Setting filters on reports or adding columns can be challenging

Once a filter is saved, it cannot be deleted - there should be a way of deleting a saved filter

It's easiest to find a product by SN or Asset number. RIght now I'm doing all hospital inventory for a compnay called InterMed and ServiceNow has amazing software for inventorying items and organizing by Manufacturer, SN, Model, description, and allowing pics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
