## OpenCRM Reviews
 ### 1. Centralized Client & Regulatory Management for Investment Firms

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiley A. | Senior Portfolio & Client Relationship Manager, Investment Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about OpenCRM?**

I greatly appreciate its unified data storage structure built specifically for financial service scenarios. It neatly organizes high-net-worth client basic information, daily communication logs and full regulatory files in one secure system. It simplifies regular MiFID II standard tracking and internal audit report generation, greatly cutting down repetitive administrative work and keeping all client business records fully traceable and compliant.

**What do you dislike about OpenCRM?**

Its default report formats cannot fit our daily investment business analysis demands, which slows down formal regulatory inspection preparation. Moreover, its built-in connection with professional portfolio management software is not stable enough. We still need regular manual data verification, which easily causes information deviation between different business systems.

**What problems is OpenCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenCRM helps our team get rid of messy scattered client files and fragmented communication records. It standardizes the whole client service process and strictly enforces BaFin and MiFID II compliance rules. It lowers daily regulatory hidden risks, saves plenty of manual sorting time, and allows our team to devote more energy to portfolio optimization and one-on-one client investment consulting.

 ### 2. Effortless Setup and Great for Small Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Demir Z. | Logistic Team Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about OpenCRM?**

I like that OpenCRM was easy to start, the setup was smooth, and our team could begin using it right away. It helps us by keeping clients' information in one place, making it easier to follow tasks, which is great for our small team, as it saves time and keeps us organized. The aspect I like most is that OpenCRM keeps everything simple and clear, so we don’t waste time searching for client details. It makes communication inside the team easier, allowing us to quickly see what needs to be done without spending time explaining or searching for updates. It works fine on its own without needing other tools.

**What do you dislike about OpenCRM?**

Sometimes the system feels a bit slow when adding new data, and the reporting options could be more flexible.

**What problems is OpenCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OpenCRM to track contacts and tasks effortlessly, which keeps client information organized in one place. It's perfect for our small team, saving time, enhancing communication, and preventing wasted effort searching for details.

 ### 3. Robust CRM with Inclusive Features and Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shashikumar Y. | Implementation Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about OpenCRM?**

I like that OpenCRM offers a full-featured package without hidden paywalls. The email integration is super useful, allowing me to send, track, and archive emails directly inside the CRM so that all communication history is tied to the right contact or deal. The project and task management features go beyond sales, making it easy for teams to manage projects, assign tasks, and track progress without needing separate tools. I appreciate the built-in campaign management tools that simplify designing and tracking marketing campaigns, helping to connect sales and marketing efforts. The user-friendly import tools make data migration smoother than many other CRMs, with clear mapping and troubleshooting options. Additionally, it's valuable that OpenCRM integrates well with other tools like email platforms, calendars, and accounting software, which automatically logs communication history and streamlines invoicing and billing.

**What do you dislike about OpenCRM?**

The learning curve is steeper than lighter CRMs, so new users may need extra training. The interface feels dated compared to modern, sleek competitors, which can affect user adoption. Mobile experience isn’t as smooth or intuitive, limiting flexibility for teams on the go. While customization is powerful, it can become overwhelming if not carefully managed.

**What problems is OpenCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenCRM centralizes customer data, tracks sales efficiently, and improves client interaction visibility. It reduces manual work, enhances communication, offers email integration with tracking, project management, and campaign tools, providing a single hub for clarity and efficiency.

 ### 4. Streamlined Payments and Order Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about OpenCRM?**

I like OpenCRM for its combination of user-friendly operation and powerful practical functions, which fit our food and beverage business perfectly. I really appreciate its all-in-one data linkage feature where every customer profile, order detail, invoice, and payment record is connected. This seamless connection saves me a huge amount of repetitive work and makes my payment management intuitive. The customizable reminder and status tagging system is a highlight, allowing me to set personalized alerts for payment due dates and prioritize work efficiently. The platform's ease of use is great for our entire team, even those without IT expertise, enabling smooth updates on order changes and data sorting. Its stable performance and clear data classification also stand out, allowing us to handle many orders and payment records smoothly. OpenCRM is a down-to-earth solution that truly targets our daily pain points and has become indispensable for our daily work.

**What do you dislike about OpenCRM?**

The mobile interface could be optimized further. Our frontline staff often take orders and communicate with clients outside the office or at catering venues. When they need to quickly update order notes or check basic payment status via mobile phones, the page loading speed is occasionally slow, and some functional buttons are not laid out very intuitively. A more streamlined mobile layout would help our team finish on-site operations more smoothly.

**What problems is OpenCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenCRM centralizes customer, order, and payment data, reducing time spent cross-referencing. It prevents missed payment follow-ups with reminders and clear status labels. The all-in-one data linkage and internal collaboration features avoid miscommunication and operational errors, making payment and data management more efficient and reliable.

 ### 5. Centralized CRM for Efficient Logistics Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawter D. | Head of HR & Operations, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about OpenCRM?**

I appreciate how well OpenCRM fits our fast-paced logistics and freight operations by centralizing customer data, quote histories, and delivery-related communications in one place, eliminating the chaos of spreadsheets and emails. The pipeline tracking for freight tenders and simple automation for follow-ups are particularly valuable as they keep our sales team focused on securing contracts rather than on administrative tasks. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for our mixed team of office and field staff to use consistently, which improves client responsiveness. I also really appreciate how well it scales with our growing logistics team and client base without sacrificing speed or usability. The permission-based access control is excellent for keeping our sensitive data secure and ensures compliance with GDPR and BDSG. Additionally, I value OpenCRM's reliable customer support and straightforward update cycle, which ensures smooth feature rollouts and minimal disruption to our workflows. The platform's stability is critical in logistics, where delays in updating client or shipment status can impact service quality.

**What do you dislike about OpenCRM?**

The reporting module can feel a bit rigid at times—building custom logistics-focused dashboards for shipment tracking and carrier performance takes more manual setup than we’d like. Mobile functionality is functional but not as responsive as some competitors; field teams sometimes struggle with slow load times when updating delivery status on the go. Integrations with certain smaller logistics and TMS tools require more custom configuration rather than out-of-the-box connectors.

**What problems is OpenCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OpenCRM to centralize customer data and manage our B2B sales pipeline efficiently. It organizes our pipeline tracking, automates workflows, and ensures quick follow-ups, reducing delays and boosting contract conversions. It also supports service tracking and provides up-to-date information for our teams.

 ### 6. Robust B2B CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marina M. | Business Operations & People Collaboration Specialist, Textiles, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about OpenCRM?**

I like how well OpenCRM is built for real B2B sales workflows. It's not just a generic contact tool; it's designed to help us manage clients, track deals, and stay on top of our wholesale business in Hong Kong. The sales pipeline and opportunity tracking work exactly how we run our B2B process. We can see every lead, quote, and pending deal at a glance, move stages easily, and know exactly which clients need follow-ups. This keeps our sales team consistent and stops deals from falling through the cracks. I really appreciate how easy it is to log and view customer interactions. Every call, email, meeting, and quick WhatsApp check-in can be saved against a contact or company, providing full history. The task and reminder system is simple but powerful, ensuring we act on time without stress. It integrates smoothly with our e-commerce store and other daily tools, syncing customer data and team activities, saving hours each week. The reporting features offer real visibility into sales performance, lead conversion, and client retention, helping us make actual business decisions.

**What do you dislike about OpenCRM?**

First, the user interface looks and feels quite dated compared to modern CRM tools. Navigation can be clunky, some menus are hard to find, and the overall design isn’t as intuitive. Second, advanced automation is limited. We often have to do things manually that more modern CRMs handle automatically. Third, customization has boundaries. We can add custom fields, but we can’t fully tailor layouts, dashboards, or sales processes without hitting limits.

**What problems is OpenCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenCRM centralizes customer data, eliminates manual entry, structures sales with reminders, provides reliable reports, integrates with our e-commerce platform, and turns disorganized work into a scalable B2B client management process.

**What do you dislike about OpenCRM?**

The setup of OpenCRM may be a bit difficult i always need the help of IT support

- it helps me to remember the follow-ups who and the upcoming deadlines

 ### 8. Flexible and Customizable, but Interface Needs Refinement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aristeidis N. | Infra Transormation Assosiate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about OpenCRM?**

What I like best about OpenCRM is how flexible and customizable it is. It brings sales, support, and project management together in one place, making it easy to track customer interactions and keep everything organized. The interface is intuitive, and the system adapts well to different workflows.”

If you want it more concise, more enthusiastic, or more technical, just tell me!

**What do you dislike about OpenCRM?**

One thing I dislike about OpenCRM is that some areas of the interface can feel a bit dated or cluttered, which makes certain tasks take longer than they should. There’s also a learning curve when setting up more advanced customizations. However, once everything is configured, it works well.”

If you’d like it softer, more critical, or more concise, I can adjust it!

**What problems is OpenCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenCRM helps solve the problem of scattered customer information by bringing sales, support, projects, and communication into one unified system. This centralization makes it much easier to track interactions, manage pipelines, and stay organized. As a result, I save time, reduce manual work, and have better visibility into customer relationships and team activity.”

And if you get stuck or just wish it could do something - speak to the team at OpenCRM, they are so helpful, they'll either show you how to fix it, offer a realtime work around, add the requirement to the roadmap, or provide professional services.

**What problems is OpenCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage leads, accounts, activities, personnel, projects, contracts, email campaigns and our support helpdesk all in one place. Very very good value for money. Great support team - always on hand and happy to help and to accept ideas on product development. Continually improving and testing new features. We have heavily customised our CRM system internally (which was easy to do!) and even now, after 5 years I know I am not using it to it's full potential - I know there is more problems it could fix...

We've used Open CRM for some years now. Our system was upgraded within 15 minute free of charge, allowing us to keep our customers informed easily in a difficult time.

 ### 25. The product is very good value and support is excellent.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon L. | Owner/Managing Director, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2015

**What do you like best about OpenCRM?**

The ability to create a lead through to an opportunity then a quote and then an order that can be e-signed and a PO is great, we don't use the invoicing element We like the support desk and campaign element.

**What do you dislike about OpenCRM?**

The ability to run reports in general, whether it's profit on campaigns, rather than spend versus turnover, generating a monthly sales report or helpdesk are very limited and not thought through. The inability to use the system dashboard is also a disappointment as we are never able to see live stats. I know that OpenCRM are looking to hook in another reporting system but if you can't get the basic information, the reports will be useless.

**What problems is OpenCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a sales and service business providing Telecoms to other businesses. We use the system to track a new customer right the way through to an order and then providing ongoing support. Customers like the way that we use the system.

The understand they took to fully understand our business and what we need was second to none. Training was effeicent and effective and support has been there too

**What do you dislike about OpenCRM?**

Sometime's a toally blank sheet can be the best option, but I think in this it would have not worked for us, as OPEN Crm could tailor what we wnated

**What problems is OpenCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How much work we do and having an accurate database and marketing tool
