"Intuitive, easy to adopt, and great in terms of customer support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

For us, it's been an intuitive and simple tool to use. There wasn't too much of an onboarding needed in order for us to start using it. We also have a contact person at Survicate who's very quick to respond and keen to assist when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

I’m not sure if there’s another way to handle this, but I’d really like the option to add the survey directly in our web UI without having to change any code. As it is now, I’m dependent on developers to get the survey live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Feedback with Powerful CRM Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

I really like Survicate’s flexible survey trigger options and straightforward reporting dashboard. Setting up automated email surveys that are dispatched right after our maintenance visits is so convenient. The no-code builder is a major plus, allowing us to tweak questions without leaning on our IT staff. I also find the native CRM and cloud document integrations incredibly valuable; they ensure that feedback goes right into client records without additional data entry. The conditional logic feature is another strong point that tailors questions based on client responses, reducing manual copying efforts. Importing client contacts and configuring trigger rules was straightforward, and the guided tutorials aided us in setting up different types of conditional questions efficiently. What do you dislike about Survicate?

Survicate’s built-in alerting system lacks customizable rules for urgent negative feedback. When a commercial client rated our building maintenance service poorly, we were not notified in real time and only spotted the response days later. Its form branching also has limits for multi-property clients; we cannot easily add separate fields for each building location in a single survey. These gaps create delays addressing client concerns, and our only part-time IT resource cannot build custom automation workarounds to fix these issues quickly. "Research Assistant helps me find the answers that actually matter"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

One of the features I rely on the most is in-product surveys: asking for feedback while someone is actually using a feature gives me much better answers than sending an email a few days later. People still remember what they were trying to do, what confused them, and why they made a certain decision. The quality of the feedback is on a completely different level. I've also been using Research Hub a lot more than I expected. Instead of going through hundreds of survey responses one by one, I bring together survey results, support conversations, and other customer feedback in the same place. The AI does a great job of grouping similar themes, highlighting recurring issues, and surfacing patterns that would take me much longer to find manually. I also had a good experience with support. We needed help configuring a survey exactly the way we wanted, and instead of giving us a generic answer, they understood what we were trying to achieve and helped us get there without having to come up with workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

The only challenge I've really run into is keeping everything organized as the number of surveys grows. Once you start working with multiple projects, segments, and different audiences, the dashboard can feel a little busy until you settle on a consistent naming structure. I'd love to see that part of the interface become a bit easier to manage over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Survey Distribution with Room for Growth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

I love Survicate's automatic text categorization for open-ended survey replies, which cuts hours of manual sorting work for our freelance analysts at Novus Insight Group. This feature helps us spot key trends faster and compile polished market research reports. I also value its multi-channel survey distribution and real-time response dashboards, which allow us to track incoming replies live and adjust survey logic mid-study without IT support. These features eliminate manual data copying, keeping our projects moving and helping us deliver reports by strict client deadlines. Additionally, the intuitive drag-and-drop builder is fantastic for our team, letting us quickly adjust questionnaires and centralize response data without a dedicated IT staff. The seamless integration with tools like HubSpot and Google Workspace is a bonus, reducing manual copying and keeping our deliverables on schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

Survicate lacks robust advanced segmentation for deep market research analysis at Novus Insight Group. When running consumer attitude studies, we cannot easily split survey responses by demographic subgroups within the platform. Our freelance analysts must export raw datasets and build external spreadsheets to compare results across age or regional groups. There are also limited advanced skip-logic options for complex multi-phase research questionnaires. Since we have no dedicated IT staff, these extra manual export steps add work and slow down our client research report delivery timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Survicate simplifies pet‑care post‑visit feedback collection yet lacks location‑specific analytics for multi‑site wellness operations"
4.5/5
Describe the project or task Survicate helped with:

Survicate offers a streamlined solution for collecting post-visit feedback in pet-care services. Its automation features allow for efficient survey distribution, reducing manual workload. However, the lack of location-based analytics and detailed reporting can be a drawback for multi-site operations. Enhancements in these areas could significantly improve its utility for businesses managing multiple locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Survicate?

My favorite Survicate strengths are its editable survey templates and appointment‑triggered automation. I build separate CSAT surveys for grooming clients and overnight‑boarding pet owners. Once a pet’s service finishes, the tool automatically sends out the matching questionnaire. This removes the tedious work of manually emailing every customer. For our lean team handling high‑volume weekend and holiday pet‑care bookings, these functions keep feedback gathering consistent without draining my limited operational bandwidth. "Intuitive UX and Quick, Helpful Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

As a new member of the team, I was able to quickly learn and start using Survicate thanks to its intuitive UX and user friendly features. I can also easily reach out through the chat or the Customer Solutions Center, and I’ve always found the support to be quick and helpful. I believe the value is well worth the cost. Survicate has significantly reduced the manual work involved in survey analysis, while making it easier for us to create branded surveys and track our NPS. The AI-powered analysis also helps us get insights more quickly, which makes the platform valuable for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It Makes Wellness Feedback and Survey Management Simple and Organized"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

I recently started using Survicate for wellness feedback, consultation follow ups and health education related surveys, and so far the experience has been smooth for my daily work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so collecting proper feedback and responses is important during regular sessions and awareness programs.

What I like best about Survicate is that creating surveys, sharing forms and checking responses feels simple and organized without making the workflow complicated. Different question types, survey customization, response tracking and survey sharing are very useful because every consultation, wellness session and educational survey requirement is a little different. I also like that responses stay properly managed from one place, which helps while handling multiple feedback forms together.

The reporting and analytics features are also helpful because they make it easier to understand audience response, participation and feedback trends. Features like survey logic, feedback collection, response tracking and simple integrations help save time and make daily workflow more smooth. . Overall, Survicate has been useful for managing consultation feedback, wellness surveys and educational response collection in a more organized and professional way during regular work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

when editing surveys with multiple question flows and response settings, sometimes I need a little extra time to properly check everything before publishing the survey. I also noticed that when many responses come together, filtering and reviewing specific feedback can feel slightly less quick during busy work hours. Apart from these small things, the platform works smoothly for regular wellness surveys and feedback collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy tool for quick customer feedback"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

I like Survicate because it makes it easy to create and share surveys. It doesn’t take much time to set everything up, and I was able to start collecting responses very quickly. The user interface and dashboard are also simple to understand, and I appreciate how the results are presented clearly without feeling confusing. I also like the interactive elements, such as the speedometer-style percentage display. Overall, it feels like a straightforward tool that gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

One thing I found a bit confusing at first the survey logic and conditions. It looks like a tricky and complex type form, but it took some time to understand how the questions flow based on responses. Also, a bit more flexibility in customization would make it even better. Other than that, the tool works well for basic feedback collections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool for Manufacturing Feedback, Lacks Industry-Focused Reporting"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

The flexible survey creator lets me build targeted questionnaires for line staff, maintenance teams and customers without developer help. I can set custom scoring tied to our production KPIs, and automated recurring surveys capture steady long-term feedback we use to refine PPWR material processes. Responses get split by stakeholder group for faster analysis, and exported files slot straight into our ISO 9001 audit archives with minimal edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

There are no out-of-the-box dashboards formatted to manufacturing quality audit standards, so I have to rework all exported data in Excel for ISO documentation. It does not sync natively with our factory ERP, forcing manual result imports every survey cycle. Adding layered skip logic for multi-stage production questionnaires also drags down survey build speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Platform for NPS Campaigns and Feedback Surveys"
5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

I support NPS campaigns that we record in Survicate through Intercom popups and email campaigns. Additionally we capture end-of-onboarding surveys to capture timely feedback on how to improve our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

We haven't found a both way pathway to connect survicate and back to salesforce for NPS, so there was a little bit of manual work. (We were looking to just keep NPS at 1 important question to capture emails and customer account and feed customer name for analysis) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
