Hi, is it possible to totally and definively erase all suscriptors from my present list and start new registering from the zero point from now on?

Omnivore ate half our contacts from valid sources, including our own staff. I would love to continue to use Mailchimp, but after interacting with their support team, I don't think that's an option.

I would like to know where my emails are opened. Are they opened in my country or in another country?

I would like to find more ways to get in touch with customers as I find our email are very simple and boring. I want to catch attention and more customers!

Why am I recently required a 2-factor authentication every time I login to an account? I'm using the same desktop computer as always, and it's a recent development. I manage and use multiple accounts.

This was one of 2 major problems. Abandoned cart automation sends emails not the user who abandons his or her cart, but to the website admin. And after working with your support for over a month, what was their answer?: "Unfortunately our automation doesn't send to the user the right now. Sorry."
