**What do you like best about PeopleForce?**

I consider PeopleForce one of the best HR platforms on the market because it is very user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate while still covering all the essential HR processes and features. I really like that the system feels simple and clean but at the same time includes everything needed for recruitment, onboarding, employee management, performance tracking, reporting, and internal communication. It saves a lot of time and makes daily HR operations much more comfortable and efficient.

**What do you like best about PeopleForce?**

Simple, efficient, centralized and user-friendly it is. It brings different HR processes into one platform, which makes managing employee information, performance, time off, and communication much more efficient. I also appreciate its wide range of functionalities that simplify daily HR operations and improve the employee experience.

Another standout feature is the analytics and reporting capabilities. The platform provides leadership teams with valuable insights and real-time data, helping them make more informed, data-driven decisions.

**What do you dislike about PeopleForce?**

I wish it could have the some templates have to be changed manually, which can be time-consuming and repetitive. I wish there were more automation features where small updates could be made automatically by simply providing a few details, making the process faster and more efficient.

What I like best about PeopleForce is that it is intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. The interface is clear and well structured, which makes HR processes easier to manage and helps centralize important information and workflows in one place.

I also really appreciated the smooth onboarding and implementation process. Robert, our PeopleForce onboarding and implementation specialist, provided clear guidance, answered our questions quickly, and helped us get everything set up easily and efficiently.

Overall, PeopleForce offers a practical and people-friendly experience for both HR teams and employees.

Overall, my experience with PeopleForce has been very positive. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. The only area I think could be improved is the Kudos section, especially in terms of interaction, to make it more engaging. Other than that, everything works well.

**What do you like best about PeopleForce?**

What I like most about PeopleForce is how responsive and helpful their support team is, they reply quickly and actually solve issues, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. I also really appreciate that everything is in one place: recruiting, time tracking, employee data, and team management. It helps keep processes organized and saves a lot of time. And also onboarding with our manager Robert - that was very helpful and thoughtful. Thank you once more for leading us through the test period!

**What do you dislike about PeopleForce?**

Some parts of the system are not fully intuitive at first and may take a bit of time to get used to. However, this hasn’t been a major issue for us, as the support team is always very responsive and helpful in guiding us through any questions or challenges. They responce in a minute and that helps a lot.

**What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a solution that would bring all our HR processes into one place, instead of using multiple separate systems and google sheets. PeopleForce helps us manage recruiting, employee data, recruitment processes and time tracking in one single system, which makes our workflows much more organized and efficient. It saves us time, reduces the need to switch between platforms, and makes everyday operations much easier.

Improve reporting flexibility by enabling reports to be generated online (without exporting to Microsoft Excel) with easy data copying.
Also, add the ability to create reports for a selected period (e.g., newly hired employees) to avoid generating full reports and manually filtering data

**What do you like best about PeopleForce?**

What I really appreciate is that the product is constantly evolving and improving — new features keep being added. The support team is always ready to help and explain everything clearly.

The recruitment module is the biggest highlight for me: it genuinely simplifies day-to-day work and helps automate routine processes. For example, you can set up automatic rejections or send automatic invitations to interviews.

It’s also great that there are analytics for each vacancy, which I find very useful.

**What do you dislike about PeopleForce?**

Integration with some job boards isn’t very convenient, because I often have to switch over to the job board itself to view CVs, as they aren’t always reflected in the system. That said, this could be an issue on the job board’s side rather than with the system itself.

**What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleForce helps us solve the problem of not having enough time for routine tasks. It streamlines our processes so nothing gets lost, and it also provides clear, easy-to-understand analytics. From our experience with various platforms, PeopleForce is currently our favourite overall for convenience and ease of use.

What we value most about PeopleForce is its recruiting module - it significantly streamlines our hiring process. The AI-powered CV parsing and automatic candidate profile creation save a lot of manual work, and the direct integration with Gmail makes communication and tracking much more efficient.

We also use PeopleForce for broader HR needs, and it’s very convenient to have all employee data and processes centralized in one place. It improves transparency and helps keep everything organized across the team.

Additionally, the interface is clean and intuitive, which makes onboarding new team members easy and reduces the learning curve.

**What do you dislike about PeopleForce?**

We’re not fully using some modules on our side yet, mainly because they don’t always align perfectly with the specifics of our workflows in the game development industry. In a few cases, that means we need some additional setup or adaptation to make those modules fit smoothly into our processes.

On the positive side, the support team is very responsive and genuinely open to feedback. They’re always willing to help us find solutions and adjust the system so it better matches what we need.

For me, PeopleForce is a great opportunity to automate processes and make them transparent, fair, and free of unnecessary bureaucracy. On top of that, the platform is convenient and comfortable to use in day-to-day work. It also helps cut down the time I spend on operational tasks, so I can focus more on what really matters.

I would like to have a place in PeopleForce where we can record feedback from completed 1-on-1 meetings with colleagues, performance review meetings, and all other discussions we have with employees. It would be helpful to keep this information stored in one place, since currently we can only schedule 1-on-1 meetings in the platform.

What I liked most is that everything is simple and intuitive, and it more than covers basic automation needs. The quick integration, especially with the help of Robert, my personal onboarding manager. The process was quick, informative, clear and didn't require a lot of resources, which is very important given the already heavy workload of the HR department.

**What do you dislike about PeopleForce?**

My use of the platform is still gaining momentum, so it is difficult for me to answer at this stage. So far I don't see any drawbacks for our needs.

**What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a company, we adopted the PeopleForce platform to centrally and transparently manage profiles of all our employees (so that all employee information is stored in one place and there’s no need to “jump” between multiple spreadsheets). We also use it for convenient and efficient management of employee vacations, sick leaves, and the company’s organizational structure, as well as for automating all recruitment processes in the company. At the moment, PeopleForce fully covers all of our current needs.

The most notable feature of PeopleForce is the ability to tackle different processes within a company. From the recruitment module to the employee lifecycle, it helped us centralize and streamline procedures through customized forms.

**What do you dislike about PeopleForce?**

I believe there are opportunities for improvement in further segmenting roles and permissions to view certain modules. Although the platform has different accesses to the same section, it can also be confusing for the user. 
Additionally, the organizational chart structure currently lacks the flexibility we need for our company. Similarly, I highlight the chance to propose these changes for voting by other companies, in addition to the constant updating and modernization of modules.

PeopleForce helped us with the centralization of our employees' documentation on a global level, including everything from the recruitment process to the performance process. In most cases, it was able to adapt in some way to our processes, in addition to always having Igor available to provide us with his support and strategic insight.

The most appealing aspect is the convenient and intuitive interface, where most HR processes are gathered in one place. PeopleForce saves time on routine tasks (vacations, sick leaves, surveys, documents), provides good data transparency, and allows quick access to necessary information for both HR and managers. It is also valuable that the platform is constantly evolving and takes into account the real needs of HR teams. I would like to particularly highlight the support: the manager is always in touch, ready to help, and if needed, a Zoom meeting can be quickly arranged to discuss any issue in detail. This greatly enhances the user experience and trust in the platform.

**What do you dislike about PeopleForce?**

Sometimes there is a lack of flexibility in configuring individual processes to the specifics of the company. Some functions require more clicks than expected, and part of the logic is not always intuitive at first. Also, more detailed documentation/tips for settings would be desirable.

**What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mostly use PeopleForce for processing leave and sick leave requests, as well as for onboarding new employees and conducting surveys. This allows us to reduce manual work, avoid errors, and quickly track the status of requests. Additionally, the platform ensures transparency of processes and helps quickly get support from a manager if questions arise. As a result, HR processes become more structured and convenient for all participants.

The mobile app is good, but it would be great to see more desktop features mirrored in the mobile version to make it even more convenient for employees on the go

**What do you like best about PeopleForce?**

PeopleForce covers all the core recruiting needs we have as a team (candidate tracking, pipeline management, and collaboration between hiring managers are all handled in one place). The interface is generally clean and easy to navigate for everyday tasks.

Two integrations we use heavily and genuinely appreciate: the Google Calendar sync makes scheduling interviews effortless – you can send out calendar invites directly from the platform in just a few clicks, which saves a lot of back-and-forth. The job board integrations are also good: candidates who apply through popular local platforms automatically land on the corresponding vacancy in PeopleForce, so the entire pipeline stays in one place and reviewing applicants is smooth and organized.

The built-in analytics are also worth mentioning – its not that deep, but you can track candidates across every stage of the funnel, monitor conversion rates, analyze sources, and get a clear picture of where your hiring process is performing well and where it needs attention.

What stands out most, though, is the customer support: responses are fast, the team is genuinely helpful, and issues get resolved without having to chase anyone down. That kind of support makes a real difference when you're working with a system daily.

**What do you dislike about PeopleForce?**

Some features feel like they're still maturing – the logic behind a few workflows isn't always intuitive. It's nothing that blocks daily work, but it does add a bit of friction here and there. That said, the support team is always quick to help navigate those moments, which softens the impact.

**What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using PeopleForce, our recruiting process was scattered across multiple tools (spreadsheets, email threads, separate job board accounts, task tracker) which made it hard to keep track of candidates and maintain a consistent hiring workflow. PeopleForce brought everything under one roof.

Now we have a single source of truth for every vacancy and candidate. Applications from job boards flow in automatically, interviews get scheduled without leaving the platform, and the whole team has visibility into where each candidate stands. The analytics help us make more informed decisions – we can see which sources bring the best candidates, where people drop off in the funnel, and how efficiently we’re moving through the pipeline.

Overall, it’s saved us a significant amount of time on administrative tasks and made the hiring process more structured and transparent for everyone involved.

What I like best about PeopleForce is how convenient it is to keep everything in one place. All employee data is easily accessible, which makes it simple to generate reports, track requests, and manage day-to-day processes without jumping between tools. It really helps to keep everything organized and saves a lot of time when working with people-related tasks.
What also stands out is the amazing customer support - Anatolii Shpak is always responsive, quick to help, and deeply engaged in solving any issues. It’s great to have such reliable and hands-on support when you need it.

Some features that are essential for our company are still missing in PeopleForce. However, I really appreciate the ability to submit tickets, track their status, and view tickets submitted by others this makes the feedback process transparent and collaborative. I hope that over time we’ll see the platform evolve to include the functionality we need.

I love how their customer service is very responsive. They really listen to their client needs and always update the system based on our feedback. We've been using PeopleForce for over 2 years now and there have been many good changes that have helped with our manual processes. It helps keep all our information in place, with automation and efficiency enhancements. The setup was fairly easy, and it was smooth to go through the different modules. I also find the pricing reasonable.

Right now, it's the performance management system. It can't cover our current performance review structure. Ours is a bit complicated, but their system is quite straight to the point. We hope also for more dashboard reporting across different areas.

The only thing I noticed is that the attendance policy is based on locations, not projects (I think it will be more useful for IT companies), but that’s not critical for us.

Once leave has been accepted, it is automatically updated in the common calendar, therefore, all the colleagues can easily understand for which time they will have to work without certain member of the team (and for how long).

PeopleForce is a great HRIS solution for any business starting from 20 people. My company uses the CoreHR, Perform, and Pulse modules, and they fully cover all of our business needs.

The standard CoreHR module includes all the essential HR analytics we require. In the Perform module, we conduct performance evaluations, and everything is stored in the system, which is very convenient. The Pulse module allows us to run various employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, with detailed analytics available afterward.

I highly recommend it - the system effectively supports all HR functions for both large businesses (500+ employees) and small startups. And customer support service is ready to help very quickly.

One of the few things I don’t like is the lack of flexibility in the org structure - it can only be built as a linear hierarchy, while a functional or other types of structures are not supported. I can now confidently say that we are using this system at 90-95% capacity. The HR department uses People Force daily in their work, and it has already become an integral part of managing all operational tasks.

What we use functionally:
1) Administration of all employee data (personal documents, different agreements/contracts, compensation, presence of children, corporate equipment, so on)
2) Leave tracking
3) Automated HR workflows (for onboarding and offboarding)
4) Pre-boarding forms that are automatically sent to newcomers before they start.

In People Force we are launching a Performance Review cycle, which is an annual process for our company. The manager provides feedback to the employee based on Roosh competencies, and the employee also evaluates themselves according to the same set of competencies. Thanks to People Force, this process is much less energy-consuming for the HR department, as the main task is to initiate the cycle for employees and then analyze the results. It's also convenient for employees because: 1) it's fast 2) it's automated, and 3) they receive a detailed report with evaluations and areas for improvement.

Quite recently, we tested conducting 1-1 meetings through People Force, and it turned out to be a very convenient and automated tool. I especially like that there is an option to take private notes, as well as record agreements after the meeting, which are visible to all participants. And a special thank you for the synchronization with Google Calendar.

My overall impression of PeopleForce has been very positive. In terms of customer support, I’ve found their team to be highly responsive and proactive. Whether it's answering questions or providing technical support, they’ve been quick to address any concerns, which has helped ensure smooth implementation and usage.
I also really appreciate how they keep us informed whenever new features are released. This regular communication allows us to stay up-to-date and immediately take advantage of new tools that enhance our workflows.

I don’t know because everything is great!

Exactly, there have been significant changes in our work since implementing PeopleForce. One of the most noticeable improvements is how much more efficient and streamlined our processes have become. Before, we handled a lot of tasks manually, like performance reviews, employee surveys, and tracking employee data, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. With PeopleForce, many of these processes are now automated, saving us time and reducing the administrative burden.

For example, the performance review cycle is now much easier to manage, with everything organized in one place. Employees and managers can easily provide feedback, and we can quickly analyze the results. It also improved our onboarding process, with pre-boarding forms being sent out automatically.
Moreover, for the finance department, we export various reports from People Force that assist in the process of payments and compensations.This simplifies and automates the interaction between the HR and Finance department.

In short, PeopleForce has made our HR operations more organized, allowing us to focus more on strategic initiatives and employee engagement rather than routine administrative tasks.

We are still in the implementation phase due to the complexity of processes being transferred to the new system. It’s been 1+ year of close collaboration since our first contact. I plan to share another review after the release and stabilization phase with feedback from administrators and end-users. For now, a few major benefits of working with PeopleForce stand out:

1) Client focus. From the very first call, PeopleForce stood out among the 35 HRMS systems we evaluated. Zamir Suyarov impressed us by quickly understanding our business needs and complexity, and by consistently championing our interests within PeopleForce, he ensured every further meeting stayed sharp and centered on our key pain points.

2) Support and collaboration. We have received outstanding support from Igor Vtorykh, Hanna Polynkevych, Anna Soloviova, Mariia Fomenko and Simon Curd. They have helped us understand and expand the system’s capabilities, develop new features, consult on process flows, and localize HR practices. PeopleForce was also the only vendor with expertise (as a service) in the countries where we operate.

3) Process optimization. With our complex processes requiring flexibility, we requested several critical features, some of which have already been released. Some positive constraints encouraged us to redesign and simplify workflows, leading to significant improvements in areas such as document flow, pre-boarding, and onboarding.

4) Growth partnership. We view PeopleForce as more than a vendor. We contribute to the product roadmap, share business scenarios from IT services, and fully support their continued growth and success.

After analyzing the market, I can say that very few low-code or no-code systems can effectively support companies with over 2-3K contractors/employees. Based on our experience so far, PeopleForce is among the strongest options we’ve seen.

- Document templates and e-signature. We have already created around 120 templates with placeholders, enabling automatic document generation based on predefined conditions. Maintaining templates is now much easier, and re-signing agreements throughout the employee lifecycle is quick and reliable. A convenient absence accounting system — it’s easy to submit, approve, and monitor vacations, sick leave, and other types of absences, all with maximum transparency for the team.

Setting tasks and goals — you can clearly set goals, track progress, and synchronize them with the company’s overall goals.

Information about colleagues in one place — employee profiles, contacts, team structure — everything is accessible and up-to-date.

Convenient recruiting — the ability to manage all stages of personnel selection in the system: vacancies, candidates, reviews, statuses — everything is under control.

This is an HR system that really works for you — it helps you streamline processes and build an effective team.

What I like best about PeopleForce is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The entire tool is very user-friendly, which made onboarding and daily usage simple for the whole team. It also offers a wide range of features that we use regularly, which really supports our daily HR operations.

As an administrator, I get to see a lot of aspects of the platform in detail, and I use PeopleForce almost every day. This gives me a clear view of how well it performs and how useful it is across different areas of our work.

The implementation process was smooth and well-organized, carried out in close collaboration with our Customer Success Manager from PeopleForce. Janusz, our CSM, has been incredibly responsive and supportive throughout—we've never had any issues, and working with him has been a real pleasure!

We also appreciate how receptive the PeopleForce team is to feedback—it's great to see that they actively consider and respond to suggestions for platform improvements.

I'm not sure there's anything that would make me say I dislike the platform. PeopleForce is definitely a great tool—there might be a few areas that could use some fine-tuning, but the fact that the team is constantly rolling out updates shows they really listen to customer feedback. That level of responsiveness is a huge plus and makes a big difference in the overall experience.

**What do you like best about PeopleForce?**

We used three PeopleForce modules - Core, Recruit and Perform.
Each of our employees had their own PF accounts, and everyone was pleased with how user-friendly and easy to use it was. We, the HR department, did not need to prepare extensive training or provide constant support for the staff regarding how to use PeopleForce. This made the shift from the previous system to PF exceptionally smooth.
Also, we were able to customise almost everything we needed and shape the program to our needs.

The only complaint we received from employees was the automatic log-out.
Our only complaint in the HR department was that we could not see the archived employees or candidates easily. Thus, if we needed to view former employees or candidates' history, it made it a bit difficult

By implementing PeopleForce we now have important processes and information in one place. Previously, we used different systems, which caused more work for HR, information getting lost or not updated in every system, difficulty communicating and managing day-to-day HR operations, as well as confidentiality and privacy concerns
