umm so my company is only using this a few times because we only need this for a customer survey

I would like to integrate it with some other system, I would like to integrate it because the personalization of the surveys is a bit basic and wants to give a better touch to this, it would help me a lot if you would teach me to do this.

I have used both outlook and gmail and i think outlook is a better solution .
