"Easy Crypto Payments For IT Customer Projects"
What do you like best about 0xProcessing?

As the Digital Marketing Executive at an IT services company, handling payments from clients worldwide is a fundamental part of my role. We successfully integrated 0xProcessing into our WooCommerce store, and I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the installation process was—within just a few hours, we were up and running. The platform’s support for multiple cryptocurrencies is a real advantage for our varied client base, and the volatility control system is especially useful, as it automatically converts payments into stablecoins to help us manage market fluctuations. I also appreciate the intuitive dashboard, which provides clear analytics for each transaction and allows me to track client payments by week, fitting seamlessly into our campaign schedules. The 1% fee is reasonable, and the annual subscription, which includes a 10% renewal discount, means that if your monthly revenue is under $1,000, your costs remain low. What do you dislike about 0xProcessing?

Though the platform is amazing, I’d like to have deeper integration with marketing automation software such as HubSpot for an even more seamless experience when invoicing our clients. And customer support is available and responsive, but if that support could include weekends, it would be a HUGE help to our agency as we frequently work urgent client tasks after hours. "Volatility Control That Makes Checkout and Accounting Predictable."
What do you like best about 0xProcessing?

The best part of the service for us has been the volatility control. When we receive a payment for a large wholesale order of coffee or some branded merchandise, the system immediately converts it to stablecoins, which removes all the guesswork involved in accounting because the amount received is the same as the amount displayed during the checkout process. I also like the fact that there is a manager to contact directly, which was very useful when we were initially setting up the account, as it was easier to just send them a message than to wait on the generic support ticket system. What do you dislike about 0xProcessing?

The biggest problem is that the dashboard is very data-intensive. As a marketer who just needs to check if a particular customer's payment actually went through, it can be a little bit technical at first. It would be great if they had a more simplified view for people who aren't developers. Additionally, although they do support a lot of different networks, I would like to see more automated reporting that I could just set up to send me an email every week instead of having to log in and export it myself.
