What I find most useful is the possibility to combine observation, reflection, and communication in one place. A downside of using Kinderpedia is that digital communication, no matter how thoughtful, can never fully replace real conversations. Some nuances of a child’s emotions, progress, or needs are best discussed face-to-face, and I sometimes worry that parents might feel they already “know everything” from the platform, when in reality, there is much more behind what we see in photos or short notes.

I really like using KINDERPEDIA because it helps me keep in contact with parents and grade my students more effectively. The thing I appreciate the most is that it's so accessible and easy to use. As a school principal, I have real-time access to a lot of information about what’s happening at any given moment. Time is the most precious currency we have, and when you add efficiency to it, it becomes a great combination. Accessing progress reports is a bit challenging. They have good recording and reporting of grades to parents, but as a school, it is difficult to access class charts with clear progress grades. There are moments, for example in the final reports for students, where the grade needs to be entered manually, even though it is in the database and could be linked.
