  ### 1. Harvey AI Speeds Up M&A Legal Work and Saves Us Money

**What do you like best about Harvey AI?**

I do M&A deals constantly where we hire attorneys on the buy side to assist in legal tax topics for our funds. Harvey AI allows our lawyers to candidly do the work faster and more efficiently and saves us money on legal dollars.

**What do you dislike about Harvey AI?**

I don’t personally have anything to dislike other than I believe the price is high especially as we eat the cost and can’t pass off to a client as an investment bank can in a sell side process or mandate.

**What problems is Harvey AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving a significant amount of analytical problems in complex areas of an investment as related specifically to working capital and deferred tax payments and then summarizing the legal documents for easier understandability.

Best legal AI in the world. UI is easy to use and it is super smart.

**What do you dislike about Harvey AI?**

Nothing. Maybe that it sometimes does not produce good with workflows.

Everything. Best platform out there.

**What do you like best about Harvey AI?**

Harvey produces quick search results on a variety of topics. I utilize "contract provision" searches most frequently. Harvey is a great tool as a jumping off point for contract drafting.

**What do you dislike about Harvey AI?**

On occasion, Harvey doesn't pick up detailed nuances in the law, so don't rely entirely on the program as a substitute for independent verification.

**What problems is Harvey AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Harvey primarily helps me with contract drafting and legal research.
