
I like that OpenCRM is an all-in-one solution with project management, invoicing, and email marketing capabilities. It centralizes data so anyone with permission can see the entire history of a client, including every email sent, every product bought, and every support ticket raised. This helps solve the data silo problems. It also leads to cost savings by eliminating the need to pay for multiple separate subscriptions for project management. The initial setup was perfect.
