Will there ever be a feature where office staff can switch back and forth between versions?If Axxess has a feature for office staff that allowed them to see the clinians version of the software, we would be able to help train and assist clinicians who are out and the field. This would be a huge advantage to the entire staff. In addition, anything that can help the staff do their jobs in a better and safer way, is also a benefit to the patients. Benefiting our patients is the greatest advantage that an agency can have.

I am not aware that the team is currently working on a feature for this, but it is good feedback that I have provided to one of our product managers.
Here are three other solutions to consider:
1. Administrators can create a test user, copy and load another user's or nurse's permissions and assign a fake patient and visits to that user. Download the mobile app (http://onelink.to/kpn5vt) and sign in with the test user account. You can refer to this version to train a nurse. You could do the same for billers, etc. by creating a test user with billing permissions and use the test account on desktop to train a biller and so on.
2. Search our help center. We have a number of online resources that may help answer the clinician's questions on the mobile app: https://www.axxess.com/help/agencycore/mobile-and-evv/.
3. Contact support. You can post in the Axxess User Community or contact us. https://community.axxess.com/feed/home-health and http://www.axxess.com/contact. There are links to training and support from the clinician's mobile app that they can use for easy access to resources too.
