Vacaciones y ausencias: facilita la gestión de saldos mediante un sistema de devengo configurable, solicitudes y aprobaciones, además de un cuadrante para consultar y organizar las ausencias del equipo. Gestión documental: permite centralizar contratos, certificados y credenciales, con avisos de caducidad para ayudar a mantener la documentación actualizada. También incluye un pack CAE para empresas del sector de la construcción. Canal de denuncias y cumplimiento RGPD: incorpora herramientas para facilitar la gestión del canal de denuncias y contribuir al cumplimiento de las obligaciones relacionadas con la protección de datos. Una de las principales diferencias de Portal del Empleado frente a muchas alternativas es su modelo de precio plano por empresa, desde 23 €/mes, en lugar de cobrar por empleado. Además, dispone de funcionalidad multiempresa para asesorías y gestorías.
