Do you think they are miss selling quotas + do you experience many platform issues that are broken and how do you find their support?
We have not had any issues. SendGrid is the most stable API we interface with. I do not believe they miss-sell their quotas. Each email we send is tracked both in our system and in theirs, and the numbers always match exactly.
