# Is there any way at all to contact a live person regarding problems with Yahoo mail?  Many scammers.

There are many scammers claiming they can help you with yahoo mail for a fee but none are legitimate.  There are no live people to help you.

As far as I know, they use a third party company called, 'gethuman'. But they do not have there own customer support team. You can go on the website for help but for sine things, also you will need to know alot of the information you inputed when signing up.
