# Is anyone having issues with Sendgrid

Do you think they are miss selling quotas + do you experience many platform issues that are broken and how do you find their support?

We have not had any issues.   SendGrid is the most stable API we interface with.  I do not believe they miss-sell their quotas.  Each email we send is tracked both in our system and in theirs, and the numbers always match exactly.

Once logged in to the dashboard, click "Support" in the lower right of your screen.
