PeerBie is a work management platform that brings tasks and projects, goals and OKRs, team chat and a company feed, meeting notes and no-code workflows into one workspace, with an AI team led by Lucy, an AI Chief of Staff.
Work management: projects with list, board, calendar and Gantt views; recurring tasks, milestones, project dashboards and reports, timesheets, project costs, and a workday clock with an end-of-day recap.
Goals and OKRs: company, department, team and personal goals with key results and check-ins. Key results can update themselves from HubSpot, Stripe, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Excel, Jira, Pipedrive and Linear. AI drafts goals, breaks them down across teams and runs a health check on the ones at risk.
Communication: team chat and direct messages, a company feed with posts, polls, events and documents, and Huddles: audio rooms with screen sharing.
Meetings: create Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings from PeerBie. With the Lucy AI add-on, a note-taker joins calendar meetings and files the summary, decisions and action items, which become tasks with owners and due dates.
Lucy AI add-on: Lucy works in chat and by voice across tasks, projects, Gmail and Outlook, Google and Outlook calendars, files in Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint, and documents in Word, PDF and Google Docs. Teams can hire AI employees for roles such as social media manager or researcher; they propose work each morning and act only after a person approves. A digital twin can answer colleagues' messages for you while you are away. One flat price per user, with no credits.
Workflows: no-code forms, stages and approvals, started by a webhook, a schedule, a Gmail or Outlook email rule or an event in PeerBie, with stages an AI employee can run.
Security and admin: Google CASA security assessment passed (2026), Google OAuth verification, Microsoft verified publisher, SAML single sign-on and SCIM on Enterprise, two-step sign-in, and Google and Microsoft tokens encrypted at rest. Hosted on Hetzner in Germany; AI features use providers in the United States. Customer data is not used to train AI models.
PeerBie runs on the web, iPhone and Android, in 12 languages. A connector lets Claude and ChatGPT read and update PeerBie tasks, projects and goals.
