I would like to be able to do more advanced reporting, for example having export formats that we can customize and import into our CRM tools — not just the average monthly profit/loss reports. Onboarding 0xProcessing has been an incredible strategic win for our agency. We can actually now offer our E-commerce clients the option to accept crypto, which has become a point of difference when we are pitching tech forward industry’s. It was super simple for our dev team to integrate and it gives a nice, auditable paper trail of what happened in any given transaction something you really need to effectively reconcile ad spend with client revenue. What’s great is the protection from volatility; we were able to tell our clients that they would no longer go to bed and wake up with their spendable funds down by 20%, which removed the decision barrier for them in switching over to accepting crypto. It's a missed opportunity for marketers, because there are no in-built, automated conversion tracking pixels for platforms such as Meta or Google Ads. We had to create manual goals which introduces an extra level of difficulty into reporting. While all the transaction data is there, I’d like to see a cleaner, more marketer-friendly analytics section that can visualize revenue trends and customer acquisition sources directly tied into Crypto transactions. 0xProcessing has a versatile API and multichain support that made integrating crypto payments into all the platforms we supported much easier from one central hub for this CTO overseeing multiple marketplace integrations. This changes the game— now our finance team is free from continually managing manual hedges for every conversion made to a hedge independent of human nature, using the volatility risk control system to automatically convert to stablecoins. The dedicated manager support and transparency into transaction analytics also served to get our cash flow in order. The custom reporting of the dashboard is considered weak on an enterprise scale even though it has a strong core functionality. For tracking cross-platform performance, we have had to use internal tools. Finally, a bit more documentation around Web3 integrations would be nice- our dev team spent a little too long with edge cases! - Finally, although the team is quite responsive, SLA on critical issues should be better managed – part of this may be attributed to our 24/7 operations.
