I love how there are so many features and they ability to do your own campaign emails to send to your customers.

Sometimes there are system errors, but that is normal, not Tesorio's fault.

Adding more features upon request. I love how quickly IT is responsive.

I like the visibility provided by the dashboard and the ability to organize the workspaces. The Tags have helped us create workspaces that allow us to see problems with a single click.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

We have multiple entities, and Tesorio is working to improve the filters and ability to report at the entity level.

**Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:**

Take the time to decide how you want to use it, and then take the time to set it up.  It is a system that will let you avoid a lot of clutter in your AR reporting.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us excellent visibility into our cash flow; we can quickly see when to expect payments and which customers need to a reminder. We use the goals every month and have a data trail to measure our ability to estimate our cash flow.

In comparison to a different collections platform I previously used at another company  I like the details of multiple campaigns to be able to customize it to our company's need and use.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I dislike when the dashboard changes through updates with out us knowing.  I dislike when there are updates that affect functionality and reports that were fine before.

We used to be very manual at reaching out to our customers for collections but we are benefiting from the automation of Tesorio to help us increase efficiency.

It's really user-friendly and clearly shows the status of the invoices. Easy to track the latest actions on invoices

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Sometimes a bit tricky to change views, for example looking at different aging buckets and only aging invoices. But in general it is a really nice tool to use!

Providing an easy way to keep track of invoices and on our communication towards customers regarding the invoices.

Seamless automation of messaging to clients & very customizable as well.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

It would be helpful if we could download multiple invoices at once. The auto attaching is great for templates, but being able to download them all at once would be great as invoices may be needed for email chains outside of campaigns. Also, a way to track tasks completed would be greatly appreciated.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been a great tool for automation and transparency of accounts' financial status. It has been a great help for team productivity as well.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

We are able to easily create and tag customers with tags that are meaningful to our business.  This gives us the ability to create campaigns both internally and externally for our dunning process.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Some of our internal markers are not usable on the analytics page.  This would be very helpful to us.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to put all communications with customers in one place and everyone is able to access them at any time.  The automated dunning campaigns is very helpful.

Cant upload comments for multiple invoices for same customer on same time

Easy to use & easy access to data. we can change the format of data as per our requirements for reporting . Collection reports became easy with help of this tool.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

I like the dashboard and the different metrics that are provided with our AR aging and collections. It's nice to be able to see the collections for the month and although we aren't using Tesorio for forecasting, it might be a good option in the near future. I also like the small features such as being able to note customer promise dates or tagging certain customers.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Tesorio is great in that it connects to our company's email used for AR but I think the integration between the Tesorio inbox could be better. There are sometimes issues connecting to the Tesorio inbox and at times there are emails that aren't being captured in our company's inbox but are seen in the Tesorio inbox.

**Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:**

If you're looking to automate AR and collections, Tesorio is a great tool. It's a lot easier to use than most systems I've seen and the portal and interface is very organized and detailed.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tesorio has been great in helping with our collections. The campaigns set up for dunning notices help save so much time in sending out reminders and past due notices. Customers also seem to respond better when getting multiple notices and it's nice to be able to set up the frequency of these emails that fit our needs.

No training required, easy to use interfaces, with powerful results.  Utilizes ERP API's on the transaction level that works seamlessly.  Data visualization tools help pin point problems at a glance.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

There are many potential applications for this data beyond what Tesorio currently offers.  Continued innovation to tie AP and AR to cash balances.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

I like the reporting capabilities and how you can customize a solution that best suits your company. Tesorio has been instrumental in improving our accounting processes and we are looking to add in the cash management functionality after testing it out for a few months. Very happy with the quality and how easy reporting has become with this solution.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

No dislikes. We have been using the solution for over 6 months and I have only receieved positive feedbacks from my colleagues who use the system regularly and personally it's been wonderful to test out some of the cash management functionality.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling to forecast our cash receipts and accounts payable in a non-time consuming way and with the reporting capabilities have been able to hone in on a process that's not only fast but easy.

Ease of use and plenty of visibility.  As a CFO, I appreciate that my team likes to use the solution on a daily basis and I can get what I need as well.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I don't see many downsides here.  We have a great relationship with the Tesorio team so that help whenever we have an issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:**

There is no one else that does what Tesorio does.  It is certainly worth trying it.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cash management and forecasting of daily/monthly cash flows.  We estimate that we are saving on headcount because of Tesorio, so not only do have better visibility, but the ROI is fantastic.

The emailing campaign is what I like best about Tesorio. Prior to using it, I was spending a few hours every day sending manual emails to customers regarding their past due or upcoming invoices. Now with Tesorio, I spend a short time each day quickly reviewing the email campaigns before they are automatically sent out.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

There are times when I've found some invoices that fell out of the campaigns so several weeks go by without the emails being sent.

**Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:**

Tesorio has been a big game-changer for my job with providing help to more easily collect payment from our customers on their outstanding invoices. I highly recommend the use of Tesorio for Accounts Receivable!

Tesorio has helped to ensure that customers are being emailed regularly regarding their past due invoices. This is a considerable help for us in order to collect on cash much quicker than we were without the campaigns.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

Spent many years in A/R and Collections, but first time with a company utilizing this product for these functions over the last 6 months. It really simplifies the job and could become a go-to system for many businesses looking to move away from some of the older A/R operating systems (while still being compatible with some of them and can be used in tandem). Would highly recommend to companies seeking operational efficiency and organization for their collections/receivables efforts with a system built specifically to help in that realm.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Still lacks robust reporting capabilities, but the data is there to be managed externally (e.g. in Excel) if needed. It is possible that there is more for me to discover in this regard. There are KPIs that the system can track and record for cash forecasting.

**Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:**

Give it a try and see how it could benefit your business, especially if AR/Credit and Collections is an area of your organization that is a bit disorganized.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A big benefit is being able to automate some of the workload for early collections and A/R efforts, leaving teams to focus efforts on truly outstanding and/or extenuating items. Reduces labor on the mundane. Great and responsive support team for any issues with the application.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

The look and feel of the software is very cool. Its quite intuitive and is very customizable also. Automations are easy to setup and the tagging system works really well.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

The reporting element of the software could be better - you can create workspaces similar to a report but having a specific reporting module would be great. I want to create reports using the AR info Tesorio imports and then utilize its automation & email functionality to share the info internally with other departments such as sales , Ops, senior managemnt etc.

i's also like to see some type of action list or daily worklist for collectors introduced so that the system can highlight accounts/invoices or tasks that need followed up or reviewed. Other packages offer a "next best action" list that help collectors stay on top of workload.

not enough funcionality to help with credit management - be awesome to have a link to current credit info provider information (credit rating/recommended credit limit/paydex score etc) alongside customer AR data.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits are the ease of setting up automated collections, having informative dashboards at your fingertips, tagging invoices and customers to highlight status etc.

Problems would include the inability to tailor the dashboard, accuracy in the forecasting of collections - predicted amounts arent necessarily reliable. Also, trying to establish a daily routine or tracking what you have worked on/where you previously left off can be difficult without a specific worklist to highlight accounts that need actioned.

Tesorio is a very intuitive and easy-to-use platform. The integration with NetSuite works exceptionally well for us. The Tesorio team is super engaged, always open to feedback, and willing to make improvements that enhance the experience for us.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I haven't come across any dislikes yet I dislike that not all my suppliers are more like Tesorio, sometimes.

Tesorio has helped with the efficiency of our collection, allowing us to send automated emails to customers and alleviating the manual process of pulling/attaching invoices. We also really love the predicted-to-pay feature!

Tesorio has an Insights feature, but we would really like the ability to drill down on specific customer accounts driving our data. Though the Insights feature is helpful, it definitely needs a drill down feature in order to be really useful.

Simple interface, dashboards provide the information we need. Very flexible software that meets our needs in collections. We built the dunning reminders to suit our and customer needs. Tesorio has a great customer support team, whenever we need help they are always there for us!
Tesorio helped us to increase our Cash collection 100% in the first few months.

Our team customized various Dunning to replace manual invoice notifications and it saves at least 10-20% of a headcount.  Although it is nearly impossible to predict customer payment behavior, we us the Cash Flow Performance Platform to help narrow the gap between actual and forecasted collection and spend.  Tesorio also serves as a data base for all email communications, maintain all historical data so no prior knowledge is lot due to staff turnover.
The customer support team at Tesoris was amazing!  They are there to answer your questions and willing to spend time demo for new team members and periodically reachout for health checks.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

In order to maximize Tesorio capabilities, one will need to invest time in entering and managing information going in/out of the tool.

Worth the investment and the return is exponentially greater!

Tesorio shows adaptability with regard to communicating with our ERP, Sage Intacct and minimizing "double-documentation".  The campaigns are easy to use and the dashboard prove helpful when looking at larger trends.  

The REAL value Tesorio has brought was its people and engineers taking their time to LISTEN to us about what our business needs; what our customers expect; and how we need Tesorio to leverage our ERP in order to meet / exceed our expectations.   On many occaisions they have done exactly that, working with our AR team to push over invoice PDFs, but also any backup that needs to be sent alongside the invoice.  This has been game-changing, and we remain strong advocates for the various ways Tesorio proves its ability to evolve and meet the needs of our business.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Please continue to refine your "anti-email blocker" technology for non-US customers.  The functionality works well in the US but some of our customers in the UK struggle to receive invoices the first time without us being added as "safe" senders.  Not the worst thing in the world to be extra cautious, but it does slow up the process from time to time.

**Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:**

- Make the onboarding process with Tesorio a chance for you to dream BIG about what you cannot do today....but should be able to do tomorrow.
- Have a plan for testing Tesorio and for configuring dashboard BEFORE go-live.  
- Expect there to be hiccups and setbacks along the way.  Maintain a strong relationship with your implementation team, and don't sign off until you are totally satisfied with the end-result.

Easy intergartion with NetSuite and the orginazation of outstanding debt for easy veiwing.  It is easy to split out customers to our collections team and track progress for collections.  The automated dunning emails are easy to set up and incredibly helpful in reaching out to clients.

The customer service from the Tesorio team is fast and efficient in responding to any questions or issues.

The tool is always constantly improving, which helps it become more than a collections tool, but a cash foresting and cash flow resource.

New features such as DSO and other metrics can be charted over time, giving good insight into the effectiveness of collection strategies.

Nothing so far.  The product continues to improve.

We are using Tesorio for collections manegment and automating collection tasks - such as automated emails to clients, sorting collections to risk by customer, and predicting incoming collections for cash flow.

The Dunning option is immensely helpful, which helps to send emails to customers on time and keep track of all invoices. The tool is also easy to navigate and organize work.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

If the contact email is not auto integrated from Netsuite to Tesorio, we can fix that in Tesorio, but the fix is saved for later. Also, there is no way to display the list of accounts assigned to a specific person. There is no option to download a report with all the accounts for a specific day as well.

Very power tool that can help you reduce your work load.

Tesorio helps in automating the collection process. In a busy day also it helps to contact all customers with little effort and keep track of all invoices which are current and past due.

Based on my experience, Tesorio is very easy to use. All options are straightforward that you can easily locate a certain account. Data in Tesorio available within our reach that we don't have to perform various steps just to get the info we need. Tesorio makes things simple.

I can't think of any because I appreciate how Tesorio does the work.

I highly recommend it as it does not complicate things in Collections.

In AR Collections, we need to identify the aging items, customer's open invoices that need to collect, updating contact details, and pulling up of Statement of Account.  While solving or working on those cases, I realized that Tesorio is not time-consuming in locating customer accounts or anything we need. For first-time users (like me), Tesorio is very easy to navigate.

We have collectively used or evaluated most AR automation platforms and settled on Tesorio as the leader across the board: features, reliability, UI/UX, support, integrations and innovation. In addition, Tesorio is pushing the envolope beyond the AR automation space - its cash flow direct (cash forecasting) product is fantastic and only getting better.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

We are eager to see what other cashflow management features Tesorio will tackle, but we have no complaints about its existing platform.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For AR automation, we are solving collections collaboration/organization, automated dunning, customer campaigns/messaging, payments, reporting/KPIs, AR health analysis, bad debt analysis, customer health analysis and collection prediction.

We also recently stood up cash flow direct, which functions as our automated direct method cash forecast! As far as we are aware, no other vendor is successfully solving this use case.

Ease of setup is great. Also, Tesorio is very easily customizable. The Workspace system makes it easy to create dashboards to see the invoices I'm interested in.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I wish I could control customer contacts with more command and granularity. I also wish I could run reports directly out of Tesorio to see what contact is present on each customer, what the label is, etc. Contacts are kind of a black box for me because there is no report that I can run myself that will show me this detailed data for each customer.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very high-volume, low-$ per transaction business. Being able to send invoices automatically on a schedule is an amazing thing. We were not able to send invoices this efficiently before Tesorio.

The Notes part of tesorio is beneficial because it's easy for us to track the history of the customer and follow up with them further. It helps us to send bulk emails to all the customers instead of sending each customer manually.

I wish we could have an option to edit the invoice since many of the customers asks us to update PO number in their respective invoices.

I like the customization feature of Tesorio & how we can differentiate & manage different ledgers and different risks customers with tags and filters.  I also like that the support team are very open & suggesting ways to use Tesorio to our best ability

Reporting tool - at present, I know the Tesorio team is working on this daily to get this feature up & running so we can analyze our dunning campaigns.

Gmail to account linking via dunning responses.

The size of our ledger - it has been so beneficial for us with the automated dunning campaigns as we would not be physically able to reach out to each & every customer requesting payment, given that our headcount is so small at present.
