What do you like best about ReadyTech?

The different deployment options available in the Admin portal for our course images. We are able to generate 3 different revenue streams for each of our Instructor led training images through the easy to use Admin portal. The portal allows us to schedule each individual image for online Instructor led training, post classroom to self paced access and salable self-paced access through the purchase portal that ReadyTech provides. We provide online training to customers in highly secure networks and ReadyTech has worked in most of our customer sites. When something does not work or a problem arises the support personnel are always available in chat, by email or on the phone. Our sales rep. and customer success manager are always available and willing to listen to our recommendations that may improve the product for us and other customers. What do you like best about ReadyTech?

I use ReadyTech for virtual training and product demos for presale activities. I like how it allows me to connect virtually anytime and lets customers experience our product hands-on at their convenience. I appreciate the ease of using ReadyTech and that it provides everything needed inside one single platform. It works most of the time and has a good uptime, ensuring reliable connectivity throughout the session. The initial setup of ReadyTech was very simple and quick. What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

I think there are feature improvements required from the Instructor & Event Manager perspective, like having the option to start recording even if the event has already started. "Super Simple and Quick Integration with Powerful Lab and Virtual Room Features"
What do you like best about ReadyTech?

I use ReadyTech for lab and virtual room provisioning for instructor-led software trainings. I like that it is super simple and quick to use. It has both the virtual room and lab in one place which is convenient. The integration with our Learning Management System is quite quick; as soon as a class is scheduled in the LMS, it appears in ReadyTech within minutes. What do you like best about ReadyTech?

1) Excellent 24x7 support. My team operates a global training organization and have had occasion to contact ReadyTech 24x7. We always get the same professional support whenever we call.

2) Flexitility. ReadyTech allows us to scale instructor-led class sizes from 1-dozens of students.We are able to schedule classes and have lab environments ready for us at the start of class, however if there are no-show students, we can release unused lab environments.

3) Performance. Our students are located world-wide. Self-paced class lab environments launch from data centers based on the location of the student. This allows them to get optimal performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

The Axis tool is very thorough with great features including showing your screen from the secure window with others (no more need to get files onto their host computer). Their technical support is among the best I have ever experienced. Their interface is (Class Manager) is a great way of keeping an eye out to help students and see their 'virtual expressions' when body language (in person) is not available. What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

There is little to dislike. We have had issues with customers getting into ReadyTech but that is almost always on the customer and their firewalls or other security protocols (whether the customer is aware or not). Having used ReadyTech across two different companies—both on Axis and the hosted version—I’ve found the platform to be intuitive, user-friendly, and generally very reliable. One of the biggest strengths is the quality of their support team. Any time an issue arises, they’re quick to respond and incredibly helpful. A special shout out to our new account manager, who’s been consistently responsive, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile—no question is ever too much trouble.
