**What do you like best about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

Zenput in our company has been extremely helpful. Obviously it help us with to keep food safety a top priority. 
However , it also has help us improve restaurant operations at Opening and Closing time; has help team by having a firm that is easy to
Follow to have a store ready at opening for all our customers and at the same time to help our night team leave the restaurant better than ever.
We have 122 restaurants and has been easy to track all projects and see the opportunities we have through our Organization.
Right now we are using it for food safety , orientations , loss prevention, training  follow up , etc 


**What do you dislike about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

Just allowing more flexibility in the rule of code that is allow for those advanced users.
Also, been able to set a limit/ minimum amount of characters on a text field.

The platform has helped us streamline our daily brand standards checks, simplify field audits, and gain real-time visibility into store-level performance. Love that Zenput allows its customers to submit development requests for its platforms. We are looking forward to seeing more customizable folder capabilities for organizing our various forms.

**What problems is Crunchtime Ops Execution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenput is helping us uphold brand standards at the store level through features like geo-tagged location tracking and form completion time stamps, which provide much-needed visibility and accountability. The reporting tools are especially valuable — they allow us to quickly identify which stores are completing required tasks and which need follow-up, enabling timely support. It has also significantly improved communication across our entire system — from franchisees to field teams to store staff. Whether we’re launching Limited Time Offers or rolling out seasonal initiatives like our March Madness Spring Cleaning event, Zenput helps ensure consistent, organized execution across all locations.

**What do you like best about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

We have been delving into Qr codes and using Zenput for food updates.  So if a new menu item comes though we use Zenput to submit a request to have the menu board updated and new items added to the register.  It's super easy to use on the iPad that any user can do regardless of skill level.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

the cost is still a bit much per user so we still have a shared account for each location.  Also it has been down a lot lately.

**What problems is Crunchtime Ops Execution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to quickly and easily gather data from our C-store and dealer locations.  With Zenput we are able to create clicakble forms accessible practically anywhere.  We also have enabled geolocation and image upload for the forms which is great for a site walkthrough.  We love the reporting that you can generate from the data as well!

**What do you like best about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

Very helpful in completing tasks faster at restaurants. Enjoy the triggers feature so that locations are aware if a certain task is past due. Very user friendly and not as time consuming as other software's. API integration works very well with Zenput

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

Since I'm in a corporate level I have a hard time accessing the users in Zenput. We mostly have to send the tickets for troubleshooting to Zenput support and wait to hear back on how to resolve the issue.

**What problems is Crunchtime Ops Execution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure our temperature for custard is accurate and that we maintain it at a certain temperature. Also, helping our FBC's with task completions

**What do you like best about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

Monitoring over 100 stores is pretty difficult. I now have checklists that require photos of key elements going out 3-5 times day so I can observe and comment on anything that pops out. Within a year much has changed, so they listen to feedback.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

Nothing huge just minor bugs which get resolved quickly. Nothing is perfect but by the time something becomes a problem either I find a work around, or they are already working on a solution.

Accountability and cleanliness primarily.

**What do you like best about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

Zenput is a useful tool for task and form management.  We have been able to leverage this product for multiple departments communication to field level operations.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

Communication and support level seems to have declined since Crunchtime acquired. Changes will be made without notification which affects the functionality of the product.  We have had more than one functionality be affected from "deployed fixes" and they have been unable to restore previous functionality and the responses has been "this is how it works now".

**What problems is Crunchtime Ops Execution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenput allows us to establish task based objectives.  We are also able to utilize forms to do surveys, walks, audits, record feedback, and much more.

**What do you like best about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

Zenput is great for gathering data and completing audits in restaurants. It is user friendly, affordable, and customizable. I highly recommend Zenput utilization whether you operate 1 restaurant or 100. Extremely easy to build projects and forms and make changes as needed.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime Ops Execution?**

The back end user experience can be frustrating to navigate. Needlessly limits some functionality (like project recurrence time selection) and some of the features like reporting could be better. Overall it is the best but still has room to improve.

Zenput greatly assists us in identifying opportunities in our restaurants whether its around product quality, cleanliness, or service.
