## BlueMail Reviews
 ### 1. Unreliable Outbound Messaging Undermines an Otherwise Useful Free App

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will S. | Principal Organist & Series Artistic Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

The free version is sufficient for Android phone usage.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

Sending outbound with attachments has random and annoying failures. It's to the point of not using it because you don't know if the message will fail (due to a pipe error or Android error, etc),
AND BM does not save FAILED outbound mssgs in the DRAFTS folder, etc.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other than sending outbound, it's a great POP3 client.
Support has NEVER answered/replied (even to confirm recpt) (even with PAID account) to numerous bug reports over the last 2-3 years.

 ### 2. Excellent

In Linux there are few solid options for business class email BlueMail is one of the besster ones in a field that lacks strong competition.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** beta k. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

If you compare bluemail with other paid alternatives, then bluemail doesn't have a chance to beat them, but if you compare it with another free option, you can consider this as your email client, why?

First, in terms of features, it's better compared to windows mail, windows mail is just too basic.

Then if we talk about thunderbird, obviously thunderbird has way more features than bluemail, but bluemail is a lot easier to use.

So if you need an email client with a modern interface, fast and easy to use, you should consider bluemail.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

In some operations (like search), sometimes bluemail uses a lot of CPU and ram resources. Other than that, I have no complaints.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Don't have a budget but need to manage multiple email accounts?

Need an email client that is fast and easy to use?

If so, then bluemail is the answer.

 ### 6. Efficient and Customizable Email Client

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

Bluemail is a simple yet powerful email client. It has a user-friendly interface and many customizable options for managing emails efficiently.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

with an increasing number of emails and accounts, it gets laggy and slow and has syncing issues.

With a unified inbox, I can manage all my emails from one place, saving time and improving productivity.

 ### 7. One of the best app for merged multiple inboxes

**Reviewed by:** Muneeb K. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

I started using BlueMail a year ago. I manage separate email accounts for different projects and found BlueMail to be better than similar software I used. I like the interface and it loads very fast.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

I have no major issues with BlueMail but sometimes it fails to send notifications about a new email.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

If you're looking for a lightweight email client, give BlueMail a shot.

It's very lightweight and I'm able to manage using multiple email inboxes with BlueMail.

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

Easy to set up, lots of options, ability to filter and sort - and it's FREE!!!!
So similar to Outlook in terms of features, but at zero cost

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

Nothing - I just love it.

Only thing that would be great is the ability to save my settings so when i upgrade my phone, I can install with all my email accounts instead of having to set them all up again individually

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

It's free so give it a go!

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have 6 email accounts - and I can access them all with ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmed Samy E. | Founder and Digital Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

I liked how Bluemail facilitates the webmail configuration process, in addition to its intuitive interface and the complete support for writing in Arabic mixed with English without RTL issues.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

I think they should add some basic analytics and statistics for received and sent emails, in addition to tracking the opened messages.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me use many email addresses easily via one unified interface via an easy configuration process, and it also organizes the email addresses in a very intuitive way.

 ### 10. Bluemail is the great integrated app which can work with any email domain

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

 ### 11. Great on Android, terrible on Windows desktop

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal A. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

On Android, it is fast, reliable, and relatively bug-free. It has the "MagicSync" option that allows you to sync accounts between devices without setting them up manually on a new device.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

On Windows, the app is massively buggy, slow, a massive CPU and resource hog, and hangs several times a day. Support is nonexistent since they do not respond to emails.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am checking multiple personal and business accounts at the same time. When it works, tt also helps me sync new accounts between my Android and Windows devices.

 ### 12. Something new and user friendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

I love the user interface, it so unque and well arranged compare to the other peers in thae market

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

Colors could have been more vibrant, if we can get theme changing option it can be cherry on the cake

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps me organized
Never let me miss a email addresed to me
Follow up reminders

 ### 13. Overall capabilities are decent - has flaws

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2021

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

The variety of access methodologies (EAS, EWS, IMAP and POP) is strong
It is a relatively clean not technically trying UI, good for a novice

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

While the UI is simple and clean, it lacks access to the details that can be required if things aren't quite working right.
It is quite slow compared to some of its contemporaries, such as Outlook, emClient, Mailbird and/or Thunderbird.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

When being used on an Android device, it seems to be quite strong; in a Windows 10 environment, not as much. It provides pretty slow user interaction in Windows, and I was comparing it directly with other similar products (emClient, Outlook, etc.) You also have no access to the Server Configuration, and while most users and most instances don't require this, it is beneficial "if" things are not going well. The MagicSync tool works quite well but still requires work; it would be helpful to enable the listing of the complete folder structure for the email accounts serviced instead of just one at a time. Presently, the only time you see all accounts is for a brief moment when you click on the current account name at the top left of the UI.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need I was addressing was EAS support. I used emClient, but had a server access requirement to use EAS to enable sync of Contact, Calendar and Email services; however, I have a desire for the same capabilities with Gmail. emClient works well with Gmail, but no EAS support and Outlook is the opposite.

 ### 14. Bluemail review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony W. | Human Resources Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2020

 ### 15. THIS IS BEST SERVICE FOR MAIL LIKE OUTLOOK.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit A. | Territory Sales Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2020

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

FATCHING AND COMMUNICATION SERVICE IS GOOD AND FAST.ONE CAN GET MAILS IN VERY FEW SECONDS. FURTHERMORE, WE CAN ADD VERY LARGE ATTACHMENT FILES FROM BLUE MAIL TO BLUEMAIL USER WITH LINK. SO ADDITION OF OTHER THIRD PARTY APPS ARE REDUCED.THE USER INTERFACE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS VERY EASY. ONE CAN GET USED TO VERY EASY. MOREOVER BLUEMAIL SOFTWARE IS AVAILABLE ON MY ANDROID MOBILE SO I CAN USE IT ON THE GO AND CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH MY COLLEAGUES VERY EASILY. AND THERE IS ALSO OPTION FOR QUICK ACCESS TO CHANGE QUICKLY ACCOUNT. I USE OUTLOOK,GMAIL AND MY COMPANY MAIL ON SAME BLUE MAIL SOFTWARE.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

IT TAKES TOO MUCH TIME FOR SYNC SO GETTING MAIL IS HACTIC. SOMETIMES IT TAKES TOO MUVH TIME TO GET MAIL OR SHOWS ERROR. SO IT'S QUITE BAD FOR BEGINNERS. SIGNING UP IS LONG PROCESS SO ONE CAN BE IRRITATED AND DROPS IN BETWEEN. SIGNING UP IS TIME CONSUMING, SO IT'S DRAWBACK FOR BUSY PEOPLE, THERE SHOULD BE OPTION FOR QUICK SETUP TO ADD EMAIL ACCOUNT.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

KINDLY CHECK FOR YOURSELF FIRST. DON'T USE YOUR DATA/MAIL DIRECTLY

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WE ARE USING DAILY TO COMMUNICATE WITH TEAM AND IT'S EASY TO USE. I WAS USING MANY APPS TO CHECK MY DIFFERENT MAILS BUT WITH BLUE MAIL, IT MADE MY WORK FASTER AND MADE ME MORE EFFICIENT. I AM CONNECTED WITH MY TEAM WHEREVER AND WHENEVER I WANT BECAUSE WHILE TRAVELLING I AM CONNECTED WITH MY ANDROID MOBILE. MOBILE APP IS ALSO LESS IN STORAGE SO IT DOESN'T HANG MY MOBILE.

 ### 16. Great E-Mail client to manage multiple accounts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marion D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2020

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

BlueMail has a nice and clean user interface that is easy to navigate through and well organized. It offers a calender for keeping track of your appointments which is well made and easy to manage. Personally i also really love dark themes so that feature is also really nice to have. Push actualization mostly works like a charm, also on your mobile phone. It also seems to drain less battery then other similar apps.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

The clustering feature sometime does not do it's job, so you have to manually organize some mails. But otherwise it is a really good software.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

Try it out for yourself it is free.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing multiple E-Mail accounts with one software solution.

 ### 17. Best Email Client app for all types of email accounts including IMAP and POP3.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Archna S. | Special Correspondent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2020

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

The best things about BlueMail is it supports all types of email accounts including both personal email accounts and business email accounts. It supports most of the popular Webmail accounts and also supports accounts with IMAP and POP3. The process to integrate email accounts with BlueMail is really very fast and easy. The user interface of BlueMail is beautiful and easy to understand for a newbie. With BlueMail, I can use so many email accounts including my Personal email accounts and business email account at a single time very smoothly. The sending and receiving of emails is very fast and doesn't require a very fast internet.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

BlueMail always works fine for me but when I sync my email accounts to show emails from more than 30 days, it starts consuming more memory and Internet bandwidth which results in certain crashes and performance issues. But I can get rid of this easily buy using a device with more RAM and faster internet connection.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

BlueMail is the best email client app which you can use without getting worried of security and lack of features. I would recommend everyone to use BlueMail because it works great.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using BlueMail to access my various email accounts like personal email accounts and business email at the same time so that I remain in touch with my close friends, family, colleagues and clients. I have seen that using a single application for all email accounts saves quite a lot of my time, efforts and device memory. I can stay up to date with what's happening in my Company and friends circle.

 ### 18. A Reliable App for Accessing Mail for Multiple Accounts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ROHIT G. | Pathways Operation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2020

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

The best part about BlueMail is its simplicity. There are many other apps available but most of them make the experience of using multiple accounts tedious. The basic size of the app is also small.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

Blue Mail does not provide an option of clearing the memory occupied by old mails. This becomes an issue if there is a shortage of memory space and lots of email come in.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

Try it out, it is really helpful and much better than apps provided by much more established organizations.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BlueMail for handling multiple email accounts. It also supports official email id's of organizations. Most of the other apps would run into a lot of issues when using official email ids but BlueMail solved this problem. Additionally, the different tabs are really easy to use and shift between. The various options provided for downloading the documents from mail and sharing through other apps like Whatsapp, Facebook etc are also useful. The basic

 ### 19. Easy to use email application. Outlook alternative.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis L. | Network administrator , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2020

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

The app has ActiveSync capability, some other free apps do not seem to support this. Definitely a good Outlook app alternative. You can set a Do Not Disturb for a certain day/time range. You can have multiple accounts within the same app. Using ActiveSync it will sync your calendar and contacts, other apps use just IMAP and so it only syncs emails.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

There are some reviews on the app about the developer possibly routing credentials through their servers. When I tested this it did not seem to be the case but its a possibility. Also, the notifications and the clustering feature are a bit clunky.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

None

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Receiving emails from work, the Outlook app from Microsoft starting proxying authentication attempts through their servers and it broke the ability to sync to our in house server. Bluemail does not do this and I am able to connect to our email server successfully and still receive calendar and contacts.

 ### 20. Lots of accounts in one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2019

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

Since I have many business, I manage many mail account and BlueMail helps me working with all of them in one place. BlueMail is fast, organized, easy to use and configure, also the Night Mode is very elegant.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

Well, sometimes I have sync issues together with Outlook (PC) but not very often, I believe it has something to do with the IMAP outgoing ports. Also it took me a while to know where I could place an image at "signature", but finally I could, and one different for each mail account.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

Try it, it's free, you will find it easy to use, and to setup your mail accounts. Nothing to lose.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working many accounts in one place and anywhere is one of the best benefits a person with multiple accounts can have. Using BlueMail to me is kind of having a mobile Outlook.

 ### 21. Reliable and User Friendly

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2019

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

I have to change my business email password every 90 days. BlueMail allows me to change the password easily in the settings (in contrast to other mail apps that force me to completely recreate the entire account, complete with server addresses, every time my password changes). This alone saves time and hassle, in particular when the fateful password change day occurs while I am on the road, and without access to stable and stellar internet access.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

The message composition screen lacks some of the editing and formatting features that I sometimes find useful when sending out more complex messages.
(n.b. said with the caveat "at least as I've experienced so far")

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

BlueMail is one of the easiest apps to use and maintain that I've found to date. Having previously spent my career in technology, when I find a solution that does what I need it to do, in a simple and straightforward way, that saves me time (and thus money), I consider it a win. Switching to BlueMail was a win.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My professional life has me traveling, often. When I'm unable to use a laptop, I need my mail to work simply, reliably, and with features that allow me to prioritise and respond to messages quickly and with clarity. BlueMail does this in a few ways.

I have more than one email address, from more than one provider, used for business. BlueMail allows me to coordinate all of my professional mail, across providers, in one place. The availability of both segregated and unified inbox views allows me to look at my mail at a glance, in different configurations.

My Microsoft Outlook based email address requires me to change my password every 90 days. Configuring a mail app to access that account can sometimes be problematic when connected to a slower, or less reliable internet connection. For this reason, having to recreate a mail account every time my password changes, can leave me without access for hours, or days. BlueMail also allows me the ease of password update by changing a single piece of authentication information in the settings, rather than forcing me to recreate the entire account every time. This means more consistent access regardless of internet quality.

I don't always need my entire message history available, nor do I always want thousands of emails accessible on my mobile device. BlueMail allows me to adjust the sync history to suit my needs, as they change.

 ### 22. Great for windows

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2020

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

can use multiple email accounts, the email is easy to use with groups because it automatically replies to everyone whereas eith outlook i have to manually add the same people over and over

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

not a lot of people have this email account

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the benefits are what I listed

 ### 23. The application allows me to enhance my email experience and is well organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Domingo M. | Youtube Partner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2019

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

What I like best is the easy synchronisation between accounts you can use your Yahoo and your Gmail very well.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

The only thing I dislike is the interface it can be a little clunky. It also has no pictures for the logos to find which inboxes I have

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

None

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I realize that it is a lightweight app that doesn't use much space in my phone and synchronization is fast

 ### 24. Blue Mail, unifying our email inboxes with a different design

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

Blue Mail has everything we are already used to finding in an email client for Android: support for multiple accounts from different providers, IMAP/SMTP protocols (and soon it will do the same with POP3), unified interface, push notifications for providers that support it, smart filters, markers…

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

If you are interested in giving it a chance to unify all your email inboxes, you can get Blue Mail for free on Google Play. However, the competition in this type of apps is huge, with well-known names like K9 or CloudMagic. It is compatible with Android 4.0 and above, and the list of services compatible with the application is quite extensive.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

any

 ### 25. A Decent secondary email!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy B. | C. O. O., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2019

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

The Physical layout of BlueMail is a little difficult to navigate at first but after you take time to learn some of the tricks, it's very effective.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

Doesn't always alert me of incoming emails, as I noticed that if I don't get an email from certain contacts over time, it will sometimes Archive that person then I lose corresponding emails.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BlueMail is definitely a better email for personal business because it is VERY Secure.

 ### 26. The best application I used until it went bad

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sifiso Nkosinathi N. | Inbound Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about BlueMail?**

I liked that it was an amazing application and it supported features for go daddy with my emails and I was able to send and receive very well.

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

The fact that stopped working with go daddy accounts

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

I can still recommend if you will use gmail and other platforms listed since it’s a free application.

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was allowing me to send and receive emails as well as send and it was easy for me to customize the signature and send email with different signatures until it stopped working.

It’s an amazing app that I use everyday to help stay organized and make sure all my priorities are straight. It send me notifications to remind me to check it daily and I am absolutely blown away but the design of the app. Everything about it makes it the best choice and my number one pick always!

**What do you dislike about BlueMail?**

There’s not a lot to dislike about this! But if it were anything it would be that it takes up a bit of space on my phone.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueMail:**

Download it you certainly won’t regret it!

**What problems is BlueMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 29. Email not supported but anyone except BlueMail

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019
