What do you like best about Zenput?

All forms are saved in a digital library and able to access from a mobile device.

This allows for any new management or team member to have quick access to our many different forms.

Expediting onboarding of new hires with an orientation checklist. When forms are completed they go directly to those who need to process. HR, Payroll, Store Teams, Maintenance & Repair, and Executive team for follow up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zenput in our company has been extremely helpful. Obviously it help us with to keep food safety a top priority.

Follow to have a store ready at opening for all our customers and at the same time to help our night team leave the restaurant better than ever.

We have 122 restaurants and has been easy to track all projects and see the opportunities we have through our Organization.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

Just allowing more flexibility in the rule of code that is allow for those advanced users.

What do you like best about Zenput?

We have been delving into Qr codes and using Zenput for food updates. So if a new menu item comes though we use Zenput to submit a request to have the menu board updated and new items added to the register. What do you like best about Zenput?

Very helpful in completing tasks faster at restaurants. Enjoy the triggers feature so that locations are aware if a certain task is past due. Very user friendly and not as time consuming as other software's. API integration works very well with Zenput Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

Since I'm in a corporate level I have a hard time accessing the users in Zenput. We mostly have to send the tickets for troubleshooting to Zenput support and wait to hear back on how to resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenput?

Monitoring over 100 stores is pretty difficult. I now have checklists that require photos of key elements going out 3-5 times day so I can observe and comment on anything that pops out. Within a year much has changed, so they listen to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

Nothing huge just minor bugs which get resolved quickly. Nothing is perfect but by the time something becomes a problem either I find a work around, or they are already working on a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenput?

Zenput is a useful tool for task and form management. We have been able to leverage this product for multiple departments communication to field level operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

Communication and support level seems to have declined since Crunchtime acquired. Changes will be made without notification which affects the functionality of the product. We have had more than one functionality be affected from "deployed fixes" and they have been unable to restore previous functionality and the responses has been "this is how it works now". What do you like best about Zenput?

Zenput is great for gathering data and completing audits in restaurants. It is user friendly, affordable, and customizable. I highly recommend Zenput utilization whether you operate 1 restaurant or 100. Extremely easy to build projects and forms and make changes as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

The back end user experience can be frustrating to navigate. Needlessly limits some functionality (like project recurrence time selection) and some of the features like reporting could be better. Overall it is the best but still has room to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
