We have started using 0xProcessing for our crypto payment methods. Before the transaction was carried out in various wallets and had to be tracked manually which created complications for the operations team.

While the platform has good design, it is not very user friendly. Some features may take some time to get used to. It will take a little while to figure out the layout. The reporting side is an advantageous tool that’s useful but may be more readable. The summary view should be more summarized for quicker operations review.

I mainly use 0xProcessing for accepting crypto payments as a part of our client payment process. Dream Workers Tech has made internal nous quasi de facto over the years and has developed a style for new material. In some cases, it will allow bigger players to trilateralize agreement guidelines. The finance team uses the document to confirm payment, track settlement, and make withdrawals. Operations check the payment status to ensure the order or service moves forward once the funds get cleared. I use it on the marketing side when coordinating campaigns and service packages with international customers, as crypto provides some clients with a faster option than other means. We use the payout and conversion tools whenever possible to lessen the amount of manual work we have to do between receiving crypto and moving funds into our overall payment stack.

What I like most is it made crypto adoption a lot easier without forcing our team into a fully manual process. Our multi-chain support is something we use all the time. Customers don't always pay on the same chain, and this has kept a lot of back-and-forth to a minimum. It is also useful at a higher level, however, I would prefer more flexibility to export transaction data in a format that makes it easier for reconciliations and monthly reviews. The dashboard also presents some UX friction. Once you know where everything is, most of the things are quite intuitive. But the first time users on our team needed a lot of help with payment settlement and clearage details. More could be done to show fees at the transaction level, in particular for teams trying to make the network costs clear to non-technical stakeholders. The best part about 0xProcessing is that it eliminates the fear factor associated with crypto for a more traditional e-commerce company. Their Volatility Risk Control solution is a complete Amazing it enables my clients to accept payments in Bitcoin or Ethereum but actually receive stablecoins, which keeps their accounting straightforward and easy to predict. The reporting dashboard, although extremely detailed, is definitely designed with a more technical user in mind. It would be great to see a CEO-level reporting view that is solely focused on growth, conversion rates, and overall savings on transaction fees compared to traditional processors. Currently, you have to dig a little bit to find this information. Also, the on-ramp for my clients could be made easier if there were more white-label educational resources that we could use to teach them about the benefits of the gateway. From an engineering management perspective, the thing that stands out the most is the reliability of the 0xProcessing API and the variety of integration options. We don't need a checkout button; we need a system that meets our needs. Whether we're using the Web3 wallet integration for our modern dApp-like functionality or Static Wallets for our legacy client identity mapping, the system offers reliable endpoints and predictable webhook responses. Another thing I appreciate greatly is the Volatility Risk Control System (VRCS). This removes the technical and financial complexity of liquidity risk management, so my team can focus on our product instead of writing custom scripts to mitigate market volatility. The level of data density on the dashboard is staggering, and it's a double-edged sword. While my senior engineers are absolutely fascinated by the level of blockchain detail, it can be intimidating for our junior support team or our non-technical product owners. A Health Check dashboard that simply shows transaction success rates and system uptime, stripped of the detailed technical data, would be a huge step forward. Secondly, while the documentation is good, more plug-and-play SDKs for other frameworks than the standard WooCommerce/Shopify integrations would be helpful in getting our custom enterprise solutions up and running. As someone who manages client relationships, the best thing about 0xProcessing is their personal account management. Unlike larger, more faceless processors where you’re just another ticket in a queue, 0xProcessing has a dedicated manager who is often available on Telegram. This was a godsend during our initial rollout; having a direct line to someone who actually knows our account meant we could answer client integration questions in minutes rather than days. I also make heavy use of the Volatility Risk Control System (VRCS). It provides our clients with peace of mind because they can accept crypto without the risk of volatility; it locks their funds into stablecoins immediately, which makes my job of explaining the value proposition a lot easier. The biggest challenge is the level of complexity the dashboard has for a non-technical client. When I am walking a client through their first few transactions, it can be a little intimidating for them. It is great for our dev team, but I would love to see a Customer Success friendly view, basically a simplified dashboard that shows high-level success rates and volume without all the blockchain technicalities. Also, while the manual reporting is comprehensive, I am still waiting for a feature that would enable us to schedule automated PDF reports to be emailed directly to our clients' finance teams. As a developer, I really appreciate the clean nature of their API documentation. When we’re building out custom funnels for clients, we need a gateway that doesn’t overcomplicate the handshake between the store and the blockchain. The Web3 wallet integration is particularly well executed; it handles the provider connections (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) natively, so I don’t have to write a ton of boilerplate code to handle user sessions or signature requests. The initial sandbox environment could have been a little more robust. Although the documentation is excellent, I would have liked to have seen more detailed mock response scenarios during the testing phase to test for certain network congestions or edge case failures without having to utilize actual testnet tokens each time. Additionally, the technical logs on the dashboard are extremely detailed, but the interface itself is a little busy, and it takes a little extra clicking to get to the actual error callbacks when debugging a failed webhook. In terms of product architecture, the thing that I appreciate the most about 0xProcessing is the flexibility of their API and the number of processing options they provide for us right out of the box. Whether we are looking at a Classic checkout solution or a more integrated Web3 wallet solution for our crypto-native users, the platform takes care of the hard work of blockchain confirmation logic. The Volatility Risk Control System is also an impressive feature, as it enables our product to provide crypto payments without requiring our finance team to become active currency traders, as it settles everything into stablecoins instantly. While the backend capabilities are extremely strong, the onboarding documentation for more niche technical use cases such as deep IoT or more technical marketing API triggers could be more detailed. We also determined that the management dashboard is very technical. This is great for our developers and auditors, but for our non technical product owners who simply want a high-level health check on the success rates of transactions, the dashboard can be a bit busy with the low-level blockchain information. The most distinctive feature for our team is the Volatility Risk Control System. In a mid-market environment, we can not risk margin erosion by stray price movements during the settlement window. The offering of 0xProcessing to instantly convert 50+ cryptocurrencies into stablecoins i.e. USDT, USDC… gives us the financial certainty.

The support for managers is excellent, not just the technology. Unlike bigger and more “faceless” processors, contact on Telegram meant that our integration phase had human oversight rather than a ticketing issue. One realm that could afford to be improved is the learning curve for advanced dashboard analytics. The interface presents a lot of data which is useful for audits but can be overwhelming for non-technical administrators in the first week.
