One of the things I love about HubSpot is the way the tiers are structured. We are a small, low-tech B2B company that has never really leveraged technology to make us more efficient and effective. We started on the SaleHub side of things with the free tier. I required my salesmen to finish SalesHub training in HubSpot Academy and show regular usage before I advanced them to the paid tiers. Over half of our sales team has embraced it and loves it while the rest are adopting it at their own pace. We are only paying for what we are using. The Pro and Enterprise tiers can offer great value if the team will use it. If I dropped everyone here into Enterprise they would have been overwhelmed by all of the details and the cost might have run us off initially. I think every team is different but the customization of tiers makes HubSpot easy to grow into.
