It is very easy to implement the product. NIMBLE's support were very responsive during implementation and we needed very little of their support after implementation. **What do you dislike about Nimble?** We did not find wanting on product features. The product has all the features necessary to run our business in a daily task management space where we have been using the product for more than a year now. **What problems is Nimble solving and how is that benefiting you?** IPP Technologies is a complex environment with staff located located at different geographical locations.
