Nothing I can think of. I really like everything.

At first, we had some difficulties when integrating the platform with our CRM, but customer support was super quick and helpful so the problem was solved in no time.

DealSignal's real-time updates on companies and individuals, data accuracy, coverage, and excellent customer support are excellent. I have been using Seamless AI before DS, but since the switch, the sales pipeline has been significantly improved.  The platform's high-quality data has streamlined my sales process and led to increased success in closing deals. Highly recommended for any sales representative.

Skills, exclusions, and key attributes are working seamlessly, making it super simple to find the right candidates in no time. 
What makes a huge difference in comparison to ZoomInfo is fair pricing - entry-level and flexible. This was a major advantage for my company's needs.

One of the most impressive aspects of DealSignal is its exceptional verified data. Unlike other data vendors our team has worked with, DealSignal's data quality has significantly reduced our bounce rates. For example: Using Seamless AI in the past has gotten so bad at one point, only 20% of emails connected to a campaign were actually delivered. In contrast, our first campaign using data provided by DealSignal has caused an email bounce rate in the lower 10%. Absolutely amazing.

There is definitely a learning curve involved with leveraging some of DealSignal’s more advanced features. Customer support has been remarkable in guiding our marketing team in real time. I still feel a bit of a UI clean-up would do wonders to make their feature sets more intuitive.

One key problem we hoped to address with using DealSignal is reducing our email bounce rates. We haven’t run into any issues before this hiccup and with the amazing help we’ve received, I feel confident that we won’t have any major problems in the future!

I like that Deal Signal's technology allowed me to scour LinkedIn profiles for business development and outreach purposes. With Deal Signal, I could set up queries, easily alter them, and then export the results into a spreadsheet to send to my teammates.

**What do you dislike about DealSignal?**

Deal Signal has multiple features that were particularly difficult or frustrating. Specifically, Deal Signal's requirement fields were hard to understand and seemed out of order. Ultimately, I thought I would enter logical requirements for a query, but the results were different than what I anticipated. Additionally, the results contain so much information that it is overwhelming. A result row might contain 40+ fields, most of which are useless. Lastly, when uploading fields into Deal Signal for a query, it cannot be uploaded via Excel, and the column titles must be extremely specific. None of this information is mentioned on the site -- instead, I had to contact the founder of the company to help me understand. In general, it's a frustrating service to use -- and it requires a lot of hand-holding to somewhat effectively use the software.

**Recommendations to others considering DealSignal:**

I would recommend that other companies check out LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other vendors for mass lead generation to determine how efficient the queries are for the intended use case. While Deal Signal might be great for certain businesses, its queries are not suited to all industries. In the health plan industry, where titles can be unique, no matter how specific or broad my queries were, the precision -- the number of results that were deemed usable -- was always low. For that reason, I had to manually review every result even after utilizing Deal Signal's automated feature. In essence, the work was duplicated, which was a poor use of time.

Deal Signal allowed me and our business development team to identify individuals across sectors for outreach. Previously, we had used LinkedIn manually to find people, but Deal Signal could automate the process and pull lists for us.

Customer service also has been superb.

Often DealSignal is performing research from scratch, so it's not always clear how many valid records will be returned for any given Lead Discovery job. In my mind this is a small price to pay for the knowledge that you're getting the most up-to-date and accurate data available.

DealSignal helps my clients get accurate email and phone data for their Total Addressable Market. I have high standards for data - the cost of getting it wrong is so high. **What do you like best about DealSignal?**

DealSignal goes beyond the current assumptive thinking that:

1.  you should focus your energy on economic buyers (definitely not an ABM Best Practice)
2.  compiled data is entirely dependent on Title(seniority) and Function (what fits on a business card)
3.  it blows away your current notion of what you think is your Total relevant Audience inside of any account

DealSignal and The Big Willow embarked on a Contact Discovery Audit across multiple clients to show them exactly how far off they were from either having enough contacts inside of any account to make that account ABM marketable AND how many more people at any one account would be a part of any discussion about the product category in question.

DealSignal allowed The Big Willow to create personae based on CORE CATEGORY KEYWORDS that people use to describe what they do and what they have done on their way to their current TITLE/FUNCTION.

This focus on finding the TOTAL RELEVANT AUDIENCE increases the likelihood of being successful in your ABM endeavors.

This is a game changer and should be part of any ABM initiative.

Really have no comments here - it is breakthrough stuff and evolves everything marketing is trying to do.

Wider audience inside of any account and create a new paradigm for establishing who and how many people you should be talking to through your various tactical channels inside of any account.
