What previously required various manual checks and consumed days of work is now done much more quickly and securely. The resources we use the most are the automated payroll calculation, integration with eSocial, and the centralization of information on a single platform. This has significantly reduced operational errors and brought more confidence to the monthly closings. Another distinguishing feature is the user experience of the platform. The interface is intuitive, organized, and facilitates navigation between the different routines of the Personnel Department. Even more complex processes can be executed with a few clicks, reducing the team's learning curve and making daily work more agile. **What do you dislike about Sólides RH?** In some of the more complex routines of the Personnel Department, the number of steps required to complete certain actions can cause confusion, especially for less experienced users. I also believe that some reports could offer more customization options and advanced filters, making it easier to extract specific information without the need for additional data processing. **What problems is Sólides RH solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before the implementation of Sólides' Digital Payroll, our team faced difficulties in consolidating information, performing manual checks, and ensuring that all processes were executed within legal deadlines. Closing the payroll required a lot of time and was subject to rework caused by data inconsistencies. With the adoption of the platform, we started to centralize all information in a single environment and automate critical stages of the process. What previously required various manual validations is now done more quickly and securely, significantly reducing the risk of operational errors. The integration with labor obligations and the automation of calculations allowed the team to reduce the time dedicated to administrative routines and focus more efforts on strategic activities. Being a software with many of these tools, we no longer need to rely on 5 or more software. Everything is done within Sólides: time tracking, payroll, performance evaluation, onboarding, IDP, and even Intranet. **What do you dislike about Sólides RH?** At Sólides, I can't customize the site to reflect our company's image, which ends up limiting some customization options. **What problems is Sólides RH solving and how is that benefiting you?** First, we used to pay a lot for different tools. Now, because everything is in a single tool, we got a very good discount from them. Another point is the quality of the product. With some other tools, the server would crash a lot, especially on payroll closing days. With Sólides, this no longer happens. Now, we close the payroll in one day and everything is done easily and quickly, without needing to request support. ### 3. After we hired Sólides' software, all of this became much easier and safer, because I have more confidence that the calculations will be correct and we run less risk of fines and labor issues. **What do you dislike about Sólides RH?** At first, I had a bit of difficulty using everything. Additionally, if you need to customize something, then you might have some difficulties. But in my case, even being a company with 300 employees, we didn't need customizations and the system worked very well. **What problems is Sólides RH solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certainly the ease of closing the payroll, managing time tracking, and the security related to labor calculations. With Sólides software, it became much faster and safer. In the recruitment area, we also saw a good improvement; they have the Profiler, which helped a lot in the interviews. ### 4.
