It was very self explanatory and there were many different use tutorials and documentation available to help upskill my ability to use it. This did result in longer training sessions and overall reduced adoption by other staff members within the firm. Moreover, I also found that it had limitations regarding reporting and you could not perform analysis within the tool and needed external applications in order to perform forms of analysis required.
