# How do I fix it the saving issue for sent messages?  Also is there a help forum?

Any emails that I send will not save in the sent folder.  How do I fix it?  I'm running Postbox 7 on a Window's 10.

Also is there a forum I can go to for help/to ask questions?

There are far too many variables to possibly answer here, but generally, you should have no issues at all in saving sent emails to the Sent folder, provided that you have Postbox set up properly.
