We have been delving into Qr codes and using Zenput for food updates. So if a new menu item comes though we use Zenput to submit a request to have the menu board updated and new items added to the register. Communication and support level seems to have declined since Crunchtime acquired. Changes will be made without notification which affects the functionality of the product. We have had more than one functionality be affected from "deployed fixes" and they have been unable to restore previous functionality and the responses has been "this is how it works now".
