Switching platforms is never easy - especially when you're three years into building a company with thousands of active students and all the systems, connections, and processes that come with that. The idea of making a major LMS change felt overwhelming and, honestly, a little risky. But from the very first conversation with the Acadio team, we felt heard, supported, and understood. Had we started with Acadio from day one, I can only imagine how much farther we'd be. The platform is everything we needed - and so many things we didn’t even know we needed until we started exploring it. It’s powerful, flexible, and designed in a way that genuinely supports course creators, educators, and most importantly - the users. The platform is impeccable! The process of switching over was not chaotic or overwhelming by any means! We were fully supported at every stage. They didn’t just hear us - they listened. They didn’t just meet our needs - they made us feel like those needs mattered. It was a beautiful and collaborative transition. Their team was consistently responsive, unbelievably patient, and always generous with their time - whether we needed a walkthrough, a custom solution, or a second opinion. What started as a move to get more features quickly became a deeper partnership. Acadio doesn’t just give you a platform - they walk alongside you as you grow with it. I need to repeat that statement, truly THEY WALK ALONGSIDE YOU AS YOU GROW! You cannot find that type of support anywhere these days. And now that we’re live with thousands of users, we’ve had no issues at all. It’s been completely seamless. We expected hiccups with a switch this big, but there were none. Since launching fully on Acadio, we haven’t had a single technical issue. Our students love the user experience. Our support tickets have dropped dramatically. And we’ve already seen a noticeable increase in sales. That kind of outcome doesn’t just come from a great product - it comes from a great team. Acadio has both. I can't recommend Acadio enough. The platform is worth every bit of the switch - but the team behind it is truly what makes it exceptional. We haven’t experienced any issues or limitations, and every need we’ve had has been met with fast, thoughtful support. If anything comes up, I trust their team will handle it with the same excellence they’ve shown throughout. **What problems is Acadio LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acadio has solved nearly every pain point we had with our previous LMS—limited customization, clunky user experience, lack of automation, and poor reporting tools. The switch has drastically improved both the student and admin experience. Our support ticket volume has dropped significantly, sales have increased, and our internal processes are smoother. It has innovative study features baked in, that allows learners to see where they need to focus more time as well as handy tools to make studying easier. From the course authoring side of things, Acadio is structured in such a way that a small team can manage a large catalog of courses and content. Acadio as a company is highly responsive and relatable. Issues are infrequent, but when they occur, are promptly addressed. Implementation was considerably easier than we expected with Acadio assisting with the import of our course content. We were able to rapidly provision courses and link them to our e-commerce platform. **What do you dislike about Acadio LMS?** When we started with Acadio, documentation was lacking for few areas. Acadio's responsiveness more than made up for this, however. In the year+ since we've launched, Acadio has continued to make strides to improve their documentation. **What problems is Acadio LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acadio is designed in such a way that our small team can more efficiently manage a fairly large catalog of content. Acadio's reporting and certificate management have drastically improved and simplified business processes for us. ### 3. Excellent product. The onboarding and customer service is unlike anything I've ever experienced from a SAAS company. **What do you dislike about Acadio LMS?** I haven't come across anything that I dislike. In fact, I've even canceled some of my other software services and moved that functionality into Acadio. **What problems is Acadio LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps students learn at their own pace, take exams and even get their certificates of achievement at a much faster pace. Once I set it up it pretty much runs itself. ### 4. Like many content creators/editors, I collaborate with a team and we aren't always working on the same content at the same time. The ability to leave notes has been a lifesaver! Whether as reminders for myself for later edits or as notes to my colleagues of topics that need further discussion, the ability to leave a note ensures important items don't fall through the cracks. **What do you dislike about Acadio LMS?** I've been working in Acadio for a while now and so far, there isn't anything I dislike. **What problems is Acadio LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company delivers an interactive exam prep experience and Acadio allows us to host the current content (live content) while also working on updates and new content not yet ready for the live site.
