I agree with that some problem is that - The mobile app is good for quick checks, but it doesn't have all the features of the desktop version. You still need your laptop for the "heavy lifting" like detailed project planning or complex invoicing,
Also, the price can be a bit high for very small teams, but I guess it’s worth it for the time you save.

As a sales professional, Teamleader is a life-saver. It turned our messy process into a streamlined machine. If you want to hit your sales targets consistently, this is the tool you need."

**What do you like best about Teamleader?**

The best thing about the Teamleader platform is that it combines CRM, project management tools, invoicing tools and keeping track of all its progress in check. And also their biggest advantage is that this platform has interconnected modules between sales, operations and billing all within a single flow system. Their interface is very clean and easy to navigate. makes the onboarding very easy. We can manage the entire customer cycle from the begining to the end.

**What do you dislike about Teamleader?**

Some of their advanced customisation options are a bit limited, specifically when trying to customise the workflows. Their reporting capabilities are useful, but can be more flexible and deeper in terms of reporting capabilities. Their integration ecosystem is not much wider in this space compared to the other enterprise platforms.

**What problems is Teamleader solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamleader helps me to improve the operational efficiency by bringing all sales, project execution and billing modules under a single workflow. It also gives us visibility in terms of customer engagement and interaction from follow-ups to handling their payments, giving us a transperancy across the teams.

**What do you like best about Teamleader?**

I like most about Teamleader is that it’s a genuine all-in-one platform that actually brings CRM, sales pipeline, and project management together in one unified workflow, instead of forcing us to use three or four separate tools that don’t talk to each other. For our small but busy B2B team in Hong Kong, this consolidation alone saves us hours every day. I really appreciate how smooth the handover from sales to project delivery is. When a deal is won, all client info, communication history, and requirements automatically carry over into a project — no manual copying, no lost details, no confusion between teams. That consistency has made our client onboarding much more professional and reliable. The initial setup was surprisingly straightforward and smooth for our team.

**What do you dislike about Teamleader?**

I find the automation in Teamleader to be limited to simple triggers. More complex workflows, like automatic task assignments based on deal value or multi-step follow-up sequences, aren't supported natively. We often have to rely on manual updates or external tools to fill these gaps. Also, customer support and response times can be slow, which is frustrating when we encounter critical issues. They're not always local-time friendly either. The invoice and accounting features are too basic for our needs, especially dealing with multiple currencies and tax rules for Hong Kong and cross-border clients, so we need a separate tool for detailed financial reporting.

I use Teamleader to centralize CRM, sales pipeline, and project management, solving disjointed tools' challenges. It tracks leads, manages communications, and logs deals, aligning our teams. The platform saves us hours daily by automating client onboarding and ensuring a seamless flow from sales to project delivery.

**What do you like best about Teamleader?**

The software is very easy to use; I didn't need any manuals because everything is intuitive. The menu structure is clear, and the forms and screens are straightforward without unnecessary clutter. Managing projects and invoicing them is simple, and I appreciate the clear overview of invoices. The integration with accountancy software makes it easy to sync invoices and payments. There's also a basic ticketing system that helps me keep track of customer support. The built-in manuals are helpful, and support is quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Teamleader?**

The ticketing system is missing some important features, and even though the support department has mentioned that a rework is planned on the roadmap, it still hasn't been released as of today. When you create an invoice and notice a mistake before sending it to the customer, you are unable to make any edits. Additionally, the process for partially invoicing a project has a specific flow that takes some time to get accustomed to.

**What problems is Teamleader solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool provides me with a clear overview of the companies I work with, including both customers and suppliers. For each company, I am able to keep track of the relevant contact persons. I can create a separate project for each assignment, which I then use in timesheets and invoicing. This makes it transparent for my customers to understand why an invoice has a particular price. I can generate invoices based on timesheets or on (partial) projects. Additionally, I have a clear view of all my invoices and their payment statuses, and I can easily send reminders when necessary.

Teamleader has the ability to amalgamate all my client details in the most efficient way, as a team leader. I also find the visual pipeline for sales opportunities to be very useful in monitoring my sales funnel and areas that might require some little attention.

It lacks some business-critical functions such as co-authoring or built-in communications tools. In projects where there are many discussions and many changes to written work, it often appears inconvenient to use something outside the platform.

Teamleader has been great for working with clients and getting a hold of my business. It saves time as compared to scattering data across various platforms and it gives me the glimpse of my business health.

Teamleader is simple and efficient tool to organize your tasks like sales reports etc. It has a user-friendly interface that a new user can send invoices to clients, track the quotations, tenders. Basically it organizes all your tasks very efficiently. Their customer support is quite agressive to solve your problems or implementations.

If there could be more customization options available. Sometimes become slow if there is an inconsistent internet.

It's user-friendly dashboard quickly shows the details about the status of the tasks. Also generating reports, tracking the billing data become so easy and you can find everything in a single app.

We able to manage our sales activities very efficiently with this tool. This is a very easy to use tool for keeping track of tenders, quotations, generating invoices etc. Overall it made our process quite faster. The customer support is pretty awesome. Implementation of the tool with our accounting software became easy with the help of the customer care.

Nothing much really. There should be more customization option. Sometimes bit laggy.

Teamleader is an efficient way to organize your sales activities for a project. It helps you to create a timeline that can be accomplished for each phase in a project. In addition, you can also bill the clients directly on the imvoices.

There are instances when the software lags a bit. Also, it seems a bit confusing at first, therefore, some tutorial videos will help to expedite the onboarding process.

Teamleader is a simple and easy-to-use CRM tool for tracking leads and commercial opportunities, centralising all existing and prospective customers as well as keeping track of quotes and tenders.

Teamleader may be somewhat limited in its functionality and integration capabilities compared to other solutions, but it serves its purpose well as a standalone tool for SMEs who simply need to keep track of commercial opportunities, especially for B2B.

With Teamleader, we know at a glance what stage of commercial negotiation each prospective client is at, thanks to the visual "Jira-style" representation of opportunities. We can also run sales forecasts.

The time: Being a team leader takes time and patience. If you lack patience then this is not the job for you as it can get difficult and demotivating at times and you will cant show your team any negativity because it can rub off on them

Software connects with ou companies accounting system, that's why it makes very comfortable & makes process faster. Also, it's good that we can enter all our quotations in this budget.

**What do you dislike about Teamleader?**

There should be option to archive quotations which are expired or used and ended but we have lot of quotations that were not in use still they are in active list.

**What problems is Teamleader solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamleader provides all data we require for data analysis to make the discussion. It takes much time if we go without teamleader. Very transparent and great platform to use purchase offer and invoicing methods.

Teamleader Focus is intuitive and really helps to manage your sales funnel, financial flow, and project management.
When you want to build your customer database, a professional quote, or an understandable invoice, don't look further. On top of that, there's a helpful team behind to answer all of your questions - big or small - for you to be able to focus on the things that really matter - your customers and your business. **What do you dislike about Teamleader?**

The "people part" is a bit underwhelming - especially the holiday planner. It would be helpful to have some kind of overview especially when you're working in a scale-up, and your team is constantly growing. It's hard to keep track of everyone as you can only see each individually and never as a team.

Teamleader Focus is helping me with billing and some of the project management. It also helps to control the sales funnel and forecasting

Actually, nothing really. Features come (and go) at the right pace. If I have to name something, maybe it's their mobile app which has received much less attention.

Everything related to running a business from an administrative point of view. Our biggest benefit, Teamleader helps us to deliver increadibly fast on deals and proposals, and on following up during projects. Invoices are clear and never lead to questions.

The support I get is one of the best I have ever experienced.

**What do you like best about Teamleader?**

As a growing company, we especially needed solid support for our business structure. In 3 years, we have grown from 2 to 9 employees, which requires a systematic approach. We found support for daily planning, aftercare (invoicing linked to our accounting package), as well as the guarantee of a stable working environment through Teamleader. The ease of use is much discussed in team meetings. The "keep it simple" principle is certainly a great added value, as we work with many different types of people!

As a starting entrepreneur, I would like to easily keep an overview of my contacts, deals, projects, and figures. With Teamleader, I have found the perfect tool for this.
After a pleasant, yet very clear and to the point 1-on-1 introduction with a Teamleader employee (Tilo D), I was up and running with the entire app in no time. After a bit of fine-tuning by Tilo, my outgoing emails, quotes, and invoices look very professional, my customers can track everything online, and I always have everything within reach.

Not much negative to say about Teamleader. I would just like to see an integration for the accounting app "Accountable" for the optimal functioning of my administration. That would be absolutely GREAT. Maybe in the near future.

We use Teamleader throughout the entire sales and planning process. From prospecting to customer. From potential deal to signed contract. And then for the complete follow-up in several phases of the project. We link invoicing and interim evaluations to this via virtual meetings. And all this via Team leader.
I probably have forgotten a lot about our processes, but Team Leader really contains everything for us.

**What do you like best about Teamleader?**

There is nothing to dislike about the user interface of this package.  It looks sleek, and there is no clutter in the screen.  The UX is friendly, intuitive and very straight forward.  Setting the parametres of the system is easy.  

Setting it up is no hassle, since it is quite a limited system.  Adding extra fields in de specific modules like contacts / accounts / deals is straight forward.

**What do you dislike about Teamleader?**

There is very little room for customisation, apart from a few extra fields that can be added.   Creating workflows is unexisting in the system.  Teamleader will tell you that this can be achieved with the addition of third party software via Zapier.  This only drives cost upwards.

Sales Management reporting is below acceptable.   There is at some point a serious issue in how deals in the different stages are counted and how the funnel value is calculated.  Organisations with different sales people have had the biggest trouble in understanding how the figures should be interpreted.

Platform is not scalable at all.  Many of our early customers had to switch to a scalable platform.

Integration: Teamleader claims loads of integrations.  Depens on what you define as an integration.  Linking two software platforms with Zapier or Piesync is just not an integration.  It is shifting data from one place to another.  The most valuable info is not pushed back and forth.

The mobile application was modified a while ago, removing some of the functionality that was in the earlier version.  This was very bad for some customers, since these functionalities were just essential for their business flow.  Just alone this switch was the reason for some customers to abandon this vendor.

Last remark.  The initial urge to fulfill customers demands was stopped as soon as Teamleader took the route of international expansion.  No really new features, no new functional development.  Only cashing.

**Recommendations to others considering Teamleader:**

If you are considering Teamleader you should keep in mind that Teamleader comes in cheap, but with all integration costs, prices will go up.  Only limited storage and nr. of records in the basic version.  

Integration is mostly done by Piesync of Zapier, these are not full integrations, also adding up bottom-line for the extra cost of Zapier etc...

Teamleader offers NO automation and only very limited possibilities to modify the product with extra fields.  If you are looking for a platform for lead-nurturing: look elsewhere.

Sales Reporting is a very weak spot.  Pipeline value is still a pain, even after multiple years and many feedback to product management.
