"More professional HR with the practicality and stability of Sólides"

What do you like best about Sólides RH?

What I like most about Sólides is the convenience of solving everything in one place. Before, we used to go crazy jumping from spreadsheet to spreadsheet and dealing with systems that constantly crashed. The turning point to professionalize our HR was amazingly good. The platform is super stable, runs smoothly on a daily basis, and the interface is straightforward, without complications. Moreover, their onboarding process and support did an excellent job helping us run the payroll and tie up loose ends with what we were already using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sólides RH?

As a point of improvement, I think the platform could allow a bit more freedom in customizing the interface to make the screens more aligned with our company's visual identity and colors. It doesn't affect the technical delivery or the usability of the routines at all, but aesthetically it would be a really nice plus for our internal portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sólides RH solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were coming from a bad experience with previous tools that crashed and had little stability in daily use. Sólides solved this bottleneck right away, providing a reliable and very stable infrastructure. Moreover, the game changer was the behavioral mapping in the recruitment and selection process.
