Sona has enabled the centralisation and standardisation across our organisation. The fact that Sona is web and app based is the perfect combination to be able to use it where ever you are and with whatever device you have available. It has enabled easier management oversight, reporting and for staff, a much easier way of seeing their work patterns, and being able to pick up hours whenever they are available. The Customer Success team are in frequent communication and like to hear from their customers what they need from the system and ask how is best to do that. They have the technical know-how for the Care Sector to have a product that provides the best solutions for us.

The new system has streamlined our processes, reduced tasks such as invoicing which has reduced down from a full days processing to 2 hours and allowed us to focus more on strategic initiatives.
