What I like the most about ServiceNow SPM is that it really helps bring everything together in one place. It makes it easier to connect business goals with the actual projects and track progress without having to jump between different tools. I like how clear the portfolio views are — I can quickly see which initiatives are on track and where the risks are. The integration with other ServiceNow modules is also a big plus, because it saves time and reduces the back-and-forth between teams. Overall, it gives me confidence that decisions are based on real data, not just assumptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside is that it’s not the easiest tool to pick up at the beginning. There’s definitely a learning curve, and sometimes you need someone experienced with ServiceNow to help set things up the right way. Some dashboards feel a bit heavy and can take longer to load when there’s a lot of data. I also think the licensing costs can be high for smaller companies, which might make it harder for them to adopt. But once you get through the setup and training, it does become a very powerful tool.
