Instead of sharing various documents (case studies, summaries, proposals, business case,..) in multiple emails and threads, Accord proves a one-stop-shop for everything related to the project, with a built-in Mutual Action Plan to hold customers accountable (not another separate document!) and ability to add additional stakeholders. Accord is an easy to use platform that is very customizable. It has great features for reps and prospects to track deals in real time and assign owners. What I like most about it is that it links to SFDC, has auto creation and also push notifications for due dates. It also informs reps when a prospect is interacting with the project. I love being able to consolidate and summarize all conversations and interactions into one space. No more lost decks, docs, etc. Everything is in one place and linked together without that much set up effort. Only thing I do wish you could do is have a library of templated SECTIONS. For example.
