**What do you like best about Apartment List?**

The thing I like most about Apartment List is what sets it apart from other internet listing sites. It is a pay-per-lease model. This is great because, with only a very small monthly listing fee, you only pay them if you get a signed lease.

**What do you dislike about Apartment List?**

We had a little trouble at the beginning getting the listing to integrate with our two different software companies. We have dynamic pricing on most of our properties, so this made the set up a little more complicated.

**What problems is Apartment List solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apartment List is an internet listing site, so it introduces and provides information to potential renters about our properties. It has a pay-per-lease model so it only costs money if it works.
