Pricing, Integration with QBO (for us at least) is not beneficial, the fact that you can customize too easily what is displayed, the inability to make certain changes. It's not as intuitive as it seems.

I think it's easy to use. I like the ability to clone POs. We have several deliveries to the same customers, and simply hitting "clone" speeds up the process tremendously. It also helps me make sure that I don't make any mistakes!
