**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

I like Tesorio's dashboard and detailed AR tools. The dashboard provides a detailed report on our customer promised to pay invoices, customers at risk, Collected vs Forecast, Open AR Aging, and Overall collection Score. These tools help AR Specialists to work more effectively. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I don't like the lack of additional pre-built dashboard tools and AI support. It would be helpful to retrieve on-time data that we need on a daily basis and pull reports from our portfolio through AI.

**Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:**

As mentioned earlier, Tesorio is a good Cash Flow management tool that suits all types of Industries.

I use Tesorio for cash collection forecasts, analyzing historical payment behavior, and tracking open invoices. The dashboard shows detailed reports on promises to pay and overall collection scores, helping AR specialists work efficiently.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

Tesorio automates accounts-receivable tasks like sending reminders, tracking invoices, and managing collections. Instead of chasing payments manually, the system runs workflows automatically. One of Tesorio’s biggest strengths is its cash flow forecasting and dashboards. It analyzes invoice and payment data to predict when money will arrive. Tesorio uses machine learning to analyze historical payment patterns and predict when customers will pay. Tesorio integrates with ERPs and CRMs like NetSuite, Salesforce, and other accounting systems. I like Tesorio also because it automates collections and prioritizes invoices, businesses can reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve liquidity. The Customer support of Tesorio is very good and very fast at responding. The implementation of Tesorio was very smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

The only areas I see where Tesorio can possibly improve is by Real-time syncing with ERP systems. Another common improvement area is data syncing speed. The sync delays between Tesorio and ERP systems, can slow down financial reporting and forecasting.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tesorio solves several major problems that finance teams face when managing accounts receivable (AR), collections, and cash flow. These problems mostly come from manual processes, poor visibility into payments, and slow collections. Tesorio helps with Automated payment reminders and follow-ups, Tesorio helps with smart collections workflows and this helps companies reduce DSO and collect payments faster. Tesorio Automates invoice tracking and collections, Tesorio automatically matches payments to invoices and Tesorio Reduces manual reconciliation work.

Tesorio is easy to use and pretty straightforward, especially when it comes to searching for invoices. It saves a lot of time compared to manual tracking, and the search function is generally reliable. I also like the notes feature—it’s simple but really helpful for adding context or updates that the team can easily see. Overall, it supports daily tasks without being complicated.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

I really enjoy all of the separate controls Tesorio provides; Building my own dashboard and workspaces, tagging and notation. It feels incredibly user friendly. I also really like that it saves selections between pages, a small detail but makes a huge difference when trying to work through lists.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I dont like that when invoices are cleared the history of what happened with that invoice, including notes also feels like it gets cleared. I wish that notes were saved at a higher level so if you looked into the customer account it would show you a history of previous notes on the invoice level rather than only the customer level. This is helpful in credit authorization tasks.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tesorio is helping in the day to day operations, helping smooth workflows and expedite processes.

The fact that You cannot customize the width of the columns and have it remain as it is, the fact that you cannot assign the same email for 2 customer numbers, even though sometimes it does concern 1 or more customers. Also when invoices in an email correspond to more than 1 customers, the email remains unassigned to any (should be assigned to at least one). Rather slow in opening attachments or searching for invoice numbers

The layout is visually appealing, and the interface is easy to navigate. I like that we can automatically interface our invoices from NetSuite.

I don’t like the filter feature because it opens a separate box, and then I have to dig around to find what I need. It would be easier to use the column headings as filters.

It allows management to see at a glance where we are with collections. This way, they can focus on the ones that stand out.
I like that it's our go-to place for notes and comments on our outstanding accounts, vs having notes on each individual account.

1. Easy to send multiple invoices in one email
2. Batch dunning is a great feature

The more and more we are exploring to teorio. It is making more ease of work. There is unlimited task you can perform with the help of tesorio ,you just have to keep exploring. This tool has made my job much smoother than it was before. Having everything in one place is incredibly convenient. It lets me send emails and document both issues and their solutions efficiently. My workflow feels more streamlined overall. With just a few clicks, I can set up accounts by type, dollar amount, and urgency, which helps me concentrate on the more challenging issues without having to search through the entire system to find them.

Not much. It's easy to use even without a ton of training.

I'm narrowing down my accounts to just the ones that require my attention. This approach really helps with time management within the system. I no longer have to search in different places or juggle multiple platforms—everything I need is conveniently in one place.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

I love Tesorio because it saves me a lot of time by allowing me to download and customize customer statements easily. Unlike NetSuite, where customization wasn't an option, Tesorio lets me skip creating an aging report manually. This efficiency reduces extra activities for me, making it very helpful. I also appreciate how Tesorio helps me check the status of invoices, see overdue amounts, and access pertinent comments and customer emails to verify their activity. The initial setup was quite easy too, which was a nice bonus.

Nothing. It's awesome

I use Tesorio to check invoice statuses, including overdue amounts and customer email validity. I can customize and download customer statements, saving time by not pulling aging reports. It's very helpful and reduces extra activities.

We are also using the Cash Application feature which is great automating payments from the bank back to our ERP system.

Our business teams are using Tesorio for collections management. We use the dunning campaigns to notify our customers when they have payments are over due. We also use the AR forecast which our teams are finding very useful.

It makes easier the collections process, many automations and templates just to click and send. AI implementations are very useful.

The collections management within analysts. We can distribute accounts assigning to the AR analysts, tesorios keep sending automatically emails so we don't need to be keeping an eye on every single invoice, but can focus our attention on really important matters to solve customer's issues

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

One of my favorite features is the invoice tags — they make it super easy to see the status of invoices at a glance, whether they're paid, pending, or need follow-up. It saves a ton of time not having to dig through emails or spreadsheets. I also really appreciate the notes feature. It’s great for keeping track of both internal and external communication, so everyone stays in the loop. It helps avoid duplicate outreach or confusion around customer follow-ups.

Another thing I love is the ability to search for invoices by amount range — super handy when you’re looking for specific transactions without knowing the exact number. Plus, I can choose to view invoices individually or grouped by customer, depending on what I need at the moment. The search functionality overall is solid.

I’m also really happy with how the tags feature, especially the Payment Expected tag, helps us with our monthly financial forecasts. It gives us better visibility into expected cash inflows, which makes planning so much smoother.

And lastly, the interface is clean and intuitive, which made it especially easy to navigate when I first got onboarded back in September 2024.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Honestly, there’s nothing that really stands out as a major downside — overall, it’s been a great tool. That said, I’ve noticed a small issue that might be related to syncing with our system (we use NetSuite). Sometimes there are open invoices in NetSuite that don’t show up in Tesorio when I filter for "open" status. For example, I’ll search an invoice number and get no results, but then if I remove the "open items" filter, the invoice shows up — even though in NetSuite, the status is definitely open. I’m not sure if it’s a syncing issue or something else, but I’d really love to understand more about why that happens.

Also, it would be great if credit memos were easier to search or view. It’s possible the feature is already there and I just haven’t figured it out yet — if that’s the case, I’d be super happy to learn how to access it!

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is my first time encountering Tesorio, and I’ve honestly been really happy with how much it’s helped make collections easier for our team. I’m not entirely sure what the process looked like before I joined, but compared to my previous roles — where we had to download data manually from our systems and rely heavily on spreadsheets — Tesorio is a big step up.

Having everything in one platform, from invoice tracking to communication history, really streamlines the whole process. It makes follow-ups more efficient, helps avoid duplicated efforts, and gives us better visibility into where things stand with each customer. It's definitely made my onboarding and day-to-day work much smoother.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

The team behind Tesorio helps Smartsheet do more with less with their always improving products and services. When we bring ideas to the Tesorio team for additional use cases or automations, their team often has existing or upcoming features that they are excited to help us with enablement.

The collections tools that are offered have rapidly expanded in features over the past five years. It has allowed us to scale our monthly cash collections by over 3X while being able to keep our headcount within a reasonable budget.

Tesorio has also improved on being able to handle increased data sets from our ERP. We are able to provide visibility from the system to our Sales team using a Salesforce plugin to give them visibility on our latest collection efforts. When we first started using Tesorio, the product was primarily only able to intake data from our systems, but now there are integrations and workflows that push data from Tesorio to Salesforce, Netsuite, Slack, and more.

As Smartsheet continues to grow, we continue to look forward to our partnership with Tesorio for our Cash, Collections, and Forecasting needs.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Tesorio has made improvements to what we can utilize from our ERP source data, but I would like to see further control on what we import and do not import from these systems. In addition, we would like to see additional details beyond the Account level data in Salesforce to include Quotes and Opportunities to help us reduce the need to duplicate fields so Tesorio can import the relevant data.

In addition, while we enjoying seeing additional features are being offered à la carte to best fit our needs, the products that we help beta test can sometimes be missing essential features that can be difficult to justify the costs to our leadership. This is often temporary as Tesorio is transparent in sharing product roadmaps and can usually justify the costs within a year of new product or feature launches.

**Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:**

Tesorio is a great product to set up and use, especially if this is your first time utilizing automation software for dunning at scale.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We reduced our production time with dunning emails by building automated campaigns that target our customer base, ultimately increasing the speed at which we collect cash. Tesorio also allows us to communicate effectively cross functionally by keeping our latest notes, data, and production all in one system that syncs back to Netsuite, Salesforce and Slack. We are also able to move some of our lower ARR customers to be handled entirely by automation rather than having to assign a specific team member to the accounts allowing us to scale lean.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

I'm a daily user of Tesorio. I came from the life of managing my A/R with numerous spreadsheets, v-lookups and pivot tables that needed manual updating daily.  Now this is all in one place with a real time snapshot of my open A/R via an automatic sync to my billing system.  I no longer have to create  calendar reminders about follow up to clients.  I can easily create tasks  and just look at what I need to complete daily.   It allows me to send campaigns to clients manually or automatically with easy filtering to avoid any unnecessary outreach.  They sync to our CRM as well which allows other internal teams to see what we've sent to clients.   Their support team is responsive and has quick resolution on issues as they arise.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

There nothing I dislike about Tesorio. Keep up the good work.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

Tesorio is a software that can change how the working environment operates and I know it has for me! It is extremely user friendly and as someone who works with a lot of software. Tesorio has to be one op the top ones! It is really easy to implement as well as integrated into your existing software. I use Tesorio on a daily basis along side our AR team and the ease of which we can see what we have outstanding for collections is just amazing. The features that you get when viewing clients is also such a handy thing! Their customer support is always on point and very eager to assist. I would recommend Tesorio in a heartbeat!

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

There's nothing negative I can say about Tesorio, but an area of improvement can definitely be on the AP side. Imagine a software where AR and AP is the main focus, what a dream!

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tesorio has really helped clean up our AR and collections process. Before, we were juggling spreadsheets and manual reminders, which made it hard to keep track of who owed what and when. Now, everything’s automated—follow-ups go out on time, and we can easily see what’s outstanding and who needs chasing. The forecasting is also super helpful. It gives us a better idea of when payments are likely to come in, so we can plan our cash flow more confidently. Overall, it’s saved us a ton of time and helped us collect faster.

There have been additional features added like workflows, forecasting, updations in filtering the flat files, have graphical insights to our company's performance, editing template statements.

They can work on enhancements like real time ERP syncing, syncing JEs from ERP to Tesorio, filtering tags in campaigns, showing net payable balances in SOA, credit memo CSV importer files access in flat files section.

I like Tesorio's templates which are very useful and I use them daily. I also find the ability to write pinned notes very useful, which help me make credit forecasts.

Sometimes it is slow and the formats that are pre-constructed by me move. They cannot be saved. If I want the pinned notes to be placed in the third position, the settings do not save.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

What I like best about Tesorio is how it makes managing collections so much more efficient and collaborative. The platform's ability to predict payment timing based on customer history, display due dates clearly, and allow us to add tags for easy tracking has been incredibly helpful. 

I also really appreciate the automated email functionality, it saves us time while keeping communication consistent. On top of that, being able to see exactly what actions a teammate has taken on an account, including emails sent, has greatly improved our team's coordination and follow up efforts.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Currently, the only feature I find challenging is the ability to clean up contacts.

For instance, if a customer requests the removal of a contact because they no longer wish to receive emails or the person has left the company, we do not have the functionality to delete that contact. As new contacts are added, the list grows longer and appears disorganized.

It would be very helpful to have a feature that allows us to remove or archive old or unwanted contacts to maintain a cleaner and more efficient contact list.

The benefit of having all of our accounts in one place. It allows us to manage them without having to use several different systems.

Tesorio allows us to easily segment our customers for collections purposes, provide targeted communications, and effectively guide our workflows. A huge win is that our NetSuite integration runs flawlessly. 
Tesorio was super easy to implement and our CSM and Support are always super responsive when we have ongoing questions.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I'd appreciate a more frequent integration with NetSuite than 3 times per day – and being able to include pay links in our NetSuite invoices. 
Knowing which features are included versus not are sometimes difficult to figure out as well.

Tesorio has allowed us to manage a larger client base without increasing headcount through automation, workflows, and streamlined communication. We are able to deliver a better, more consistent, more targeted collections cycle.

The installation was easy, the training was right at the level we needed, and most of all, our Customer Success Manager, Nicole Thompson is top notch!

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Its difficult to see what a full aging looks like for all customers because of the way it buckets and that on account payments are not really acknowledged. Also, if I have to delete dunning campaign letters, I can only delete 10 at a time.

Tesorio is assisting us in making sure all customers get called and no one is left out. We can set up tasks so we don't have to remember or write down what is happening. We are able to share info with each other with a simple tag.

We can assign partners to the no. of individuals and it also helps to update tags and statuses for each invoice, and it is customizable, this is a really good feather.

We can not keep track for Credit memos with invoices which can show us the Net off balance.
Intercompany JEs are not included which showing total collections.

The email campaigns allow for great customization for your target audience, whether it be internal or external customers. The automatic payment promise tags are a great help as more customer move towards platform billing.

Some of the historical analytics are not helpful. I liked the previous feature where you could see how many people viewed your email.

It compiles all our invoices and requirements in one page—basically,a handy and good software to manage business.We have been using Tesorio since a long time now, it has really been a good software in managing all things related to Accounts receiveable i.e. customer payments, Credit memos, invoices. The different innovations that tesorio have had always been a good thing for our company. For eg: 
-Recently, we tried to automate payments into NS. Tesorio did a great job in automating payments via uploading the bank statement and then integarting the same to NetSuite. It has helped a lot in my day to day transactions.

- Tesorio gave us opportunity to design a template and then send emails to customers. It has been a good time management thing i have ever come accross. 

I would definately recommend Tesorio to other companies.

Actually, nothing to dislike but sometimes there is issue with server. However, it gets resolved within a day which is a good thing. Also, the issue of server comes once in a year, which is not at all to worry about.

It is really a good software for managing business and Accounts receivable.

Initially we had issue with managing the invoices as we have a lot of people in our Team. However, tesorio's feature of assinging customers/invoices has solved this issue and we are using it in our daily routine. Acutually, without tesorio it is not at all possible for us to manage or take followup with the partners. It is the first thing we open in our laptop after Gmail. In short, managing receivales would be really difficult without Tesorio.

It has proven to be time management tool. It has various features which help us in managing the whole receivales- 
- Assigning each team member a different customer is easy. 
-Tracking of all the invoices, payments and credit memos in single software.
- Syncing advantage with Netsuite.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

While only certain departments at my company have access to Netsuite or Salesforce, a much wider range of people have access to Tesorio, which integrates with the other two. This has made it much easier to communicate and collaborate across teams, and to make the financial data and invoicing visible to those that need to access it. I'm only an occasional user, but I especially like being able to see the history of invoices/credit memos, emails, notes, etc. as well as the analytics for collections. It makes it clear which stage of the process an invoice is at, and most things are automated.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Again, I'm an occasional user and I only go in to look at very specific things. While the interface is easy to navigate and relatively intuitive, I find that I forget some of the workflows between my uses. I sometimes also struggle with company names vs account names vs invoicing entity, and how everything rolls up in the hierarchy. I believe these stem from upstream (Salesforce/Netsuite) but still impact my search results in Tesorio.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me personally, Tesorio is making it simple to share financial data across various departments/teams.  I believe our financial department is also using it for some email automations, cutting down on the manual work, as well as analytics of past payment history and estimates of future payments. It has made our collection process a lot smoother.

It is a great tool and easy to incorporate into your existing system. You will notice your team members instantly being comfortable using it. For us, it has removed the need to maintain the excel file thoroughly. The customer support team is open to hearing what you need and encourages you to give them suggestions. The product is regularly updated and has developed in the last 1.5 years of our usage. We have experienced the easiness of using it in daily tasks.

No need to maintain excel anymore and everyone in the team can work simultaneously and have a real time view of the notes and status of AR. The dashbaords and creating/managing workspaces with so much of ease helps in being focussed.

This has taken our automated contacts for dunning and statements to the next level. It's also giving us invaluable insight into stats, trends, and account histories. It very customizable and basically any view you want to see can be built. The online support, both AI based and actual humans, is also topnotch.

Some of the automation setups are a little clunky and take some know how to set them up initially but after a few campaigns are set up it's much easier.

The second thing is that i wish the customer portal would integrate with more payment processors other than Stripe.

Our ERP systems native collections module is clunky at best. Tesorio is allowing us to contact our customers faster, have greater visibilty into actions being taken, and allowing our executive team to be more informed with a quick glance than they ever were with the native system.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

I love the dashboards in Tesorio that allow you to tag and pull invoices that need special action into one spot. The notes are very helpful because we are able to write them back into NetSuite and Domo so that anyone in our finance organization who has questions on our cash goal or invoices getting paid can have insight into the work we are doing trying to collect. It also helps us manage our AR Team  and have clear insight into the work that is being done to collect on each invoice. The Dunning campaigns have allowed us to reliably reach out to customers on a set cadence and have been entirely customizable.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Any question that we have had, the support team has been able to research and either give us a solution or a work around for that question.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our key problem that we have solved is not having insight into invoices and payment across our organization. Now everyone in the organization can have the same insight on an invoice/customer as does the AR specialist assigned to that customer. Tesorio campaigns also solved the problem of letting collections slip/waiting too long between emails to customers. Now our emails are queued up automatically and collections doesn't fall behind when we get busy with month and quarter end close.

I am the admin for Tesorio and the access to edit the templates, and campaigns as per my own choice is very easy.
The second functionality that I like the most is adding customer invoice-level fields from NetSuite to Tesorio. It is too simple and makes me feel independent as I don't have to depend on any IT Team for this.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

There is nothing specific that I don't like about Tesorio. I think, if we can export the data of the entire dashboard in one go, can be helpful.

Effective collections rely on consistent reminders and check-ins with customers. Tesorio allowed us to automate these processes, sending notifications days before the due date, on the due date, and at regular intervals after a payment is overdue. Additionally, Tesorio stores email copies with each invoice or customer record, ensuring that discussions are retained and accessible for the entire collections team. It was so easy to implement and integrate with SageIntacct and the Banking system we were running in the system within a month. The support team is great. The best of all benefits, we were able to lower our DSO.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Needs a little work on email management dashboard. But definitely not a show stopper.

It's a convenient tool for sending out collection emails when you have a high volume of invoices.  It's functions allow you to include multiple attachments which can be time consuming to do if manually drafting individual emails.  It's also great for running detailed reports.
Customer support is quick to respond and assist with user issues.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

The reports and filters can be tricky to customize.  There are some filters that are not available.  It's ok overall for reporting but when you have very specific criteria in mind, you are still forced to download the details and manipulate in Excel.

Tesorio is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I was able to jump right in with minimal training. I like that it connects with third party apps to sync payments and other valuable information over. The option to create my workspace and save it for my view only is very useful and comes in handy a lot. I like the many different filter options available to get precise results on what you are specifically looking for.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

The only down side I have about Tesorio is the option to navigate between pages. If we could get the page numbers at the top and bottom that would be great. Also, if we can get the option to enter a specific page number to go to that would be useful as well. Sometimes when filtering on a specific amout I am needing, it doesn't always pull up (not sure why),  but if I click through the pages, I can see the invoice amount I am looking for then.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tesorio is helping to solve unapplied payment issues and past due invoice issues. The unapplied payments is an issue because we have customers that will overpay invoices and we like the ability to see which customer (s) are doing this and reach out to them to get it resolved whether they want to apply the overpayment to an future invoice or issue a refund. It also helps in keeping track of which customers have past due invoices and allows us to reaach out to the customer directly from Tesorio via email so that we can track communication between collector and customer. This helps in knowing when the invoice needs to be escalated to the next level if a customer isn't being responsive.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

I love being able to filter based on my own parameters to focus my efforts, I mostly filter on aging buckets or largest balances. 

The collaborative nature is a huge plus, my collegues can easily check when a customer has been contacted, find email addresses and this means that we are not duplictating work. 

Very easy to run reports and to convert these to excel so that information can be shared with colleagues on other teams. 

Sending automated email campaigns and statements is essential and Tesorio does this very reliably.

The 'Tags' Feature means that you can tell at a glance the overall status of an account and move on quickly iof no action is needed.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

There is a delay in the sync between Netsuite and Tesorio - that may be our issue not Tesorio thpugh or perhaps I need to learn to be more patient...

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tesorio helps to keep me organised and focused, I am able to organise my day efficiently.
The tesorio predicions for payment dates also allows me to quickly asses which Customers have historically had issues and so will probably require extra attention so Tesorio has become somewhat intuitive.
