**Reviewed by:** Dawn C. | Technical Support II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

Convenience. I like that there is a phone ap that you can utilize on your cell when you are away from the office.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

If internet connectivity is slow at all, voice quality suffers significantly - it can sound like you are in a tunnel.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working from home, having a VOIP is necessary.

**Official Response from Constantinos Leventis:**

> Hi Dawn. Thank you so much for the review. We are happy to hear you are enjoying the convenience our mobile apps are offering.

  ### 2. Easy to use, all in one communication platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason B. | H, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2021

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

Everything is self-contained within one package. Effortlessly working between desktop and mobile is so easy, so no longer tied to my desk! Integration with Office 365, so when I'm in meetings, my status is automatically changed to 'do not disturb'.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Support for a wider range of browsers, such as Firefox would be useful. Also, the audio quality can vary somewhat, and can struggle using the desktop client.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

A good set of basic features and provides pretty much every tool you need to enable seamless communication across a broad team.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's provided a cost-effective way to manage our business continuity and given us the ability to provide hybrid working to our staff while improving the customer expereince.

**Official Response from Constantinos Leventis:**

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

The setup was a little complicated, primarily because of our previous phone provider.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're currently using it as our inter-office phone system. A big perk has been having the 3cx program available on computers and mobile phones via the app.

**Official Response from Constantinos Leventis:**

> Thank you for the glowing review Alexandrea! We are glad to hear that you enjoy the user-friendliness of the 3CX solution, as well as the remote working apps.

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

Having the ability to seamlessly transfer calls made to office phone numbers directly to the respective mobile devices. Being able to set up web meetings easily.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

The initial setup process is cumbersome and confusing. The support from 3CX somewhat lacked urgency.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Routing calls to employees traveling away from the office has increased our efficiency, timely responses to clients, and ensured that web meetings have the best attendance from all employees, whether in or out of the office.

**Official Response from Constantinos Leventis:**

> Hi Marc and thanks so much for taking the time to write the review. So glad to hear that 3CX has helped your team continue working efficiently!

  ### 10. Great phone provider

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2021

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

3CX is a great voice over IP phone system that delivers Crisp calls through multiple platforms allowing users the ability to never miss a call

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

The mobile app could be better to allow all calls to be forwarded while you're in between sites and the web portal to go for a GUi update

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to answer customers phone calls in regards to our business from the office the web at home and out anywhere we can now work with customers

**Official Response from Constantinos Leventis:**

> Hi! Thank you very much for the review! About the mobile app behavior, you mentioned as an improvement, since the last Android App update this is now possible by enabling the "Keep Active" option from the 3CX Android App and disabling PUSH for your Extension in the Management Console.
This way, shortly after your Android loses internet connection it will go unregistered in 3CX, so from that point onward any calls to your extension will follow the "unregistered" Forwarding Rule you have set for your extension. Once your Android reconnects to the internet, 3CX will be notified, so calls to your extension will start being received again.

Note that this is currently only available for Android, but not for the IOS App, due to some constraints of the IOS operating system that does not allow us to implement a similar function.

  ### 11. Great communication tool for reaching candidates/clients from anywhere

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

3CX gives me the ability to send and receive calls from both clients and candidates while in the office or on my mobile phone. I never miss a call now, which in the staffing industry is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

occasionally there may be a glitch which prevents me from being able to access the system while away from the office, but it doesn't happen so often that I wouldn't recommend the product.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem I have solved is missing calls. Many of the candidates that I am trying to reach may be at work during the day and unable to take a call. Using this system allows me to receive calls after hours, if I wish to, giving me the ability to not miss a call from a candidate. This has increased the number of hires I have been able to make by being able to do a phone screen with them at any time.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your review. We're glad 3CX is helping out with recruitment

  ### 12. Phone system with features for our current time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonelle A. | Systems Integration Engineer | VMware Administrator | Systems Administrator | Technical Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

I am able to use the mobile app or external web link to use as my desk phone when I am out of the office. The desk phones are easy to use. The administration console has an easy to use interface.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Depending on the ISP (Internet Service Provider), they sometimes block access to some firewall ports that are needed for 3CX to operate from the browser. Sometimes if someone is calling and it shows on the home screen of the phone the call is missed even though your trying to swipe to answer the call.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

For mobile users: ensure that you have a proper data or wifi connection and ensure that the app as well as the phone system has the latest updates.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to make, transfer, conference and receive business calls when I am on the road or even out of the country. I could do my work as if I am in office especially during this pandemic.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback

  ### 13. Best tool on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wesley F. | Coordenador de infraestrutura de TI, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

The system is very intuitive, easy to configure and manage. The implementation is very smooth. We have a partner that supports us in all demands, with very efficient support. I consider it great cost benefit. A very important point is the amount of existing resources. 3CX takes security seriously, its system is very efficient in this regard. I followed the block list and closely and performed several tests, all of which were successful. The audio quality is amazing.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

It does not have general system data monitoring panels. The existing panels do not meet my demands. It would be better if you were a native, without the need for Grafana.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

Without a doubt the 3CX is the best tool on the market. It exceeds all the requirements in all requirements. Not to mention that it had an affordable cost.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My ambette had been in transition for a long time, from the analogue to the SIP, but I was facing difficulties. With 3CX I was able to speed up the process, due to its integrations. Another important point was cost reduction due to better monitoring through reports.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback. You may also monitor the server from command line.

  ### 14. My insights about 3CX, while away from office

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Léo A. | Técnico de suporte pleno, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

An easy app everyone can use anywhere: home, office and in transit. Actually between local and remote support roles, I can use 3CX in my desktop, laptop, smartphone and even via browser.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Connection delays that sometimes show up, primarly in poor connections.
By the way, ocasionally I suffer from server disconnections and voice echoes, calling users from VoIP, cell or local phones. However, that's not a persistent issue.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

An easy-to-use and powerfull tool, can improve significantly your production and communication needs, if correctly deployed. After about 3 years using the tool, I can say that I know few other tools that can rivalize and/or be best than 3CX.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

3CX is helping me in home office exceptionally. In need of a dynamic and reliable tool, my employers have adopted 3CX as their default VoIP solution, even in the cellphones. For the home office modality, it's totally necessary and imperative to have such powerfull and easy-to-use tools like this one.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback. We're happy 3CX has helped you with working from home

  ### 15. 3cx the ideal partner for softphone and teleworking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lou J. | Senior Project/Support engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

The capability to work anywhere and the ease of use software

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

call log feature lags some fuctions: show missed que calls, show caller number afther transfer

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

Very good solution technical and price wise. essay to use and to implement. very user friendly. It also has a nice design and works with both android and ios mobile devices. The web meeting is also included in the pro licence with 250 seats for the meeting. We also made an integration with or crm/ticketing system OTRS and now when we get an incoming call 3cx looks up the contact name from the OTRS database and when we click the crm icon a ticket is automatically created or show us the open tickets so we can add new information to them. This is a huge workflow optimization. In the past years we saw 3cx grow and adapting to the marked needs. And being Very pro reactive. So now with the Covid situation there teleworking solution is really grown out to the perfect solution.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

remote working solution and integration with 3th party software

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you we're happy to hear that the CRM integration is proving so useful

  ### 16. nice and light PBX. feature-rich, and cheap

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aws A. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

Easy to deploy and use, very flexible and configurable. very affordable with annual (subscription), as well as full (one-time) payment models. another important aspect is that the software license is charged based on the number of Simultaneous calls, so the number of extensions is unlimited.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

the call center reporting features don't cover all of what we need. but what is available is still good considering the price. it is lacking in some other features. and compatibility with IP phones can be improved.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

if you're looking for simple, affordable, and feature-complete system for a SMB, don't hesitate in trying 3CX. if you have a large organization with hundreds of employees, and you need all the features of a complex PBX, look for something else. you can always try the free version for some time, then make your decision.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the need for a PBX that supports SIP trunks, outgoing calls and a small call center. it supports many IP phones but not the ones we have in our company, we might need to replace them with compatible models after testing for some time.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your review

  ### 17. Best PBX available for every company size

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MAICON G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

There are many great features included in this product, such as one-click conferencing, lack of client installation, interoperability between VoIP and video as needed, and bandwidth management and control. In fact, this latest feature announced by the company is common today, but, as you will read below, it worked well. One of the best thing without a doubt is simplicity and ease of managing the telephone exchange, easy to install and deploy with Android and iOS apps. Everything is concentrated in the same place and is very intuitive to use, the user contact team can create service queues and better manage how each works. In this pandemic, 3CX was essential to maintain the functioning of the company's entire telephony infrastructure. Another important benefit of the system is the ability to support video conferencing with internal users without the need to use WAN bandwidth.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

There are very few things, I would say that they could do a little better with personalized reports and the browser plugin could be improved to better integrate with 3CX.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

We can centralize our entire telephony structure, which was previously analogous to a modern IP infrastructure. Including the cost of maintaining legacy systems, 3CX solved and organized the entire VOIP environment.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can centralize our entire telephony structure, which was previously analogous to a modern IP infrastructure. Including the cost of maintaining legacy systems, 3CX solved and organized the entire VOIP environment.

  ### 18. Excellent Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olumide W. | Head Information Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

The ease of using 3cx is fantastic compare to other pbx i've used in the past. The ease of deploying 3cx , especially when you have to create a new account is quite easy and you wont be dependent on a 3rd party

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Perhaps the lack of an accompanying handset is a letdown, but then again it can also be seen as an advantage. 3cx however gives an option of using other telephone boxes. We use Polycom and in recent times we have used Yealink and we haven't had any issue with either.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

The cost of 3cx is quite attractive. You are getting much more than what you paid for. With 3cx you have a variety of telephone handset you can use. Also, the mobile app stole the show for us. Our users can carry their telephone extension with them. This was quite useful during the covid 19 lockdowns.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of deploying a telephone system to multiple sites is quite easy and cost-effective. Our users easily setup a meeting and conference call with 3cx .
3cx comes bundles with full audio and video conference facilities.

  ### 19. 3cx is best ip-pbx in the world

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

The versatility of 3cx, cloud, client app 3cx for cti and phone and also use extension via google chrome. All is secured!! We can install it for 1 year in version pro and very many simultanes calls and it's increbile!! And there is no limit, we can answer from button incorporate in Jabra Pro like 930 model and not all softphone do it. We can have an address book for all and add/modify/delete contact from smartphone.
Also backup / recover configuration we can pass from local to cloud and from windows version to linux version.
We can install it everyware. We can configure it to use from external example extension for smartworking or while someone is in car
3cx isn't newer, has very experience years
We can "spyng" calls of collegue with 3cx functionality is increbile
Voice mail in attachment is very beautyfol
Than FQDN is FREE also SMTP Server

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Really, nothing I dislike.
I remember some version ago there was a big problem with FQDN, we needed to create 2 FQDN, internal and external and I remember this was panic for configuration, but then in new version FQDN is FREE, incredible
Unfortunally QRCODE to configure an extension doesn't work alway in Android

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

You need to install it, there is no reason to don't do that!

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved problems with software for pc, click to call and etc..

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> We love that you're so passionate about 3CX!

  ### 20. 3CX used in a call center for market research

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emil I. | System Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

It's easy to deploy and use, especially in a call center function, where we have many users logging in.
It also allows for monitoring and logging the calls, and recording them when needed.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

We had some small start-up issues regarding compatibility with our predeveloped call-handlers, but we got it fixed with some workarounds, with the help from our 3CX partner.
We also had some small readjustments to some of the old ways to do things, but our understanding of the system has improved a lot over the last year.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

We were recommended this by another company we have worked alongside with for many years, and were noticeable happy with our choice to change from our previously system. I personally is happy for the change, which offers a great deal of insight in the system, and would recommend 3CX as a call system to others.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calling out with multiple interviewers, while logging the calls. The deployment was fast and problem-free, even when we upgraded the capacity for both our call center and our license for 3CX.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback. We a thrilled that 3CX is working well for your company in a call center environment

  ### 21. 3CX ROCKS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan T. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2021

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

What I like the best about this company is the support team especially Chris, he rocks and always find a solution. On the sales team at 3CX Hazen is the guy you want to go to. He goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

There is nothing I dislike about 3CX at all. Great company with amazing employees.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits is always knowing that there is someone there to help you.

**Official Response from Constantinos Leventis:**

> Hi Ethan and what a lovely review to read! We are happy to hear you have had such a great experience with the support and sales at 3CX! We'll share this feedback with Chris and Hazen to make their day :)

  ### 22. Easy, intuitive and centralized calling software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver Q. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

The best part of 3CX is that you can install the app anywhere or if you don't have the device with the app on it with you, you can access it from any web browser. I am constantly on the phone and in conf calls, so am using 3CX a lot. When I walk into a meetinbg I need only 2 clicks to make sure my notifications are off and that I'm not disturbed. Eveyrthing is centralized and very intuitive. Internally i can see who is on a call, you can message one another and you can vonf call each other with camera if needed. It's by far the best phoning software I've ever used (and I can tell you that I used a fair few solutions). Thanks to 3CX I now use VoIP, Video Conferencing, UCaas Platforms and the live chat in a centralized location. We used to have several solutions for this, now just one and are saving money.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Honestly, there is not much to dislike. The support is amazing and quick, the product is good and easy to use.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, I manage a team. I can see exactly what thjey are doing, how many call they make and can get some good statistical insights which help our sales and marketing meetings. More calls are now also being addressed when someone isn't there. It's very easy to transfer calls automatically or manually, to several people. Since the lockdown due to Covid, 3CX has been a life saver. No extra cost, installation or configuration for Video Conference meetings. We didn't need to train users on aynthing else, they could just use what they already knew. The communication has been great, even though remote working is the norm now.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for an excellent review. We love to hear that 3CX is proving to be so useful for your business

  ### 23. 3CX is essential for our teams, especially with remote work

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

3CX makes it easy for the sales team to contact all our customers. They can communicate from their computer or from their phone. And since the Covid, with remote work, it is very convenient for all teams to be able to communicate from home. Video Conferencing are also very helpful and easy to use. We are doing many meetings with it. The interface on the web application is easy and ergonomic, perfect for IT or non-IT people.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

I don't find the desktop application very practical. It's better to use the web application. But when you get a call and you're not in front of the browser, it's not perfectly optimized. I would suggest to improve the desktop application for a better use.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

3CX allowed us to avoid having to buy dozens of phones when my company moved. In addition, 3CX makes our life easier when we are in remote work. 3CX allowed us to avoid having to buy dozens of positions when my company moved. In addition, 3CX makes our life easier when we are teleworking.
We are very happy to have switched to 3CX and it would be hard to do without it now. 3CX is part of the communication within our company.

  ### 24. Solid voip with conferencing and IM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silas M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2021

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

It's pretty much an all-in-one package except email for communications.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Supported hard phones can be a problem and relatively limited. But finding people are more and more accepting of a quality headset and desktop/laptop/phone integration.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrated several communications methods and a much better experience as far as dual-use phones.

**Official Response from Constantinos Leventis:**

> Hi Silas and thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review!
We are happy to hear that 3CX has been helpful to your business communications.
Have a great weekend!

  ### 25. Perfect for our SME

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony C. | Responsable SI (Système d'Information), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

- The ability to customize the firmware
- Call groups
- User group
- Call logs to trace
- Setting up music on hold
- Control of the phone from desktop cti
- Statistique on the dashboard
- change of presence status in one click
- auto backup of configuration

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

- The webmeeting function works well but can be improved to compete with Teams and zoom or even integrate with them
- Integration with office 365 would be interesting
- The webmeeting function uses protocols that are often blocked by the security policies of large groups which has led us to use Teams more frequently.
- The app logo is misleading because it looks like the wifi logo and a lot of our users are lost when the app is minimized in the cahed icons

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

- Prepare well for your migration
- Choose your channel provider carefully (we had communication problems because of a bad provider and not by 3cx)

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- we were with a supplier who did not give us full power. Using 3CX we have the ability to configure anything we want both on channels and on user phones.
- We can work with several channel providers to have perfect continuity of service (Voip telephony provisions our emergency telephones, so we cannot afford to have a cut of service)

  ### 26. 3cx best dialer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cedric C. | Co-Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2021

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

3cx is secure and a great app for managing calls. Not complicated and it's easy to use or disposition calls. Also when it comes to going off queue is just a click of a button. Works for both inbound and outbound calls.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

At times it fails when integrating with other platforms. They should also improve on their video options which is not quite stable.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

Works best in customer care department. If you try 3xc, you won't regret any bit.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manning customers' calls and this has made it easier for my company to keep and update records on performance of their agents.
3cx outlines productivity in an awesome way by providing genuine data on the number of calls and talk time.

  ### 27. Highly recommended for business professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | IT-Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

From the adminstrators view it's simple to manage the PBX. It does not consume a big amount of hardware ressources, even in bigger installations. That saves my customers money as they do not need to invest most of their budget into new hardware. There are plenty of opportunities to manage calls what completely matches with my customers need.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

There is serously nothing i could think about in the near past. If there is a problem the 3CX support is at your side. So nothing for me to complain about.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

Check out how many users you will have an pick the right license for simultanous calls. After that check the requirements for your installation size and your are good to go.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My customers can work remote from whereever they are what is a big benefit in actual covid-19 times. It does not matter if they are on a Windows Device, on a Mac, any kind of iOS or Android Device. Even on Windows Terminal Servers everything works like a charm. While my customers can choose from a bunch of SIP trunks they are in the position to cut their phone bills by around 50 percent or more comparing to their old provider. And another big pro is the included option for holding nearly any kind of web meeting or phone conference with the PBX. Again, in covid-19 times this is a big pro because you ca meet up with clients and business partners and look them in their eyes even if your are not in the same room. Because of this there is no more need to use any other conference provider what will safe you some more extra money.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed review

  ### 28. 3CX partner for years - and happy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reto S. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

We have been using 3CX internally as a telephone system for our company since 2007 and can react to any change immediately and without much effort. Since about 2012 we offer UCaaS for our customers and run a large number of virtual instances in our data centre. Thanks to the Linux installation, this is also possible without any complications.
With the bridging possibilities we can also implement systems across continents and still provide excellent quality.
The clear and for everyone understandable price model makes it easier for us to sell to our customers, who usually realise the added value and savings very quickly.
Simple administration, fast and competent support clearly round off this top product.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

For some time now, the APIs have been consistently dismantled, thus limiting the possibilities of connecting to third-party software. Customers with dialer systems used to be able to use the C# interface, which is difficult to do today.
Furthermore, 3CX unfortunately offers little support for special solutions and often refers to a "not supported situation".
What is clearly missing at the moment is the integration of MS Teams extensions. Here we are waiting for a clear international need, which the product is currently competing strongly (albeit wrongly).

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

Look no further. With 3CX you will find the ideal product from small to large.
Even if the company is still growing, 3CX is growing with you.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

3CX offers us hardly any limitations in the variety of possibilities. What cannot be covered with the standard functions can be built with the Call-Flow-Designer and thus many possible scenarios can be mapped.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback. The C# API still exists, but due to its nature is not publicly available. The reason is that a wrongly developed integration can severely hinder the performance and operation of the installed 3CX system. For this reason we provide the newer API documentation to 3CX Partners and a case-to-case basis and only upon request. You can contact your 3CX Sales Representative for more information.
In regards to Developer Support, it is very difficult for us to offer support and the integration work of another developer, mainly due to the complicated nature of a lot of the projects.

  ### 29. Nice improvement over our previous PBX

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Torsten K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

* Mobility (Apps, Browser-Plugins)
* Rules and possibilities (Incoming, Outgoing rules, number rewriting, ...)
* Import possibilities
* Ease of installation and initial setup

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

* Documentation is incomplete and decentralized - some input fields are not mentioned at all in the online documentation
* AD import settings could be much more complex, i.e. a real LDAP filter option would help
* The optics of the management site should be more flexible, e.g. the maximum number of rows shown while importing extensions from AD should be configurable

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Our ISDN trunk is scheduled to be deactivated - 3CX is our transition to a SIP trunk
* Our current PBX doesn't support mobile work - 3CX does, which is very important in times of Covid-19
* Currently, we have a mixture of ISDN and IP phones at our workplaces - 3CX will unify this with a defined set of Yealink IP phones and the softphone apps

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback. WE will work on your suggested improvements to ducumentation.

  ### 30. Security and Network expert with experience of +10 years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael d. | Sócio e Diretor Operacional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

Windows platform support and a very realiable solution, pricing easy to understand and easy to deploy (software), no need to acquire bundled hardware.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Some ongoing problems like push notifications and tech partners criteria, some tech partners we rely on, since 3CX does rely on, doesn't seem to have tech competence.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

Get familiar with devices/resources that come around 3CX as gateway ata, sip doorphone, ip phone and if you are willing to sell it, design a business model using 3CX as one of your resources.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technically 3CX is a bless, but commercial doesn't seem to beat up small mid-businesses companies and for larger ones, 3CX isn't a known player. The main benefit is so far being a really reliable solution and company.

  ### 31. I have had an excellent experience with 3cx

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

i have found 3cx very helpful, from the simple setup and instillation, and the quick provisioning of phones, and the fact you can easily customize an instance for a clients needs all from a web console. and if the customer suddenly has to change a call flow, or the way they take calls, its easy to do this, with minimal fuss. its a really simple product, that most of our clients are now managing themselves.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

I have not found any downsides to 3cx yet

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have opened a market to ourselves by being able to easily provision and sell 3cx phone systems, Showing a customer how it works is simple and it sells itself. it gives the customers the freedom now to be always available no matter where they are, which in this climate is as important as ever

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback

  ### 32. My personal recommendation, if this is not for home use, stay away

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2021

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

Its based on Windows and the UI is not bad. We also didnt have problems using the PBX itself.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Non-existent customer service. We cant activate our license key and 3cx "customer service" asks for 75 EURO to solve it. We had same issue last year and after paying 75 EUR they simply sent an email saying uninstall and reinstall. If what you want from your phone system is drama, then 3cx is your choice.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

Stay away if you dont want drama.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None 3cx has been creating the problems

**Official Response from Constantinos Leventis:**

> Sorry to hear that your experience hasn't been as per the standards we strive to provide, but we'd love to help. Could you please contact our customer support so that we can address your concerns right away?

  ### 33. Useful if you need a SIP software easy to set

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

It was pretty easy to set the SIP with the VoIP and the new client gives us also features for video conferencing, chat and voice mail

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Despite the easy and friendly client, I couldn't establish a proper connection between the SIP and the VoIP

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need the connect the SIP with the VoIP and use everything meanwhile working at desktop

**Official Response from Constantinos Leventis:**

> Hi there. So sorry to hear that you had trouble establishing a connection between the SIP and VoIP. Please make sure to have a look at our manual in the link below to find all the relevant information you need to proceed with the configuration.

  ### 34. Sysadmin

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

3cx grants us the possibility to work remotelly from any location. The use of mobile app and webrtc are good functions.

The integration with diferent sip providers is great.

The possiblity to create custom templates and define a corporative one.

Webclient rtc is a big advantatge. With a minor invest you can start using 3cx, you only need a computer and headphones.

The call queues have a lot of different strategies.

The administration is easy, our customers can make some basic configurations by their own.

The license cost are easy to understand and with a basic license you can start using 3cx with a lot of options available.

Updates are easy to apply.

New free host in cloud included with pro and entreprises licenses.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

The support, but finally you can find answers in 3cx forums.

If you need change the fqdn of a installation the only way is making a reinstallation from zero.

Sometimes 3cx takes long to apply new community functions requests.

QRCODE to configure an extension doesn't work alway in Android and you need to configure the extension manually.

To analyze the calls we need to use external tools like powerbi, would be interesting have a live tool to check it directlly in 3cx without the neccesity to create a report.

The failover option is very bad because you need to change the dns manually if a failover occurs and after that change again to master instance.

On the updates page I see beta and alpha versions, sometimes this could be a bit confusing.

Missing api, if you want to integrate with other tools or reporting you need access to the database.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

If you have a legacy phone system updating to 3cx will help you making more easier the managment of your phone infrastructure.
The sip calls are a lot more cheaper and 3cx license cost are cheap considering other manufacters like Cisco.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote work and videoconference to make webinars.

3cx allows us have a descentralized offices and become possible to work remotelly from any place or home.

We are using the call flow designer to route the calls to desired queues and is very intersting because we have a high volume of calls and we can route it depending on the caller id for example.

The different area Managers can check if their agents are logged in the queues, talking and manage abandoned calls.

  ### 35. Unified communications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

The most useful thing about 3cx is that it gives both the user and the administrator a lot of freedom and mobility. 3cx has many advantages, among them it can be highlighted that it is a very friendly application. It allows us to perform an infinite number of tasks at the same time. With 3cx, the user is completely free to leave the office and stay connected to work through the application. It is ideal for teleworking and maintaining the same organization in work teams as if it were in person. Also, it should be noted that with the 3cx CFD, many applications can be implemented that are very useful for the company.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

3CX is a very useful application. I have been using it for years, and so far, the impression it leaves is constantly improving. From time to time, it is updated with features that surpass the previous version or enhance some integration module.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

It is a solution to consider when implementing profound and quality changes within an organization. 3CX is the ideal solution for small, medium, and large companies. As long as the server is well managed, it will provide us with the maximum benefits. I recommend it 100%; it is necessary for good performance of the solution that the technical staff is constantly trained and updated, as 3CX implements improvements quickly.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

3cx helps solve the telephony problem of my large company. With it, we were able to integrate the telephony of all branches into a telephone switchboard and reduce call costs.

  ### 36. Nice, fantastic PBX, specially if you have a virtual environment.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francesco L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

It's an agile, powerful and complete solution for a modern PBX. And it's free for 1 year in professional version. Supports many VoIP providers and a lot of VoIP phones from main vendors. Support service is very fast and skilled. Price is very low specially if compared to other similar solutions (fully software pbx). VAD (Voice Application Designer) is a specific tool for creating voice apps and it's completely free: you can create powerful and DB linked voice apps, fully integrated in your PBX.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Nothing particular to notify. I's a very good product. If something is missing, it's a hardware VoIP phone supporting a 3CX tunnel connection from any remote site or branch office: in this scenario, we have to implement 3CX SBC with dedicated PC or a IP-SEC vpn with hardware firewall.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

Use only product from 3CX certified vendors and from certified VoIP providers. I suggest to get support from 3CX certified professional technicians, in order to have a suitable project for your implementation.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upgrade from previous and old PBX systems, with no hardware expenses for a box. If you need to connect more than 1 office, this is a great and cheap solution to deploy. If you have a fast Internet link, choose VoIP trunk from certified providers and cloud installation: in this way your completely free from any charges for hw/servers. Remote workers could use 3CX phone directly from their device (PC or smartphone) and they completely connected to company PBX. I suggest to use professional 3CX certified technicians: there are a lot of IT company with high 3CX skills all over the world.

  ### 37. My four years with 3CX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerko C. | Senior Voip Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

Ease of use for both the users and administrators. Compatibility. No plugins required.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

It's hard to find a dislike. There is none.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

If you're looking for a solution that's within the 3CX functionality I firmly believe that you will not be disappointed. Give it a shot, there is a generous free version and a free trial version and don't hesitate to contact 3CX resellers to give you a hand.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have installed 3CX to 100+ customers ranging from very simple phone-only installs to huge call center installs with a thousand users. The system is very scalable and it's easy to only work with 3CX while not having a need for an alternative.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for being such an advocate for 3CX

  ### 38. We use 3CX for our customer service center

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

It is a intuitive system that have all the platform support we need, mobile app works perfect on IOS and Android, and our staff working on dekstops use the App and manage call queues from it.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

It is not so easy to contact them, you must specifcy lot's of fields in a support form and I would rather have got in contact faster over phone and talked with a technical person that can help hands on - or by a simple email.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

I would consider it without doubt as a PBX-system for any company.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use 3CX to provide a contact center for sales, billing and support. We are also a partner that resell the system to other clients who are very happy, and we are happy that the system works fine for our clients.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback

  ### 39. Its a no brainer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith W. | Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

The licensing model is a simple no brainer. Its cost-effective and customers love the fact that all the features are bundled in as standard without having to put add-ons all the time.
The call queues are very powerful along with the digital receptionist functionality.
In recent years, 3CX have developed the WebClient and smartphone applications further which have boosted the UC element to the product as they are solid, reliable and very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

The wallboard could do with some improvement along with the call billing. Mainly surround the customisation of the content along with the ability to easy report against call costs if customers wish to bill their end-users.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Homeworking, multi-site deployments are made easy.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback. We have taken note of your comment regarding the wallboard

  ### 40. Very nice and easy to manage!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Waldemar F. | Web-Entwickler, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

The backend is easy to use, has a good UI/UX and is easy to manage! The support of 3cx is very impressive... sorry it sounds not real, but it is. Support answers very fast and is trying to solve every problem. The most problems are infront of the screen ;)

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Sometimes i would like to get better error messages. Like with a direct link to the voip error nummers and meanings.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

just do it! you will not be disappointed! its just the next level of communication if you are comming from a common phone-system

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using 3cx as a call center and for casual phones. 5 locations and only one backend... thats great!

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback. We're thrilled to hear your about your positive feedback with support.

  ### 41. Makes VOIP Support Easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

The interface is a thing of beauty. I don't have a telecom background, and the system we used to use was steeped in jargon. With 3CX, I was quickly able to understand the interface and actually felt like I knew what I was doing for the first time in supporting my organization's VOIP system! It's flexible, robust, well organized, and I should also mention that the cost is so ridiculously lower than all of the competitors I looked at that there simply was no comparison at all.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

I'm going to be honest, I don't feel like there's much to dislike. Since our 3CX instance is hosted in the cloud, we have to specify unique communication ports for every handset. It would be nice if the system could do that automatically. And, since our old system was super-ambiguous, we ended up buying a higher grade license than we needed, and there's no way to downgrade without a completely new contract and setting up from scratch. It would be nice if we could "downgrade" easier. But since the cost is so much lower than our old system, it doesn't bother me that much.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

Look at the costs! They stand pretty well toe-to-toe with competitors when it comes to features, but their pricing model made all the difference to us. Plus, get a demo of the interface. I can't say no one else has an easy interface, but I can say that it doesn't take someone with a telecom background to confidently administrate 3CX. Any IT guy worth his salt should be able to administrate it confidently in a matter of days in a worst-case scenario.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from a system that required specialized knowledge to 3CX where I feel like I can train any IT person in managing it effectively. It has made it easy to connect handsets, smart phones (via their app), or even computers to any given extension. We are a multi-site organization, and now as long as someone has Internet, they can be connected to the same phone system with a local extension. We have even been able to leverage the system as part of our emergency broadcast system. On top of that, we are even able to get voicemails sent straight to email, so now someone can check their messages without needing to fiddle with PIN numbers!

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your detailed review. We truly appreciate it and are very glad to see another satisfied customer!

  ### 42. Say bye-bye to landlines and hello to 3CX!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

3CX has helped my company during the difficult times of working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. When our office originally began working from home mid-March 2020 we were sent home using our personal phones to make calls with the promise that we would soon be getting an internet-based phone system. Once we launched 3CX office-wide it helped tremendously. I no longer have to give out my personal phone number to customers and clients to speak with them. We now have the opportunity to use our office phone number and extension directly on our phone or computer. It is very easy!

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Getting used to the platform at first was a little difficult. I had never used an internet-based phone service provider before so some of the functions were a bit different to get used to. The support team was very helpful, as was our office manager, and now that I know the functions of the platform I can easily use it and stay in touch while working from both in the office or remotely. The only other thing I dislike is you must answer a call very quickly or it will be sent to voicemail.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

3CX is helpful for any business that needs a phone line! During the time of COVID-19 and working remotely, this service is very crucial to running a smooth operation. Clients and customers can now contact me without using my personal cellphone and I no longer feel guilty if I send them to voicemail.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we started working remotely I was having to share my personal phone number with coworkers, clients, and customers. It seems like no big deal, until you start receiving calls at 8 p.m. or 6:30 a.m. regarding business. I was thankful for the switch because I am now able to use my regular office number and give that to people instead of personal information. I am also able to set-up "in-office hours" or "out-of-office hours" directly send calls to voicemail out of my set working time.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are so glad that 3CX has helped your business during the pandemic.

  ### 43. Great communication tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mélissa N. | Digital Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

It's very easy to use and straightforward. It allows us to communicate easily with all members of the company. We use the video conferencing feature which is great, especially in times like this with the remote working.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Sometimes phone conversations are of bad quality, but not sure it comes from 3CX.

  ### 47. An excellent quality in the interactions that are carried out through this tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edson R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

The quality of the calls that are made through this software are totally incredible in every sense of its optimal functionality, with wonderful features that make it up, and keep it as one of the best in its class of interactions through audio , since it acquires a quality in its extravagant definitions of voice that make all the interactions that are carried out successful, and its planned purpose can be reached, with extensive qualities in its programming, designed with an unsurpassed high-end technology, being the leader in its laboratory branch.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Apparently the mobile application is somewhat inconspicuous when viewed frequently, since its illustrations are very transverse and scarce in colors, which means that it would be of a large proportion that it will integrate better designs in its interfaces on mobile devices, to project a cleaner and more modern appearance in its entirety, including with more equitable options that allow complete satisfaction, when using this software registered users of this platform.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

The sizes of the companies with small and medium denominations, fit perfectly in the scopes that this software can supply, to provide incredible emissions functionalities, it depends on the use that you want to adapt to this system, as long as it has to do with your environment designed, it has all the characteristics you need to make calls through audio, with an excellent guarantee and quality in its definitions of operational processes, when these interactions are exercised with 3CX.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implement this software for an essential objective, to take advantage of these efforts with communication functions, since 3CX is used in the departments specifically dedicated to the sales of the products we make, or we buy and sell at better prices, for explicit profits from different offices unified in the same room that make up said establishment belonging to the company that we acquired, to establish telephone calls with random powerful clients, who could be interested in the articles we currently offer, functioning as a kind of marketing through direct emissions through audio.

  ### 48. 3CX PROFESSIONAL REVIEW

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

-Easy to install
- Windows and debian possibility
- Easy to manage from the admin panel
- A lot of phone work with it
- Smartphone app is really simple and full of fonctionality
- Good practice documentation on the website
- DECT phone can be add on the système

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

- No folder on the phone book
- No distinctive waiting message for different group (only for all the systèm)
- No pre-hooked message directly on the inbound rule, only on the digital receptionist
- No simple voicemail on extension (only with the possibility to leave a message)

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving old generation PABX with new IPBX 3CX, coming with new fonctionality, work from everywhere including home, and financially interesting with Trunk SIP. It's a big turn in our compagny and we can sell network materiel. This IPBX is the future of telephony.

**Official Response from Tamara Naudi:**

> Thank you for your feedback.
With regards to your comments:
"No folder on phone book" - we do offer searchable contacts in all the Apps, so looking through large amounts of contacts is still very easy.
"No distinctive waiting message for different group (only for all the systèm)" - There are a few options here. The Music on Hold is common system-wide, but you can set it to be a playlist of multiple files. Additionally the Music on Hold can be set to be randomized per call or per day, and have up to 10 different "channels" to make it unique. Furthermore, in Queues you can select a distinctive file on a per Queue basis.
"No pre-hooked message directly on the inbound rule, only on the digital receptionist" - If you are looking for more complex and advanced scenarios, the Inbound Rule can be routed to a Call Flow Designer project that can play a different message depending on any criteria chosen in the CFD project.
Hope the above helps

  ### 49. Best PBX available.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott W. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

We migrated from another PBX that was discontinued, and 3CX beat all of the competition hands down when we were evaluating options. It's easy to manage, and is compatible with a wide array of phone makes and models. Configuration is so intuitive that we were able to download the trial, install it on VMware, and were able to place and receive calls in less than an hour. It's extremely stable, we haven't had a single issue resulting with a reboot of the PBX. We have a single instance of 3CX hosting communications for 4 office locations. A feature rich mobile app is available and it functions beautifully. Online documentation is great. Audio quality is great. We do not have issues with dropped calls. At the end of the day, I would implement 3CX if I had to do it again and I would recommend it to my peers.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

3CX doesn't offer all inclusive support contracts, and support is not included in their subscription based model. Instead you have to pay per incident, and they have a strict rule of only handling one issue per ticket. This can get costly especially during implementation. Don't ask for your ticket to be escalated, or you'll be scolded. We are very well versed on VoIP, and the only issues we've had to contact support about were the result of the way 3CX is designed. For instance, they will not play the standard ringback tone when a call is transferred. Instead they play hold music. Feature request? You must be a gold certified partner to submit a feature request. What about organizations that are large enough to implement and support a communications solution internally? All Polycom phone models are considered legacy by 3CX and as a result limited functionality is available. Their conference bridge requires a call to be scheduled producing a unique conference code. We needed the ability to assign static conference codes to individuals within our company so we can't use the conference feature. Anything more than a basic incoming call flow requires a Windows application which is still considered beta. On the previous system we had, we could use if/then/else logic to route calls directly within the management interface. Closing the office early? You have to pop open the call flow designer, open a project, make your edits, compile the project, and import it into the phone system.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, 3CX is an awesome product. It's easy enough to manage that my help desk staff can add and remove extensions as people come and go.

  ### 50. Great platform to establish communications by voice.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2020

**What do you like best about 3CX?**

It has an easy-to-read and intuitive management interface to find everything you need, since its storage sources are extensive and it needs a search manager and 3CX's is totally incredible, mentioning that its communication processes are great and advanced on a large scale, which agree to establish a well-structured work course in its most splendid line of operational limitations, which from my point of view is the best communication tool through voice calls that can exist in the cloud.

**What do you dislike about 3CX?**

Its user interface must be smoother, because it is somewhat complicated, and for beginners who have just arrived at these facilities, it is difficult for them to enter the platform, mentioning that it is not very intuitive, and still has a wide margin of alternative improvements in several of its functionalities that still do not operate to the maximum, as it normally should be, which is a problem considered as slowed down, when we go to the modernization of its system.

**Recommendations to others considering 3CX:**

The sizes of medium and small companies fit perfectly in the 3CX telephone exchange, since it covers all the needs we have, offering the main functionalities that you need and it works very well with very little maintenance, since it adapts incredibly to these bases operational, mentioning that if you need to promote a more significant movement in the sales that you make in your departments, this software is definitely the best thing you can take into account.

**What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

3CX is our corporate telephone system, we use it throughout the organization, to establish communications inside and outside the business establishment, we use it in the same way for all the needs that we present for landlines, including automatic attendants, or their mailboxes. calls made by voice, which are very useful, since it was normally implemented to strengthen our marketing through this communication medium, highlighting that thanks to this software we have noticed great and high changes in the income we acquire.
