What I like the most about ServiceNow SPM is that it really helps bring everything together in one place. One new thing I noticed is that the dashboards feel a bit cleaner now and it’s easier to track progress across different teams. The best thing about the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management is that I really found the UI/UX engaging and fun to use. It was very self explanatory and there were many different use tutorials and documentation available to help upskill my ability to use it. The thing I dislike about the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management is that it did have a very steep learning curve and I did find it overwhelming initially. This did result in longer training sessions and overall reduced adoption by other staff members within the firm. Moreover, I also found that it had limitations regarding reporting and you could not perform analysis within the tool and needed external applications in order to perform forms of analysis required.
