes it easy to track project progress, share updates, and provide resources in a single, one-stop shop. I also love using the AI intelligence to capture information efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Nothing right now. I have had great experiences and so have my customers

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration, project tracking, and resource management.

 ### 11. Sales Accountability at Scale with Proactive, Expert Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steph A. | Head of Enterprise Sales & Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

This product meets a real need for sales accountability at scale, which supports accurate forecasting and enables powerful coaching. The team is just as strong as the product itself, they’re proactive, responsive, and bring incredible expertise.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

They're still working on dashboards & reporting that will take leader efficiency to the next level but they're releasing this rapidly!

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord has helped us drive seller efficiency, increase ASPs and work only the most validated opportunities with significantly more effort to increase win rates.

 ### 12. Intuitive, Professional UI That Streamlines Mutual Action Plans with Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

The UI is very intuitive and professional looking. It's helped me to align the sales process with my customers to keep us aligned on a go-live date and outline the steps and milestones to stay on track. It integrates well with Salesforce and pulls in relevant stakeholders from our CRM to make populating the mutual action plans seamless and easy.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

The color palate they use to differentiate between what is prospect facing and internal facing is really subtle and could probably be made more obvious.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord provides a location to outline each step in the sales evaluation process and keep all of the relevant stakeholders and action items aligned.

 ### 13. Impactful and very easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

This tool has been incredibly helpful in managing my deals so far. Having one centralized place to share all the information with my customers has kept everything organized and moving forward smoothly. I also love the ability to see who is reviewing and where they are spending their time.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

I don't have any complaints at this time.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord is providing a single place for seamless collaboration between me and the customer across all levels. It keeps everything centralized, eliminating the need to juggle multiple tools, locations, and endless email threads

 ### 14. Easy Setup and Customisation That Drives Customer Adoption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilyass O. | Enterprise Implementation Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

It’s easy to set up and customise the platform, use it day to day, and collaborate with customers. The ease of use is a big factor in customer adoption, making it a practical tool for the plan.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

It would be very helpful to have an easy to use UI section to manage customer meetings, including an agenda and an action log. Ideally with integrations with Zoom, Teams or Google Meet to pull in meeting summaries.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer engagement throughout the Implementation phase of the project.

 ### 15. Accord is a great tool for implementations and sales motions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mackenzie C. | Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord directly integrates with Salesforce, which keeps the use of the tool efficient and easy. The interface and product are straightforward, making for an easy user experience. For implementing customers, it is greatly helpful to have checklist items and mutual action plans. It is simple to assign task owners, add comments with @ tags, and organize a product into one place.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

There are some minor kinks to learn or ways of working to get used to, but the team is responsive and open to the feedback / trying to help.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Accord to implement new customers. It is our project management tool to take new customers from kickoff through to steady adoption of our product. All tasks for our new customers and for the internal teams are housed there.

The Accord has an overview that we review during a kickoff call to gather contract information and success criteria in place. This information can pull from Salesforce fields right into Accord & we can even make updates to write back to Salesforce there too. Super easy!

We also heavily leverage a Next Step section which is a series of checklist items broken out my parts of the customer journey. Customer tasks spell exactly what they need to do, can have subtasks, and link directly to help center articles/instructions.

Another nice feature is being able to see when someone views an Accord and get notifications about their updates to make sure customers are on track!

 ### 16. Super Helpful for Sales Tracking, Organization, and AI Client Summaries

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

It is super helpful for sales tracking and keeping resources/documents organized and consolidated in one place. The AI functionality for creating a Summary for clients is helpful too.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

I think some clients are not sure how to navigate it, and I find myself disregarding the "next steps" section as it seems a bit confusing and creates unnecessary steps in the sales process.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep all information regarding a deal consolidated in one place and then I can track engagement

 ### 17. A vital solution in driving stronger efficiencies in the buying cycle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex W. | Strategic Account Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Incredible quick to learn and onboarding took no time.

Intuitive to use as a user and for the clients we share it with, I love how collaborative it is and how it keeps everyone accountable.

Everyone who see's it for the first time is impressed.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

So far, not a lot. My only feedback would be that sometimes getting the clients we share it with to feel as engaged with it as we are can be challenging, and I wonder if there is some gamification to drive adoption with the clients we share it with.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the buying process by having every conversation, document, demo, and MAP all living within one, clean, interactive and real time digital environment.

Just having one place to use as a source of truth is so helpful and clients love the efficiency of knowing they can find everything in one web link that can be shared across the business.

 ### 18. Accord Is a Game-Changer for Revenue Team Collaboration and Customer Alignment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord has been a game changer for our revenue team. It’s made collaboration much easier and gives us clear visibility into everything related to the customer. The best part is how simple it is to share Accords directly with the customer as well, so everyone stays aligned on the partnership and we can better support the customer’s success.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

A big opportunity is the LMS feature, Accord Library. While it's a great SOT for resources and documentation, search/data structure could be a bit more granular!

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cross team collaboration and clearly establishing customer buy-in. No more using multiple data sources to gather customer history because it all lives in Accord. Easy to share with leadership and customer execs as well

 ### 19. Convenient for collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon K. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord allows me to easily coordinate projects for implementation, onboarding, and ongoing initiatives with customers on all different tool stacks easily. Its quick and lightweight, but powerful. The reminders, scheduling tool, and resources tab are used by many and amazing to have a central shared space with customers. The team is also very responsive and helpful for anything we need!

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

I do wish there were a bit more project management features baked in, like customizable gantt charts, but also appreciate that would make it possibly too complex for a shared resource.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leading a great customer onboarding journey was alway a struggle. Accord helps us to streamline all phases and to break everything down by steps with clear resources tied to each. It helps us time block processes and keep everyone on track. It also helps us bucket resources to be used even after the project is complete which is useful for all accounts.

 ### 20. We're excited to officially launch Accord!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron C. | Revenue Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

I'm incredibly excited about the potential we're unlocking with Accord. What stands out immediately is the team's dedication; they are fantastic partners, genuinely invested in making sure we grasp the full value of the platform.

The customizability is a huge plus, allowing us to tailor it precisely to our existing value-selling framework. I'm most excited about moving beyond the simple "did they do the thing" checkboxes we currently rely on in Salesforce reports. Accord is poised to give us meaningful metrics and tangible insights into how our methodologies are actually being adopted and used in the field, which is a game-changer for proving the impact of our enablement programs.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

While the platform is powerful for our core Mutual Action Plan needs, some of the (CMS) features could be more robust. Specifically, I would love to see Team-Level or role-based content permissions. Being able to show only specific playbooks or resources to certain departments would significantly simplify their workflow and ensure reps are only seeing what's most relevant to them.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary benefit is shifting from basic tracking to true adoption metrics. By using Accord to build out our Mutual Action Plans and value maps, we're not just managing a process; we're creating a collaborative space to align with our customers on their business case. This provides us with tangible data on methodology adoption, which is a massive benefit for demonstrating the real impact of our enablement efforts.

**Official Response from Ross Rich:**

> Appreciate the feedback Aaron and please keep the requests coming!

Glad to hear the Sales + CS team have been so supportive throughout the partnership.

 ### 21. A Competitive Edge: One-Stop Resources and Beautiful Mutual Plan Letters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Gives me a leg up on all my competitive deals, keeps deal cycles on track, is a one stop stop for all of my resources & pumps out beautiful mutual plan letters. I hope my competition never hears about them!!

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Create a "partnership portal" with accord can be a little time consuming but no fault of the technology. The more ai & integrations they continue to add, the better

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps stalling deals, helps position my product better than competitors giving me a place to drop comp intel, their team helps me optimize my usage & gives me time and feedback on my work. Is something most of my customers have never seen & love!

 ### 22. Perfect Resource For Onboarding/Implementation!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fatima G. | Implementation Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

It keeps everything in one place, every time I need to share a meeting recap? accord. Every time I need an onboarding guide for users? accord. Need to share additional resources? accord. Link videos and have a place to coomunicate with customers? accord.

I use this all day, every day and it's improved my relationship with customers and well as saving me time with admin work. Easy to set up and Sanger was awesome and helpful when we first rolled this out.

It's a great product I will always reccomend!

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

I would love to have the ability to create playbooks, but this has nothing to do with Accord and more to do with my internal permissions at work. You guys are great!

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tried a few different way to keep communication and resources open for customers and accord provides a user friendly portal we can easily and quickly set up every time no matter how small or big the company we work with is

 ### 23. Helpful Tool for Managing Complex Deals Securely

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marlayna K. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Super helpful tool for keeping track of complex deal timelines and maintaining a central repository of resources. It's great that customers can login and use it without the security issues that often comes with sharing a google doc.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Small beans, but it would be nice if there was a section where I could input testers on the prospect side and not have them be sent an email. As in just keeping track of relevant names and and emails.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving my planning for deals, helping me stay consistent with prospects, collaboration with prospects in complex deals

 ### 24. Streamlined our complex sales cycle!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben S. | SDR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

It has helped us navigate multiple stakeholders, resources, deal stages and complexities seemlessly.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Bit of an initial lift getting things together, but very worth the value after an the CS team are unbeleivable in making it as light as possible

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is enabling us to take a very complex sales cycle and a very post sale delivery plan and optimise it.

We are bringing multiple people, resources, stages and complexities together in the platform, and ensuring they operate smoothly.

A part of the issue before was that when we brought senior stakeholders in later in the process, they hadn't come along the "journey" we had been on and therefore we were having difficulty getting their buy in.

Now we have a space where they can see our previous discussions and thought process to bring them up to speed.

 ### 25. Great Customer Service & Responsive to Product Enhancements - My 'Go To' for Account Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

I currently use Accord primarily for account planning – specifically org chart building. Through my account plans I build out a visual of key buyers at my prospective client accounts, use and these maps to strategically multi-thread and work with my BDR during long enterprise sales cycles. I have also used Accord to build 'digital sales rooms' for my prospects, and hope to also improve my use of accord to work through mutual close plans as well.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Some features were not fully developed earlier this year, but Accord has been responsive to product enhancements and I am happy with how this feedback has helped improve the product. Thank you for listening!

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord helps me centralize account strategy, digital sales rooms, mutual close plans, important documents & research, and more. This helps my daily workflow and provides me a great platform to actually work in vs manage data.

 ### 26. All-in-One Platform That Keeps Prospects Engaged and Informed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Most helpful thing about Accord is to have everything in one place - whether it's presentation decks, recordings or pricing which just makes it easier for the prospect to keep up with what's happening.
Really helps to also share and show timelines with the prospect to keep it realistic

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Setting up can be time consuming, which it would auto set up based on transcribing a call and an integration with Gong is needed

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all in one place, a different way to reach customers with the prospect in case you haven't been able to reach via phone, email etc through the discussions board and help share relevant case studies and documents with them prior to further engagement. Seeing their engagement is also valuable to know how much they are invested in this.

 ### 27. Effortless Collaboration That Boosts Sales Cycle Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben E. | Strategic Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

I’m able to interact and collaborate with prospects and customers efficiently, while also coordinating internally to plan strategy and improve the overall performance of the sales cycle.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

The AI functionality works well at times but seems to be inconsistent.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps integrate information across key stakeholders, which in turn drives stronger support and collaboration.

 ### 28. Accord keeps my deals structured, clear, and collaborative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord has completely streamlined how I manage my deals and mutual action plans. It gives both me and the customer a single, transparent place to align on next steps, timelines, and deliverables. I love that it eliminates the need for endless email threads or lost documents — everything from pricing to mutual plans to follow-ups lives in one workspace. It’s easy to update, share, and keep leadership visibility high without any extra effort.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Very little to dislike. The only thing I’d like to see improved is even tighter integration with Gong, so updates flow both ways automatically. Occasionally, formatting within shared docs can be a little limited, but it’s minor compared to the overall benefit.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord helps me keep complex sales cycles organised and transparent. It solves the problem of scattered communication and unclear next steps between me, my prospects, and internal teams. By having one shared space for timelines, deliverables, and value summaries, I can drive deals forward faster and make sure everyone stays aligned. It’s also helped improve internal collaboration and forecasting accuracy since leadership can easily see deal progress without chasing updates.

 ### 29. Thoughtful End-to-End Sales Design with Smart No-Code Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | Director sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Thoughtful e2e design for sales process with the right amount of no code customization and automation sucking in data from CRM etc.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Not much. I had one small issue w the return carriage on resource descriptions.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer DSR and internal stakeholder alignment + org charting

 ### 30. Essential for my Enterprise Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Being a new Enterprise seller, Accord has quickly became an essential tool within my process that I introduce to every one of my prospects during our first meeting.

It helps us stay on the same page throughout the sales cycle with resources and agreed upon timelines, allows me and our leadership team to multi-thread with a purpose, helps me hand off closed-won accounts more efficiently to our account management team, and is a huge differentiator in our sales-approach that 100% helps us win more deals faster.

Have previously used other digital sales rooms and couldn't recommend Accord higher!

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Only thing I could even say is a dislike is that it doesn't integrate into even more parts of my workflow such as with AI tools like Gemini that I use to draft a lot of the content I then paste into Accord.

Our CSM team is so great at communicating so I know items like these are coming and can't wait to see how Accord gets even better in the months/years to come!

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's organizing my entire sales process and all of our stakeholders in one place. No one's spending time combing through email chains for recordings, case studies, contracts, security documentation, etc. anyone. Really makes us stand out!

 ### 31. Clear Deal Alignment and a Strong Buying Journey Roadmap

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Logan H. | Sr.AE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

I like that it keeps deals aligned from start to finish and helps create a clear roadmap for the buying journey.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Would love it to do a little more. on the integration side. E with GONG

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping close deals more because of the tracking capabilities and creating a solid roadmap.

 ### 32. Accord is a highly effective tool in a Sales Persons tool kit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura F. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

I love Accord and can't recommend it enough! I was highly skeptical when my manager said we had another sales tool to keep track of-- but I was wrong-- Accord makes my life so much easier! I now work out of Accord daily to keep my deals on track and I use it for every single deal I'm working on.

Accord is easy to use and helps keep complex deals on track with multiple stakeholders with clear mutual action plans. I love that Accord keeps information organized (call recordings, decks, documents, legal, security, etc) in one simple platform to serve multiple user in an organization. We all know there are multiple buyers in any Saas Deal, and in some cases you may not even meet the true executive decision maker.

I got a compliment from a buyer recently on how much value they saw in Accord. Due to some changes on their side (unrelated to this vendor selection process), the deal was put on hold for 4 months. When they were ready to revisit, they were able to pick up right where they left off and review documents & call recordings as a refresher. Huge time saver for everyone, and my clients specifically said they had never used a platform like Accord and thought it was great!

Kudos to the Accord support team- Sanger is our main contact and always quickly answers questions on slack/ email! Looking forward to watching Accord grow and roll out new features.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

I don't have any complaints, Accord is really easy to use and valuable!

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord saves me a ton of time by organizing information and keeps my SaaS Buyers from losing track of documents from 100 emails through what can be up to a 6-12 month long evaluation process. Accord replaces the need to send a ton of documents in different emails, to different people, at different stages of our evaluation process. It helps keep us on track with a mutual action plan, has information at a buyers fingertips if they are looking for something specific and also helps our internal champions sell our solution to executive buyers who may not have been involved in the majority of conversations. It's easy for me to share some of the same documentation over and over again and keep teams engaged in our deal evaluation process. Accord adds a ton of value by making me look organized and professional to buyers, while saving me time on the backend to 'recreate the wheel' for every single deal.

 ### 33. Accord Revitalized My Sales Process and Client Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle D. | Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord has been a game changer in my sales process. Prior to using the tool, it was very difficult to keep free trials organized and on-track. Since using the tool, I've seen major improvements in engagement from my clients and prospects.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Some of the navigation (IE: importing images, viewing as the client, and others) is a little unintuitive, but I was able to learn this over time with the help of their help center.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord is helping us differentiate from competitors by standing out in the sales process and running extremely organized trials.

 ### 34. The new 'go to' platform for 360 Customer Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua W. | Account Executive - Majors Division, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

It's great having all my sales and project related tasks in a simple easy to use platform. It's also good to see how my customers and prospects are interacting with the platform, and completing project task that have been assigned through Accord to them, they can even invite colleagues to the platform and help refine the milestones needed to work through the deal/project, very collaborative!
You can even store templates to use for new deals and collaborate with your team.
I'm going to use Accord for all my deals going forward. Great tool.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Maybe an AI help feature, a tool that users can ask questions to speed up the learning process, and tips and tricks with building templates.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifies customer engagement tracking and project management, in a single platform.

 ### 35. Brilliantly simple way to collaborate with customers and manage deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord is extremely easy to use and intuitive for both sellers and customers. It creates a single, well-structured space where all resources, summaries, and business cases can be shared, so everyone knows exactly where to go for the latest information. I particularly like how flexible the “Next Steps” section is – it makes it simple to build out an action plan that can be as light or as detailed as needed. Both internal teams and external stakeholders can see what needs to happen, take ownership of tasks, and stay aligned. This visibility really helps keep projects and deals on track for both sides, reducing confusion and building trust.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

There isn’t much to dislike. The only small limitation I’ve found is that within the “Next Steps” section it would be helpful to set both a start date and an end date on the same task. At the moment, you need to create one step for the start date and another for the end date, which works fine really. Other than that, Accord does everything I need it to and more.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord solves the challenge of scattered communication and resources during a sales cycle. Normally, documents and links end up buried in long email threads or stored in different folders, making it hard for both sellers and buyers to find the right information when they need it. With Accord, everything lives in one organised place – not just documents, but also links to key assets, third-party resources, and clear project summaries. This ensures customers always have an up-to-date view of the project goals and context.

The most valuable benefit for us has been alignment on next steps. Both sides can see the action plan, assign tasks, and track progress with dates attached, which keeps projects moving forward even if adjustments are needed. For sellers, this drives stronger credibility and ultimately higher win rates. For buyers, it provides structure and clarity, helping them keep projects on track, build the business case more effectively, and secure approvals with confidence.

 ### 36. Easy, Efficient, and Reliable Project Planning with Accord

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord keeps our projects moving and makes working with clients less complicated. All our plans, docs, and next steps are in one place, so it’s easy for everyone—both our team and clients—to stay in sync. It is easy to implement to any team, and the Salesforce integration is helpful by connecting to our accounts and opportunities. Their customer success team is fantastic too—they assigned us a knowledgeable CSM who really took the time to understand our workflow and made sure we hit the ground running

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Accord currently does not allow multiple playbooks to link to an Accord and also does have the ability to link an opportunity to multiple Accords, but it is currently in the works!

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration between internal and external stakeholders

 ### 37. Head of Sales

This tool makes the sales process more collaborative and provides the salesperson with valuable insights into which aspects the prospect is most interested in.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

This tool makes the sales process more collaborative and provides the salesperson with valuable insights into which aspects the prospect is most interested in.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single repository of information shared between the AE and the prospect is valuable, as it allows for a more organized and consistent approach to sales engagement. It also helps standardize the way interactions take place throughout the sales process.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of deal and account progress

 ### 39. Accord is THE best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica O. | Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

Accord helps me and my prospect on track with our conversations throughout the evaluation. It's very easy to use, and love the new integration with Salesforce! Accord is a great hub to host all resources.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

It would be amazing to allow all types of video files to play in Accord.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralized hub for all resources, recaps & summaries for prospects. Love how we can see who has been in the Accord and what they have reviewed.

 ### 40. Great way to operationalize your methodology

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

As an Enablement Professional, I find that one of the biggest challenges is operationalizing your sales methodology—integrating it into the daily workflow so that sellers truly embrace it. Accord has been instrumental in helping us achieve this. We have developed several playbooks tailored to each line of business, and the platform enables exceptional collaboration with both our prospects and customers. The program is easy to use out of the box and requires very little training.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Nothing. The Accord team has been incredibly responsive to our needs and suggested upgrades.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is driving our sales methodology. It has enhanced our customer collaboration in the sales cycle, and reduced our sales cycle. It has provided us with a way to manage our content.

 ### 41. Simple, one-stop-shop, for managing action plans and resources

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt E. | Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

I like that Accord provides a framework for mutual action plans that are easy to edit and share with customers. I also really like that it can serve as a repository for evaluation materials, so that it is easy to access materials for my team as well as for my customers.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

I do wish that it could be easier to edit the look and feel of the Accord pages that are shared with customers.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord helps me to formulate and share mutual action plans with my customers as we navigate sales cycles. It also helps me to keep my sales deals on track, by keeping the next steps and dates outlined clearly for my team and for the customers that I'm working with. Accord also makes it easy to keep track of all of the documents that are shared between my team and my customers by acting as a central repository for materials related to the sales process.

 ### 42. Simple, reliable account‑plan hub that produces results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Egan C. | D, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord lets me build crystal‑clear mutual action plans in minutes, then track every milestone, file, and stakeholder in one uncluttered workspace; the open API also allowed me to automate the creation of account plans from other tools in my workflow.

The people at Accord are fantastic. Top notch group of people to partner with. From the sales process, onboarding and throughout our time as a customer we've always been well taken care of.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Native integrations are still developing: I’d love to see deeper integrations with more tools so all Accord tasks flow seamlessly into the systems my team already works in daily. However, the API is flexible and I was able to develop some of these integrations myself.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shared account planning that both the team and customer can contribute to. It's help me move customers through mutual goals in a timely and effective way. Our customers love it when I say "I have a shared action plan we can both contribute to, I'll send this after the call so you always have access to it."

 ### 43. Accord Keeps Resources, Recordings, and Proposals in One Convenient Hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh E. | Senior Field Sales Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord is a one-stop shop for my customers and I to connect. Customers like having resources, demo or call recordings, and proposals all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Accord can take some getting used to, but I wouldn't say I dislike that about it.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accord provides a resource for large, complex deals to share crucial information and collaborate on mutual action plans to keep projects on track.

 ### 44. I like how Accord keeps everything in one place—it’s super easy to stay aligned with the team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily C. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord makes the sales process truly collaborative. It’s intuitive, looks great, and actually helps drive momentum in deals. I especially like seeing the parts my clients are viewing.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Honestly can't think of anything that I dislike

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Accord, our sales process felt pretty all over the place. We were juggling different tools to share materials, track engagement, and keep everyone aligned, which can make things confusing for clients.

Now, with Accord, everything lives in one spot: the demo recording, proposals, mutual action plans, and next steps. It’s made our conversations way more organised and collaborative. For buyers, the experience is a lot clearer and faster since everyone’s always on the same page - and its better as the salesperson too.

 ### 45. Simple, Seller-Friendly Interface That’s Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Simple interface and ease of use for sellers

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Library function could have more controls for stronger content managment.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effective customer engagement, consistency, and tracking tools for sales teams.

 ### 46. Effective MAP Solution for Client Executives in B2B Software Industry

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord does a phenomenal job with their next steps feature. Ive found this feature above all others extremely helpful when juggling multi year renewals for several fortune 500 companies at a time. It drives accountability, while maintaining visibility across internal teams as well as the customers buying committee.

Additionally, I enjoy the resource and summary tabs. These two elements really help keep historical contracts, executive priorities and supplemental information organized during a deal cycle. Overall, the platform is really easy to use as a CE and was a relatively light implementation for the Rev Ops team.

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

The softwares integrations could be stronger. For example, Accord could provide a briefing in solutions like Salesloft or Outlook or Zoom prior to calls. This would ensure continuous messaging and very little distracted discussions.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization like many others, struggles to create a centralized data repository for all things deal oriented. Accord is a sleek, modern approach to the antiquated MAP shared by your Sales leader of old.

 ### 47. Level up with Accord!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul B. | Enterprise Strategic Implementation Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Accord?**

Accord is a way that my customers can not only see where they are at within the project, but who has the next step and when is it due. It's the dominos pizza effect, where people want to know when their pizza is in the oven vs out for delivery. Accord does this for them but makes is super easy to setup and follow along. It's a way that they can get even more in sync with our team!

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

I do feel that I get too many digest emails from Accord, but I'm fairly certain I just need to update my settings to correct that.

**What problems is Accord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More visibility for what is next within the project and ownership on said tasks.

The new AI features are very helpful too!

**What do you dislike about Accord?**

Sometimes Accord's can't be shared due to customers internal security requirements due to it being a third party vendor.
