We manage our day to day, weekly and monthly requirements using Zenput. It has great features like creating recurring tasks which serves our teams as good reminders to complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks. At the end of the month, our restaurant teams and area managers are held more accountable. It also helps us maintain and improve food safety. However, the areas which could use improvements are as follows 1. Allow more HR related forms which can be used for evaluations and record keeping 2. Additionally I think it should be unlimited users per location and maybe 5 admin per system. This way you could add “Crew” style communication and/or have more effective task assignment. This allow us to have visibility to it all real time. The ability to update and edit any of these forms, processes, or tasks in real-time is also tremendously beneficial since we are a very nimble company that is constantly looking at how we can be more effective and efficient. The dashboards and reporting functionality is a great way for us to review how we are executing as a company, as well as drill into the individual store or shift. We have leveraged Zenput throughout several parts of the organization including Operations, Distribution Center, HR, Food Safety & QA, etc. **What do you dislike about Crunchtime Ops Execution?** One functionality that is missing and would be very beneficial is if we were able to assign recurring projects/tasks that are not required to be linked to a location.
