# Why provide abandoned cart automation if it's not going to work??

This was one of 2 major problems. Abandoned cart automation sends emails not the user who abandons his or her cart, but to the website admin.

And after working with your support for over a month, what was their answer?: "Unfortunately our automation doesn't send to the user the right now. Sorry."
