"An important tool to drive engagement within the organization."
What do you like best about 6Q?

The surveys in 6Q are only of 6 questions thus it increases participation in the company as compared to the long surveys they were required to fill before.

The frequency of the surveys can be easily customized thus we can have frequent surveys for the new joiners and can be less frequent for old employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6Q?

The tool is good at increasing engagement with the company but does not give many actionable insights.

There are many chatbots like Amara are available which is a more modern way for employee engagement with more features and insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 6Q?

1. 6Q is an interactive and modern platform to engage the employee and gather feedback on different drivers like Culture, Peer Relationship, Leadership, Environment, etc.

2. It helps improve peer relationships by providing the Hi5 feature. Employees can recognize the achievements of their colleagues by submitting hi5.

3. The continuous process helps the Management get the realtime pulse check within their organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6Q?

1. The participation rate for any survey is not that much as they are still using the older ways of reaching out to employees.

2. Although the tool is quite helpful but lacks a number of other important analytics and feature which are provided by other similar tools like CultureAmp and Amara.
